Misfit Strength is more than a "Gym". We are a beacon for those who are looking to improve themselves mentally and physically while challenging themselves beyond their comfort zone. We are truly a family and supportive community to each other. We pride ourselves on our level of our knowledge and ability to educate our community on the importance of training with a purpose rather than following trending βworkouts of the dayβ. Our Instructors are knowledgeable and highly-skilled in various training disciplines including, Sports Performance, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Conjugate Method Training, as well as, general fitness and weight-loss.

Byron, Matt and Chris are the best of the best. This is a gym where you will get expert training and conditioning all in one spot. They guide you in proper technique to prevent injuries.
This is not the place to come is you are looking set up a camera and just workout for social media content. Everyone here is very welcoming. Absolutely recommend this gym!

There are plenty of gyms of this type to choose from around Houston. But, there's only one Byron. He and his team are the reason I look forward to getting up at 5:00 every morning. There's always a good vibe in the place, where the line between members and staff is indistinguishable.

I really enjoy this place because the trainers modify your work out for you in my case I had wrist pain and Chris was able to modify my workouts accordingly. He took the time to plan out my schedule and correct my posture if Iβm doing something incorrect. It takes a couple of times for me to repeatedly learn something and heβs been very patient.
