About the Club

Professional Muay Thai as it is done in Thailand from someone who learned it in Thailand. The club is open to all levels, however beginner spots are limited and groups are small. We train all levels in group or private sessions at the same time and guarantee no matter your level I can improve your game in multiple areas immediately. If you've been looking to increase your level of mastery in certain areas but having trouble finding the coaching, then this is where to get it. If you're a beginner and dedicated you'll get the best possible foundation available.
This is not a Western-style martial arts school or fitness program and we don't offer kids classes.

Stepping into a Muay Thai gym as a woman (like I did eight months ago with zero experience) can be incredibly intimidating. But let me tell you, Muay Thai Dallas flips that script entirely. From day one, everyone - and I mean everyone - made me feel welcome, safe, and part of the team.

Coach Brian is the heart of the place and an absolute gem. He has this incredible ability to gauge your level, meet you right where you are, and push you just enough. His attention to detail is mind-blowing. He's not just teaching you moves; he's helping you build a strong foundation, correcting those tiny little things before they become bad habits. And the way he explains strategy? Forget one-size-fits-all - Brian adapts his approach to your mindset, making it click in a way that sticks.

The gym itself has this perfect vibe. It's big enough to have energy, but small enough that you're never lost in the crowd. You're not just a number here; you're seen, heard, and supported. Plus, the guys training there are always ready to lend a hand, offering tips and encouragement based on their own experiences.

If you're a woman looking to step out of your comfort zone and into a truly empowering space, Muay Thai Dallas is it. You'll sweat, you'll laugh, you'll learn, and you'll find a whole new level of confidence. Trust me, it's worth every star.

Extremely knowledgeable instructor that takes the time to educate you, with a great group of folks as members. Fixes migraines.

Muay Thai Dallas is a great gym for those wanting to learn authentic Thai boxing. Brian is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful coach. The class sizes ensure everyone has a training partner, without sacrificing individual instruction. Everyone at the gym is super friendly, which makes each class feel like a team effort. I highly recommend this gym to newcomers and more advanced/experienced athletes.

About a month and a half ago I joined this gym with absolutely no martial arts experience whatsoever, fast forward to now and I feel like I’ve progressed a tremendous amount. Brian (the coach) is a fantastic teacher and is very clearly not in this business to make money, he simply wants to pass along the knowledge he’s acquired
throughout his many years training in Thailand. In addition to great teaching, this gym has an extremely supportive community. Everyone who trains here leaves their ego at the door and is only interested in one thing, helping each other improve. If you’re interested in training Muay Thai, I can’t recommend this gym enough.

Started a month ago with my friend and have loved it ever since. Brian is a super nice guy who actually likes teaching you. One thing I like about the gym is you get a lot of 1 on 1 time with him and that’s something not a lot of gyms offer. Definitely recommend coming and seeing what the gym is about.

I attempted to reach the owner of this gym because I was interested in training here.. there was no response. Honestly I don’t think this is even a gym. When you call the number provided it is a google number and when emailing there are no responses to your email no website. Very SKETCHY.. BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

This is an actual Thai Boxing gym! The structure of the gym is exactly as if you were to be training in Thailand. Also Brian has an extensive knowledge about all aspects of Muay Thai, from the subtle details of techniques to fight strategy. He will take you to the next level no matter where you are at right now

There is a trail right next to the gym where you can jog to warm up which is another plus. If you want to learn Thai style Muay Thai this is the place for you.

Have been training here for almost 4 months, never thought I would be so addicted to Muay Thai since I had never done any martial arts before. Brian speaks and writes in Thai, and he always talks about the culture of Thai and the history of Muay Thai. It's usually small group or one to one training, so I got to learn lots of techniques in short time. Brian is also good at pointing out everyone s weakness and strength, so I know what I need to practice more to improve. We always have a training plan to follow for each day, it can be power training, techniques, sparring... it gets too hard for me sometimes, especially after a long day at work, but the pouring sweat makes it all worthwhile.

One of Texas's best kept secrets. The head trainer, Brian Biegler is the real deal. He's combined years of Muay Thai experience living and learning from some of the best in Thailand with a comprehensive scientific approach to training. This combo is unmatched anywhere in the United States. You'll be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable trainer capable of putting same skills into practice anywhere in the country. Whether you're a seasoned veteran of the fight game, a young up and comer, or someone looking to get fit while actually learning real and effective skills, Muay Thai Dallas has what you need to take you to the next level.
