Update Review. My previous concerns were addressed promptly and resolved by the owner. Her passion about her business is apparent and commendable. It is a big warehouse gym. There are ample machines, mirrors, and equipment. Generally it isn't too packed. It is a good place to break a sweat.

I realize everyone's concerns on the cleanliness of the gym , however we are now back to the original owners and this has been addressed and taken care of. We take pride on how clean the gym is considering it is an old school gym. For those who saw the gym the way it use to be, I hope you come back and see the difference. We are here for our members and want to provide the best environment for those who come to workout. Thank you!

Gym is an old school feel with 24 hr access however it appears the owners neglect this location making it unappealing to pay a $30-$40 membership with a $100 deposit. Would love this gym to workout however I have canceled my membership after being a member for years. I don't believe it is no longer a choice. Basically the gym has gone downhill from an already deep slope.

I am rating this gym two stars. The set up is nice and the equipment is great as well. Very friendly staff, BUT the cleanliness is a concern for me. The restroom and floors were clearly dirty and unkept… seems as the place hadn’t been swept, dusted or mopped. The toilet was the filthiest… Urine was caked up around the rim and behind the toilet seat… this only communicates that the staff does not value hygiene or isn’t maintaining this facility as needed. Sorry but.. I will not be enrolling here due to this. GET A JANITOR!

Management, this gym needs to get in order. As a long time member I have seen this gym go from bad to ok. Members below giving reviews are be TOO nice and y’all know it. The only reason I go here because of the old school feel however the level of neglect is discouraging. The gym has potential just needs some TLC!

Remember mediocrity is a mindset don’t get stuck there friends.

NO AC! Just so you know, but it's ok with me. This gym is small, but has everything you need to get a good workout. It's not a pizza Tuesday or cute and sparkly place, it's a place to get your sweat on, to grow those muscles and no judgement.

I just love the old skool gym vibe....the summer time 2 a day Fieldhouse vibe I get upon entering! I was skeptical at 1st, bit the owner has a radiant personality but at the same time she go hard af about the gym and working out! And that, to me sets the tone in the gym and I love it!
