As a stay-at-home mom, I wanted to enroll my two daughters, who are one and two years old, in an activity that would get them active, help them socialize with other children, and allow them to spend time outside of the house. This gymnastics program has been amazing! It has truly helped my girls step out of their comfort zones. They get excited every week to go to gymnastics classes.

The teachers are fantastic and do a wonderful job working with the kids, ensuring that every day is a new experience. My one-year-old has already learned to do a forward roll, hang from the bars, and is even trying to do flips! This is the perfect place if you're looking for your children to participate in a class setting, play with peers their age, and learn fun and engaging activities.

I had to find a new gym for my daughter when the one in Allen closed and picked my gym Frisco since she was already used to the my gym structure. I was a little nervous as both her and I were used to my gym Allen and Frisco has bigger classes. However, my nerves were unnecessary. My daughter thrived starting with her first class and loves going. She always goes up to Ms. Jenni wanting to demo the practice skill and high fives her and Coach George. She loves their Clifford swing and is always willing to try the different stuff they put out. The instructors are also very energetic and great with the kids. The instructors also do such a good job running the class smoothly even with big numbers! The facility itself is also very clean.

My daughter had her 4th birthday party here in January and it was a great experience for her. The team were very nice and accommodating when I came by to look at the space a few times and to talk about her party. The day of her and her friends had such a good time. It was a perfect mix of free time for them to play and explore and structured games. There was an issue with the pizza that had nothing to do with them and they were super helpful and communicative in helping come up with a solution. We really appreciate it. My daughter is still talking about it months later.

We have been coming to my gym for almost 4 years. Let me just say this has been our favorite place. It’s a weekly staple in our schedule. We have done a variety of classes over the four years and and each one has been age appropriate. The skills she has been taught are amazing and really helped build her confidence and strength over the years. The staff is AMAZING. I have had zero issue or complaints. The gym is always clean and kept up with. Each employee is always so kind and welcoming. They make sure it’s a safe place for your kiddos. Their Instagram & newsletter had a free class so I signed up for it for 3 of my kids, not just that but it stated if signed up that same free trial class there's an extra % discount. I did just that but the lady wasn't even aware of the discount, I showed her the email and she did fix it but a new comer shouldn't know more than an employee... Annoyingly by the next visit I noticed they put 2 of my kids starting a different date than my 3rd kid by accident, when I asked a different employee if she can make and end all my kids at the same time she was annoyed and confused and asked me to "prove" to her that it was their mistake and not mine? Next visit another issue, we are new here and no one explained the rules, different employee tends to scold my kids but let's everyone get away with. For example trampoline she tells us only one at a time but doesn't mention the adult dad and his little one that, another time my kid was playing with a ball outside of ball pit area but again allowed 3 other kids to take several balls out and even laughed with them but scolded with mine. Me & my kids enjoyed only 2 staff employees out of the 5? Here. I certainly cancelled after just a month.

We really love a lot of the coaches here, especially Miss Morgan and Miss Lily. It’s a great place for my toddler to run out her energy and she loves her weekly classes as well as any of the practice and plays we can make it to.
My only complaint is that the time of their practice and plays recently changed so they’re either around 12 during the week (conflicts with nap and lunch) or during rush hour. We miss the earlier morning times! Being able to attend more practice and play times would make the monthly cost feel more like a value.

We just had our 3yr olds bday party here and the staff did an AMAZING job engaging not only the kiddos but the parents! We all had a great time! The games and activities were age appropriate and our party helpers went above and beyond helping not only with set-up, but helping watching the kids play, and making sure everyone got a chance to partake in activities. They made our birthday kiddo feel so special. Prior to the party MyGym was also very responsive to emails/calls. This was our first time and being a planner having someone else cover set-up and activities is out of my comfort zone. MyGym made it easy. Would recommend and do this again!

Wow. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I stayed at home with my daughter for 3 years, we were very attached and I trusted very few people with her care. I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt, that I trust the care givers at Mygym Frisco with her care. We started out having her 2nd birthday party here, then their preschool prep a year later, and now 4 years later their Parents night out. This place is so loving, patient, and perfect for children with lots of energy. Bless them, our first day my daughter's hands were locked tight around my neck not wanting me to walk out the door. Truthfully, my hands were probably locked equally as tight🤣. After I left, literally less than 10 minutes later, I received a happy, smiling text message picture of my daughter from Ms Addie. Ms Morgan, Ms Tannah, Ms Dallas, and Ms Addie, thank you for making that transition for both of us so seamless and for continuing to be so amazing with me child. These women are angels and if you are able to get your child in any of their classes/ programs you will not regret it!

Our family loves My Gym! Our son took his first steps at My Gym and started walking the next week at 10 months. Our daughter became a little clingy during this pandemic and with My Gym's separation time she can be without me, and not get upset. If only we could give this place 10 stars!!! They have been a lifesaver for us this year, and my son’s favorite time of the day is going to his class. We were looking for a place for my almost two year old to get out some energy, learn, and have fun, and we could not have done any better than My Gym Frisco. The staff is amazing, their classes are well thought out and inviting, and my son smiles and jumps in the car every time he knows we are going to “class”. He loves his favorite teacher, Miss Morgan, and we can not say enough good things about her! She is the perfect combination of fun and professional. Along with the owner who has been so accommodating to us, we are sure going to miss this place when we move. Highly recommend for anyone looking out for a fun place for their kid(s)!

I cant recommend this place more! It has helped my Son so much! We were referred there by a Dr as we were in a similar program! The best thing we could do! It helped with sensory, transition and my Son LOVED IT SO MUCH!
We started the Mommy and me classes and then I enrolled him in Prep for pre school 3 days a week. He did so great and with the kindness of everyone that works there I was able to leave him there without majorly freaking out!!
I didn't peak thru the window for the first week!
My gym is so amazing! I'm truly so grateful for it.
I seriously only recommend places that I have used and have been amazing!

The gym itself is great. My son loved his time their playing but we had some serious issues getting in contact with staff when we weren’t there. No one ever answers their phone... like ever. We cancelled our membership and they charged us 2 additional times and guess what, no one was available to speak to again. It’s so frequent, it almost seems purposeful. Again the gym was great but this was very unpleasant trying to cancel with them.

Update: @Addie (owner of My Gym) I did received the voicemail. Thank you for stepping in to take care of this. In regard to not finding our cancellation, we made the request with you guys months ago. We left voicemails, texted. We even inquired back when you charged us the 1st time after the cancellation and you acknowledged it. Not sure how it went un-noticed. Not to beat a dead horse, but this would have been a lot smoother had someone answered the phone. Not sure why all these transactions are done via voicemail.

I’m giving it two stars because the place is pretty cool. But we went in for our free trial class and weren’t even acknowledged. The people working there didn’t give us any instructions upon arrival. I received an email when I booked the class but the instructions weren’t helpful once we actually got there, and then when my son was trying to get acclimated we were ignored and it all felt very cliquey. Maybe all those people have been coming since their kids were tiny (my son is 2) but my kid had never been to anything like that and it would’ve been nice to feel welcome or at the very least included.

BEWARE: CHEATS AND FRAUD. They will silently make you sign up for 2 months. They won't warn you that you have signed a contract for two months. They will continue to charge you until you take notice. The classes are dull and uncoordinated. Most people who conduct classes are uncommunicative. Also they don't refund you the money they charge nor they will reschedule your classes more than a month after you pay for the classes. So essentially if they charge you for classes and you want to go on a long vacation, you forfeit the money and the classes!

Update after Owner note: Just because you put something on the paper does not mean it is legitimate! When people cannot use your services, then least humane thing you can do is to return their money back to them. Stop being a machine of greed and start doing what is right!

I enrolled my daughter (2.5 yrs old) here for the summer and we loved it! The staff is kind and knew my daughter's name by the second week. The play area is clean and safe, which I love, and full of wonderful adventures, which my daughter loved. She was able to climb, jump, run, roll, hop, balance and swing without me chasing after her and telling her to be careful or behave. I do wish that there were more open play times, but only because we would have enjoyed the opportunity to spend more time there. I can't wait to return next summer!

I am a nanny of a 3 year old and 1 year old, and we go to My Gym for the sibling classes. They absolutely LOVE it. The classes are fun, playful, and get their energy out to make my day easier. It's also very reasonable in price, especially considering how inexpensive it is for multiple kids. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there are only a couple open play times, and they are right at lunch time/dinner time so it's difficult to attend. We love love love My Gym, and highly recommend it to our friends :)
