I cannot recommend Mona enough. She has been great to work with, is encouraging, and does not judge your limitations. She customizes your workouts based off of what your body is going through at the time.

I prefer this to large gym classes, where the instructor does not provide modification for exercise exercises. I attend Mona‘s group classes and even then she is able to provide customized support.

I’ve been working with Coach Mona since February, and it’s been a great experience. As someone new to the gym, I really appreciated how welcoming and supportive she and everyone else in my weekend workout session were from day one. i worked with mona during a really transformative time in my life, and i still think about how much her guidance meant to me. when i first started seeing mona, i was a complete beginner. i had almost no endurance, and absolutely no experience. working with mona got me through my biggest milestone, getting started. i went from 244 pounds to 170 pounds while working with mona. i was stronger, eating much better, and more in touch with my body than ever before.

mona always met me where i was, never made me feel judged, and celebrated every small win. she has tons of great options that work for all types of people. she is so strong and empowering, you could feel her energy in every class.

while i unfortunately was not able to continue with her program, the tips she gave me were enough to keep me motivated beyond her program. today, im at 140 pounds! mona’s program is amazing and i truly believe her enthusiasm made that possible 🥰 i look forward to joining her program again.

Mona has been the biggest blessing since I moved to Dallas. She knows exactly what you need and when you need it. I have never seen a fitness instructor who is in tune with her clients the way she is. She knows when to push you and when to ease back which can save you from unnecessary injuries. She helps you with your diet and nutrition. She keeps track of your cycle and any hormonal imbalances or day to day issues to help tailor your workouts accordingly. If I let her know an ache is even beginning she adjusts the move or pauses the session to address it with stretches/physical therapy exercises which then allows you to return to your workout and actually complete it!

I have never liked Zoom classes because they don’t feel personal, but Mona has proven me wrong. Her Zoom sessions are far different than any other I’ve been to. It’s amazing how closely she keeps an eye on everyone and also keeps track of what they need/how much weight they can handle on an individual basis. I find her to be incredibly affordable!

Lastly, what I think makes Mona truly special is just how genuinely caring she is. You can tell she’s not in this business to make money, she truly wants to help others get healthy and strong. I hope I can stay on as her client for as long as possible. Truly beautiful inside and out. Thank you for everything Mona!

Coach Mona is absolutely amazing! I don't even know where to start this review! From the beginning of my journey with her, she CARES. She really takes the time to understand everything about you and gives you a plan that you can do and if for some reason, you fall off this plan-she doesn't shun you she says its ok get back up and let's go at it! I began with Coach after I had my baby and she has helped me go from my back hurts all the time to I can do jumping jacks again!! You can reach her all the time and she will answer you and help you and work with you! I started to work out with Monavation in 2019 with my daughter. I constantly felt like I was too old to start working out and was tired of trying fad diet’s that didn’t get me to achieve long-term health. Mona not only taught me how to budget my time in my day as a busy working mom, But she also helped my confidence in helping me realize that It is never too late to start taking care of your self. Now almost 3 years later, I have gone from size 14 to a size 6, And I feel not only successful as a mother, but also successful and healthy for myself. My mom and I started training with Mona in 2019. Since then we both have experienced a drastically healthy shift to our lives with Mona’s constant words of encouragement and inspiration. Mona will push you to do more than you think that you can do and it will surprise you what your body is capable of. Before joining monavation personal training and virtual fitness, the both of us were constantly making the excuse that we don’t have enough time to work out. But Mona inspired us to work out every single day, no excuses. Even when it got hard during the pandemic, Mona would constantly create challenges us for us to compete against ourselves and never had us comparing ourselves to anyone except who we were yesterday. I am a full time student and I work every single day, essentially being out from 8 AM to 4-5 PM. But Mona pushed me to make my lifestyle sustainable for me, so that even if I wasn’t working out as much, I would compensate by eating super clean. And vice versa: if I was craving and I was working out, I was allowed to still indulge in moderation. I feel overall happier and more satisfied with the girl I see in the mirror looking back at me. If you are struggling with confidence, start working on yourself with Mona today. I promise there is nothing stopping you from being who you want to be except YOURSELF. It's hard to find a trainer that will give you the personal care and attention you deserve to reach your health and/or weight loss goals. Mona is just that. She understands women and weight loss on a level men just cannot. She is attentive, always available via text, gives great advice about food, supplements, low impact exercises and stretches, and pretty much everything else. Her prices are fair and reasonable and she will even work with your budget if asked. She super dope and knowledgeable. Her zoom classes are just as, if not more intense than in-person sessions. I plan to keep her as my trainer as long as I can.

I joined Mona and her team in November 2020, and it has been the best decision for me both physically and mentally. As a PT/coach/mentor all in one she has been amazing both in and out of sessions.
The classes start at your level and before you know it you are lifting heavier, have the ability to do more reps and building on yourself in ways you didn’t think possible at the beginning.
The motivation throughout classes and out of class is great, there’s never a chance of quitting and saying you ‘cannot’. Recently she has made sessions more adaptable to your level which has been challenging but in a positive way, really makes you work hard because she knows we are capable. I don’t think she has ever repeated the same class, they are always varied and new and challenging. The energy throughout keeps you going and before you know it those 30/40 mins are complete!
The communication between Mona and myself has been countless. She’s always on hand to answer questions, give tips or to listen to you when your feeling low about yourself. The network ‘Monavation’ has is another great team to be a part off. She has monthly challenges to engage you and others, alongside sharing meal ideas and stretches after a hard day. Thank you, Mona, for keeping me going till now, I look forward to see what this coming year has for my health journey with you.
