It has been a wild but transforming journey with Mitch as my personal trainer. Some background, on a good day, I am 4 ft 9.5 inches, ~120lbs, 30 yo female. Mitch was extremely flexible in working around my unpredictable schedule especially when I was away for a few months. If I could have been able to stick to my schedule I would be a on American Ninja Warrior by now :) I believe in two months I have worked with him 3x/4x a week, I have succeeded or have gotten extremely close to my goals. Mitch is kind, motivating, understood my fitness goals and implemented great training plans so I could reach them. He is thorough in explaining what muscles and why you are doing the exercises he prescribes. At times that I pushed myself too hard and injured myself he adjusted and accommodated the workout to alleviate further pain. I know for a fact I would not have been able to reach my goals without Mitch and I would truly miss him when I move. If you’re looking for a change in yourself but need the push, Mitch is your guy. It will be the best investment you ever make.

Two spots available!! Unfortunately for my wife and I, our reserved spots with Mitch at Abundio's are opening up at the end of July thanks to a move out of Fort Worth.

There is so much disappointment in our searches to find a replacement for Mitch in our lives. We have been training with him for almost 2 years now and he is the best personal trainer we have ever had. When we found out we were moving it was literally the first thing we moped about. My wife said "Oh no, what the hell are we going to do for Mitch?" and then we proceeded to see if he would move with us! Luckily for his other clients he is staying put.

His style is a calm demeanor and fluid. His whole aura and intensity scales with how you are and feel that day, but he also knows how to get that extra push out of you to drive you more and get those results. He is personable and fun to be around, and changed all of our preconceived notions of being the type of people to have a "personal trainer".

The Gym itself complements him perfectly. When you're there, it feels as if you have all of Abundio's gym to yourself, without the crowd and the noise, there has never been a time where I had to wait for a set at a machine.

We're going to miss the gym and Mitch's coaching dearly, and if you're considering a personal trainer, it should be Mitch here at Abundio's.

If you want to learn, grow and be pushed to be your best- Mitch is the guy. I’ve been able to double a lot of the weights that I can lift in a matter of a few short months. Every week we reach a new personal best. The successes make you want more. Mitch is the opposite of intimidating and the ultimate motivator. I've worked with Mitch for nearly seven months, and in this time I've seen a total transformation -- both physically and mentally. Mitch has a high level of knowledge and skill; yet he is still able to explain concepts in an understandable way. His approach is both practical and efficient, which has made sustainability much easier. I’ve been training with Mitch for about a year. Prior to that, I was dealing with high blood pressure, hypertension combined with a very inactive lifestyle. Working out and training with Mitch has been a life changing experience. I feel stronger and more in control of my health due to his guidance and support. Mitch is fantastic to work out with and very positive and encouraging. He pushes you to do your best but also tailors your training towards your personal needs and likes. Not that I *like* Bulgarian split squats but he's very cognizant of what makes you 'tick' as a human being and tries to find workouts for you that are fulfilling as well as strengthening your body. I always feel comfortable and confident working out with Mitch (not an easy thing to say as a middle-aged woman of in a gym). Highly recommended!

I've known Mitch for over a year now. I started my program with Mitch in the gym for some 1 on 1 personal training. We met 5 days a week for 6 months. I grew leaps and bounds in that 6 months. Mitch is one of the few trainers who listen to your goals and crafts the workout with your goal in mind. Not just working out for the sake of working out but an in depth look at what you're wanting out of the session. In my case it was strength training for martial arts and being a better overall athlete. He researched my sport and brought many different exercises that improved my explosiveness, strength, and conditioning. Mitch places an emphasis on good form and technique to ensure you never get injured during a session. In addition to him being a laser focused trainer, he is a great motivator and a great person to spend your workout with.
