Mod is a great studio! The classes are fun, challenging, and always leave me feeling stronger. The instructors are encouraging and make everyone feel welcome. The studio is clean, bright, and has such great energy!

As an older person, I do not recommend this place. The music was far too loud for me. When I asked if they could turn it down, I was told that other participants prefer it loud. They even suggested I bring earplugs next time....but there wonβt be a next time.

I absolutely love Mod Fitness! The studio has such a welcoming vibe, and every instructor brings great energy. The classes are always challenging but in the best wayβno two are ever the same, which keeps things fun and fresh. The workouts are super versatile, so I never get bored. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a motivating and results-driven fitness experience!

Not my favorite studio but Iβll take a class there in a pinch. I find the teachers go too fast during transitions and donβt explain the moves very clearly. Also they rarely correct / adjust people so everyone is doing slightly different things. Makes it hard to get an efficient workout because Iβm not doing the movement correctly. Parking is also very limited in the area.

Took my first class at Mod today and it was challenging yet still fun! Ale was a great instructor and offered plenty of modifications and form corrections which was great for me as a newbie. Iβll be back!

I had an amazing first experience here! Sounds almost cheesy, but the atmosphere here is bursting with light, literally and metaphorically. The space is full off big windows and my instructor Paige was so attentive and encouraging.

This place is great! I've been coming to this studio off and on for about a year and a half through classpass, but finally just bought a membership. The instructors here are awesome, everyone is friendly, and I always get a fantastic workout!

Can't say enough good things about MOD. I have been a big fan of barre over the years and MOD is by far the best workout with the most awesome instructors. The Burnet location also has a great childcare program!!!

This is a great place for barre. I used to go here a lot and it is one of the hardest work outs ever. Dudes may think it's not manly, but let me tell you it is a workout. The instructors are nice and accommodating which is great because I knew nothing about barre and wanted a new challenge. I invited a girl to join me working out here and she ends up being my future wife so thank you mod fitness!
