Excellent classes! They are challenging but fun. Dylan keeps you motivated the entire time. He’s engaged and makes sure you are using proper form. He describes all the exercises in detail and will do the class right along with you if he can. Even when there is a big group, he is still able to work with you individually while keeping an eye on everyone else.
I like that you can go at your own pace while still being part of the overall class and routine.

I have been training with Dylan for 9 months now and he is an amazing trainer! Before coming to his workouts, I never really enjoyed working out, but he has changed that. Dylan will challenge you, but also encourage and educate you along the way. Although the workouts can be tough, you leave his class feeling accomplished and motivated to keep going! Dylan, in my eyes, one of the top trainers in the DFW Area. Tough, but for all of the right reasons. You may not know what you are capable of but he will encourage you and motivate you to find out. He has boundless energy and enthusiasm that is unmatched.

Even in a group setting, he is ALWAYS attentive to everyone and constantly working with individuals on proper form and/or modifications to match their abilities. His depth of knowledge is incredible and he shares that information to help you be a better you.

Since working out with Dylan at Mory Fitmess Solutions, my strength, endurance, and health have greatly improved. Even though I work out with a small group, I feel like I am given the individual coaching I need to improve and develop at my own pace. There is focus on the quality of how each movement is performed, as well as pushing yourself to do more than you think you can without the expectation that everyone in the class is on the same level.

I’ve never been much of a consistent workout person, but I am actually getting up 3-4 mornings every week at 6am, something I said I’d never be able to do! Thanks, Dylan!

I will say at my young 36 years I have never been particularly fit or fond of sweating. This was a game changer for me, sweating has never felt so good and accomplishing. Dylan creates such a positive environment, that makes you feel successful no matter your level of fitness. The workouts are always challenging and fun. Dylan has been my trainer for 2 years now and I have yet to walk out of his 60 minute thrashing unsatisfied. Whatever my mood- Dylan senses it and provides the right amount of leverage to push me where i need to go.

His personal “mat-side” manner-with all of his clients-enables him to create the perfect workout environment that is tailor-made to each person’s needs. Young and old (like me) alike can gain significant physical gains and life advantages once immersed in the Dylan-Zone

In the wake of COVID-19- working with Dylan brought me back to a better mental and physical state of being. From a guys point of view, he reinstilled my bloodlust for a hard, heart-pounding- weight throwing workout that i have not had the energy nor desire since i was a younger man.
