The THUNDER class with Kendell was amazing and so well guided! The room was hot but not suffocating making the movements challenging yet super relaxing. I will be returning for their other class offerings. The studios is spacious and parking was super easy. I highly recommend this location!

This new Heights location of Mode 8 has a super cool vibe! The yoga room is painted black from wall to ceiling. There is a wall of mirrors in front that can help you check your alignment. There are so many different class to try. Whether you’re looking to unwind and stretch sore muscles or want to get a sweaty workout sesh in (complete with healing infrared light,) there is something for all your moods. Mode 8 offers a fun & safe space to express yourself thru the movement, breath work & meditative qualities of yoga. It’s no exaggeration to say that devoting yourself to a yoga practice here can truly change one’s life.

The studio is spacious and has plenty of parking. The check in process is super easy. If you take a hot class expect to sweat. The instructors are amazing! Any level student can take a class and leave feeling great, there are modifications for all classes. There’s also so many cute finds in the store if you’re looking for unique gifts/items. The price of membership is like no other, incredibly reasonable.

Mode 8 is a place where you feel at home. Classes range from hot yoga to yoga in a cool room so there’s something for everyone! Each instructor offers their own personal touch and the community that Mode 8 creates is top notch. The hot and warm classes are heated with infrared light therapy which offer many health benefits.
