Candice is great! My fitness is steadily improving! The experience and progress are exactly what we hoped for! Our friends notice, too. Among the things I like are:
-- Many exercises are complex in that they target multiple objectives (flexibility, balance, strength, different muscle groups, etc.). So they are interesting and they make you want to work hard!
-- Candice always has a sequence in mind before she shows up. It's never exactly the same, but there are enough elements in common with past sessions that you have a sense of progress.
-- She's very knowledgeable, so she can substitute elements if something is too hard.
-- She's really good at being encouraging but at the same time moving the goal posts (which is, of course, necessary).

I have been using Mobile Trainers for the last 8 months, twice a week I communicate online and pay online. It’s super convenient having the trainer come to your house. A physician recommended exercise for me in order to reduces the side effects of my medication.

Being a “hard gainer” all my life I’ve tried all kinds of supplements and workout plans with no real long-term results.

When Emily F and I started working together we dove right into my diet and saw that, was the missing link.  With the meal prep and nutrition plans I was able to build solid lean muscle mass and maintaining it. I also Accompanied her workouts with my preexisting training sessions which helped immensely.
