Coming here was my first time doing a workout program, and it was an amazing experience! The coaches are skilled, attentive, and thoughtful in how they approach their sessions. Whether it's helping with form, modifying movements, or offering motivation at the right moment, their experience and care really stand out. I've seen real progress since starting, and would highly recommend it for both first time gym goers and experienced athletes!

From my experience with personal trainers, there’s typically a certain set of rules to follow. It’s a “just trust me on this” kind of process, and I’m not one to follow orders. I did the Momentum program with Kyle, and the main thing that made it so special was how receptive he was of my feedback. He could break down scientific research findings, provide personal anecdotes, and make information digestible: why certain food groups are essential, why certain workout techniques are necessary for muscle growth, etc. However, when I realized what things were working for me or not, I felt confidence that he would always respond with helpful alternatives. What you get is a very customized program, with constant check-ins and very open communication. I really appreciate Kyle’s teaching style, and the lessons I’ve learned have become part of my lifestyle. I would definitely recommend his Momentum program.

Working with Kyle changed the way I view fitness and how i think about working out and getting stronger. The moment you walk into one of his classes or do a 1:1 with him, you will notice right away how much emphasis he places on mobility and technique. He teaches in a way that takes out the complexity of an otherwise complicated movement. We usually touch on the same principles that lay out the foundation of any exercise you will do in CrossFit and that translates well to the fun stuff you do in the outside world.

I’ve worked with Kyle over the past year and I can’t recommend him enough! He is extremely passionate about all aspects of fitness and has a sharp focus on movement and mobility. His Momentum program focused on exercise, nutrition and sleep and helped me build good habits. I starred working with Kyle in Crossfit about 5 years ago now. I had been warned about Crossfit before from my friends but Kyle was meticulous about teaching all of us in class about proper technique before lifting heavy weight to ensure no injury. I can't tell you the amount of knowledge Kyle has imparted on me through injuries, rehabilitation, and recovery. I used to have extreme shoulder pain that I figured would never go away. Now 5 years later, I'm able to do every overhead movement, and gymnastics skill without pain. All because Kyle helped teach me proper technique in every movement. That is something not even sports medicine doctors helped me with. Not to mention Kyle's Momentum Program helped me transform my lifestyle to achieve my performance and weight loss goals sustainably. Previous programs I had been through had me miserable through the entire program and the results lasted maybe 2 months tops. Kyle's Momentum Program steps are something I use every day and I've been able to maintain the results I am looking for!
