I love this studio! Everyone is so nice and friendly. The teachers are all excellent. I had already signed up for the 200 YTT training at another studio when I discovered Move and boy do I wish I hadn’t! I am taking Move’s 8-day Immersion YTT in June anyway and would take the whole course if I could. By the way, I am Christy Milner. I don’t know why I show up under another name when I am reviewing something on google.

I have only been to Move a handle full of times but I can tell this is a place I will be returning frequently. Love the space and all the vibes inside. The way Camille taught was so refreshing and I felt so amazing after class. Both the owners Carissa and Mynette are wonderful people and you should definitely go check them out! I can’t wait for my next class!

*Update* :) I've been practicing at Move now for over 6 months, and I have seen a shift in my practice. It truly is a community, and I feel blessed to have made so many new friends throughout the process. Each teacher has their own style, and you can feel their intention in their work. Such a gift to GOOF.

Carissa and Mynette have created an incredible space in our neighborhood. Even if it were not nearby, I'd be supporting their work. The quality of the instructors is excellent, and I love the size of the classes and energetic warmth of the studio. If you like alignment-based vinyasa, you will love their Align & Flow classes. The heated vinyasa is approachable for beginners while also being challenging enough for more advanced practicioners. The candlelit classes are a treat! Warren's class is a great balance of movement and restorative yoga. Just so many options and kids yoga at convenient times, also! You should just go check it out.

I'm LOVING Move Yoga, espically Allisons 9:30 Wednesday morning Heated Vinyasa Class. Its literally the best - challenging, unique & love her playlists. Her hands on but yet low pressure teaching style is hard to match! Added bonus that Wednesday morning classes Ive found are the best way to break up my week. Thanks MOVE see you Wednesday!

Move Yoga is such an amazing place. Never has a studio impacted me more! I began practicing there when they opened in 2019 and it quickly became a valued part of my life. The variety of classes and instructors is rare for a small studio, and the members are welcome and warm. I love practicing at Move! I recently completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training program there and it was an amazing experience!

It has been a blessing to practice yoga at MOVE since they opened a year ago. I have grown so much stronger, and I’m able to do poses that I never thought possible. The support I receive is phenomenal—both hands-on support and mental through meditation and setting intentions.

They offer many classes for all levels and with special classes for kids at the same time as many adult classes. My kids ask to go to yoga all time!

The added bonus is the great community of wonderful teachers and friends that I have connected with this year. They make me excited to wake up for my 5:15 am practice Monday-Friday!

Every time I walk into MOVE, the stress of the day/week melts away. It's a welcoming yoga home for everyone, no matter your fitness level, body type or goals. The Yin and Flow & Restore classes are my favorite -- an hour to stretch out soreness from high intensity workouts and clear my mind from the never-ending to-do lists. Thanks for creating this community, Mynette & Carissa!

MOVE yoga is more than a yoga studio, it is a community! The owners, Mynette and Carissa, have cultivated an amazing community at MOVE, where everyone is welcome and encouraged to Move, Breathe, Inspire. The kids yoga classes concurrent with adult classes are wonderful for parents who want to nourish their own practice, and introduce yoga to their children. I often get home from work to my daughter (7yo) asking me "is their yoga tonight, mom? Can we go?" "Yes sweetheart, we can! Go get your mat and let's go Move, and Breathe."

Every instructor at MOVE is creative, inspiring, challenging and fun! The variety of types of classes (vinyasa, Yin, Align and Flow, restore and flow, Prenatal, Foundations) means there is something for everyone.

Be prepared to be transformed.

I LOVE this place. It is community oriented, the GOOF neighbors are all here! The classes I’ve attended are challenging, but also welcoming to all experience levels. The instructors are positive and fun - if you fall or grunt, they acknowledge that you are stretching your limits! It’s a very positive and uplifting group of people that go. Plus, they have a running group every Wednesday. Health for all!

I was so happy when Move Yoga opened in my neighborhood! The variety of classes, and different times are perfect. The studio is small enough to give an intimate personal experience, but large enough so it's never too crowded. The Yin classes are a great way to stretch, focus and relax, especially after a long day of work. The Intentional Vinyasa classes give a great workout. Love that I'm seeing the difference in my arms and core after only a couple months!

I'm pretty new to yoga practice but I have found something that I truly love! I can't speak for other studios around as Move is the only one I've been to but I can say that the owners, Carissa and Mynette are so welcoming, encouraging and knowledgeable. All of the instructors have a little bit different style so I am able to practice several times a week and always have a new experience. It's a beautiful, calming space that leaves you feeling mindful and refreshed. If you are even thinking of trying yoga, MOVE is the place to go! No matter your experience level, you will be welcomed and nurtured here!

I am not a regular yoga person. I still don't understand the vernacular, and will probably never get used to using the phrase "my practice" but Carissa and Mynette have made me feel right at home at MOVE. I never realized I could use yoga to take a pause in life and spend a quiet hour with myself, get a workout in and find some peace in my day. Hell yes to this place... a million times over!
