David Mitchell is an excellent trainer. He finds ways to make your workout fun. I don't think I have ever done the same workout twice. He also has learned about all of my medical issues and designed my workouts to strengthen me in those areas. I trust David with all of my fitness needs.

Personal attention to each individuals specific needs and abilities . Not a cookie cutter approach but very aligned with my goals and restrictions allowing me to get the most out of every session. David doesn’t sit back and tell you what to do , he demonstrates , participates and keeps you in proper form and technique throughout the session . Well worth my time and definitely worth the investment I am making in myself .
