After years of attempting to loose weight, get fit, and do something my kids would be proud of i found this gym to call home. Everyone from the Trainers to the members are supportive, genuine, and offer ZERO Judgements 1st and foremost. Its unlike any gym I've ever been to in the past. You get to decide how hard you want or can work to reach your goals. Jeremey has made a space for anyone in any fitness level to come in, work hard, see results and the only thing you have to do is be consistent. I've seen not just myself but so many others reach higher for themselves and in doing so it has been even that much more rewarding to know the gym i go to changes so many lives. I can't say enough good things about this place and if committing almost 8 years of my life to the owner of MRT says anything about his character that alone should be reason enough to try it out.

Personalized Hyrox training gym. I signed up for the HYROX simulation and It was fun. They had all stations set up. Owners and staff were very involved and motivating. I highly recommend this location since it’s off 45, very close. I will definitely see myself coming back.

MRT has been the BEST gym community I’ve been a part of. From day 1 of walking in, Jeremy immediately made eye contact with me and knew I was a new member and introduced himself. I really liked this gym. I have a weathered body from CrossFit, but still need a push, but with present coaching, & an effective strength training program.
In the one time I was there, I was offered two cues I really needed to level up my deadlifts that I’ll use moving forward, trust & space to modify what was needed for my injured knee, BUT still lots of pushing/encouragement, & lots of fist bumps from really friendly members.
It’s my new go-to spot when I’m in town!

Amazing workout optionality for all fitness levels. They set the tone and if you want them to throttle up intensity they will not disappoint. The rotated weekly focus is refreshing and well rounded.
