A great locally owned gym that offers 24 hour access and friendly staff and members. A good place for a quiet workout at any time of day. Very clean, judgement free gym. Free weights, machines, and classes also.

So if you would like to join this gym do not go to there website which has not been updated since 2014 that says " office hours are m-f 10-5pm". Because if you drive to the gym to sign up during there "office hours" and you get there only to see it is by appointment only, it is very frustrating.
Then if you call the only phone number provided, all you get is a message from Sprint saying that customer is not available at this time, repeatedly.
The facility is great! The equipment is great but the website and customer service need to be updated because both have not changed when I tried joining the gym back in 2014.
Can someone please contact me so I can make the appointment necessary to join the gym?
