I just finished my trial period and I am happily continuing with the membership! My daughter was 11 months old when we started and she loves it! From my experience, My Gym’s format is better suited for infants and toddlers than Little Gym. The facilities are clean, the variety of activities is perfect, and most of all, the teacher, Morgan, absolutely makes it as wonderful as it is. She is very good at what she does! So glad I found this place!

My Gym Plano has been under “New Management” for well over a year now. Morgan and her team are excellent. The way they care for the kids, keep them safe but also encourage growth and exploration and an excitement for life is just infectious. If you’re thinking of trying a class, just go for it!

I’ve been taking my son here for almost 2 months now in the 2.5-3.5 class. He has a blast here and always asks to come to the gym. The instructors are so welcoming and engaging with my son. He loves independent play the most and I love it too. It’s great to watch him be independent from a far.

We had a wonderful experience here for my daughter’s third birthday. Maraya and Carson kept me updated, kept us on track- everything was set up and organized how we spoke about and the party flowed extremely well. They even helped us load up the car to get us out on time. We loved how the games were organized and that it could be as structured as we wanted it to be. Great value for the money. My daughter and her friends had a blast and we will definitely be back.

We just had my son’s first birthday party at MyGym Plano and couldn’t have been happier! From my initial call to get information and schedule the event, all throughout up until loading our presents and food back into our car they were completely accommodating for our event. Everyone had a wonderful time, and the staff was amazing with all of the kids!! I was a little concerned that a few older kids in the family would find it babyish, but even a nephew of 12 years old had a blast playing with the other kids on all of the equipment. My sweet boy played so hard he fell asleep even before singing happy birthday! 😂
It was really great to have the entire facility to ourselves to personalize the event and be able to keep an eye on the kids without them getting lost in the crowd of other littles! I highly recommend MyGym Plano and family members have already told us to have his 2nd birthday there again! 🤗💕

Absolutely the best!
Classes - my boys ask to go to My Gym all the time. They have really gained confidence, agility, strength and social and listening skills thanks to the Preschool Gymnastics and Ninja classes. The free play time is awesome for exploration and letting out some energy. The staff is absolutely wonderful, engaged and fun.
We hosted our boys 4th birthday party here and everything was really great from start to finish, with many parents commenting on how fun and easy it was. Could not be more thankful to have this special place near home!

We had my daughter's 3rd birthday at My Gym Plano last weekend. Maddie and Maraya were working the party. They took over from the time we walked in the door to set up until they loaded the presents in my car for me. They kept me updated on the party itinerary throughout the experience, so I was able to enjoy every moment instead of scrambling around to get things for people. I had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party here and it was the perfect venue! I spoke with the owner, Tony, beforehand while planning the event and he was so helpful in explaining the packages, how the day would go, and what all was provided. I liked that I didn’t have to commit to a party size/package until afterward the party since we didn’t know how many kids would RSVP. They gave us the option to have a structured party, or keep it all free play.
On the day of, Anika and Kayla were both so helpful in set up and tear down, and facilitating the party. They were both so pleasant to have around and were great with the kids and parents. They helped serve food to everyone and transfer the birthday gifts to our car. I loved having the party here and having their help really took a huge burden off my hands!

Had a birthday party at this location and we couldn’t sing enough praises about the owners and their dedication to your kid having the best birthday experience. This location includes much more than others within the birthday package, and does a lot of the prep work to make sure everyone is on the same page. Decor, supporting items for food, and the structure for the kids play was all great. We had more planned but ended up doing free play and everyone had a blast. I wish there had been more time! You get exactly 1 hr of play and then they close the gym for 30 mins to eat before it’s over. The gym itself is a goldmine - the kids eyes were sparkling.

We took our 2.5 year old for parents night out at my gym. He was a little upset to be left when we first dropped him off, but the staff was amazing! They sat with him for a few minutes help him adjust and by the time we picked him up a couple hours later he was having the best time.

I really appreciate the staff at my gym for making us feel comfortable leaving our little one. We definitely enjoyed having a few kid free hours! Looking forward to more PNO opportunities.

They helped with setup/decorations and led activities for the kids. Helped unload, reload the car, made sure timing worked smoothly.

We had a party for our 3 year old this past weekend and we had such a good time. I was trying to decide from either the Plano or frisco location and I ended up with Plano because 1 they had the party date available for my kids actual birthday. But even more so their packages that they offered felt more all inclusive. The other location had more package options but that felt overwhelming and I didn’t know which one to choose. This location had less options be it it had more included in each option Carson did an amazing job at helping me plan out the party. He called the week before the party and we got to go over all details he answered all my questions I had at the time he helped me plan decorations and figure out details to make the party every thing we wanted. Additionally he called the week of the party to go over and finalize everything that we needed and wanted. At the party we had 12 little people running around and having the best time.
Carson and Mel (I believe that was her name. I’m so sorry if I’m wrong) worked hard to make sure that everything. Was set up and that we were having the party we wanted. They had the option to have the party be as structured or as free play time as we wanted. Finally they brought out the presents to the car for us and went over everything we wanted to take with us and they were going to take care of the rest. This was an amazing experience for my child’s first birthday party. They were amazing. We are so happy.

Story continues… re addition $100 charge without authorization

I tried to dispute the charge. The bank put both of us in the call. I disagreed with some of Tony’s statements (i.e. he said he only spoke with me on the phone for two mins not 15 mins. But remember he also talked to his staff before and after me.) so I raise my voice a bit (like normal mom would do, nothing too crazy) trying to let the bank agent know that’s not true. Tony said “you talked to me like this, I can assume you also talked to my stuff like this. No wonder they could not ask you to leave on time.”
It is not true!!! I would never argue with the staff since they do not run the business. They are just following the guidelines given to them. We were very friendly to the staffs. It’s an unfair accusations. He could have verified with his staffs before making this comment. The true is the staff never rush us or remind us that there’s going to be an additional charge if we don’t leave by a certain time. We were just following the flow to end the party. Remember, the party was delayed for 15 mins due to the miscommunication between the owner and the staff.

Yes you can have my $100, but you are losing more business by doing this. It could have been a great promotional opportunity, but you turned it into a disaster. (Many of my friends hosted their parties at the same place where I hosted my last party.)

Overall, I would not recommend hosting your birthday party in My Gym Plano. The owner does not treat his clients with respect. And think twice before you share your credit card information with them since there’s a chance that they would charge you without your permission.

We recommend MyGym in Plano due to the great things we experience at every visit as members.

We are always greeted when we walk in. They remember the children’s names and treat them with gentleness and kindness. The staff also disciplines the children during classes which we like during the toddler stage. We’ve never had any issues with the staff or the environment. They gym is always well put together and safe and clean.

We have built friendships and this is a great way to expose our child to play with others. We never expect this and we are grateful we did.

I had a great experience with my son's birthday. We were initially hesitant to have a birthday party, felt like it would be too much hassle. The experience was smooth and enjoyable. The coaches that run the party were extremely nice and helpful. They have an activity plan to keep the kids engaged, or they let you do your own thing if you have plans. They set everything up ahead of time and provided food and drinks for a little extra if you want. Overall we didn't have to put in a lot of effort and my kids and the guest had a great time and can't wait to go back.

THE Perfect Birthday Venue!

My son celebrated his first birthday here and it far exceeded our expectations! First, Coach Carson and Coach Maraya ensured a wonderful and joyful experience for our little guy and his friends. They gracefully handled all hosting services normally expected of the parents so that we could play and take a ton pictures. In addition, the coaches managed to keep all the kids engaged with fun, age appropriate challenges, and safe activities. On top of everything else the coaches even loaded our car with all the gifts! We highly recommend MyGym to all our friends and family especially if they are looking for smooth and stress free kids venue! I was so excited to see a new MYGYM opening closer to us, and they do not disappoint, We just love MYGYM Plano … we were there on the very first day and have been going ever since. The owners Sherry and Tony are absolutely amazing and teachers are great with the kids. The gym is kept very clean which is one of biggest things for me. They also offer open play time in case your little one can’t get enough of class time, which my son loves. I’d say the only downfall (if you can even call it that) is classes are very small since they are so new and some kids are back in school, so please anyone reading this don’t hesitate come and enjoy you won’t regret it !

I had a very disappointing experience with My Gym Plano when they hosted a birthday party for children. The service was exceptionally poor, and I must give it one star.

My Gym Plano failed to meet even the most basic expectations for hosting a child's birthday party. The owner's attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional, which instantly made the event unpleasant. It was evident that they didn't care and lacked the enthusiasm required for a kids' party.

Furthermore, My Gym Plano does not allocate any time for cleaning, requiring either end the party early or pay an extra fee for extended cleaning.

We had a birthday party for our toddler along with ~10 other children at My Gym Plano and the overall experience was great. We chose to bring most of our own decorations and food/cake while My Gym provided tablecloth/plates/cutlery for the adults. They also provided a Happy Birthday sign which could be hung from the wall for pictures as well. The entire gym is booked during the party reservation which is nice so we can keep our party more private and comfortable. The staff and owners were very responsive to phone calls/email questions leading up to the party. We ended up adding an additional 30minutes to the end of our reservation since everyone was enjoying themselves. The kids had a lot of fun and the 2 party hosts had activities for the kids during play time.

Near the end of our party, the hosts reminded us a few times of the party coming to an end to gently encourage our guests to start cleaning/packing up. I don't mind the reminder, but maybe 1 or 2 times is enough. Reminding more than that was just a minor dislike I had, but overall not a big deal.

Overall, I would recommend hosting a birthday party for young kids here. All the kids enjoyed the play areas/activities and the party went relatively smoothly without any issues.

I have a 4 and 1.5 year old, and they both love this place! So do I - It’s relaxing for the parents to watch them get their wiggles out and try new things. All the coaches are amazing, energetic and creative in playing with them. I have watched my little one go from being hesitant to try anything and just holding onto me, to now happily exploring the gym floor and interacting with everyone independently. The coaches genuinely care (thank you!) and the owners are very pleasant too! I hope this business will flourish, and many families will find this place and create precious memories here!

I had my son's second birthday at MyGym Plano and it was such an amazing experience! Him and his 25 friends enjoyed every minute from the zip line, bubble machine, ball pit, trampoline and slide! Don’t think we will ever come back to this location, we would much rather drive to the MyGym in Frisco where the staff is much nicer and professional. We took our 8 month old daughter and 2 year old son to two separate classes back to back.
I can’t remember her name but the lead coach was not really nice. She kept rolling her eyes at everyone, you could tell she was annoyed (I’m sorry but kids are fussy and don’t always do what you want them to do), and just kept making these terrible side comments which I think she thought were funny during both classes and it wasn’t. We started off as a trial to see if we liked it and I just canceled for both of our kids. Cant say if ever recommend this location to anyone for their kids.

Brand new gym for kids! The coaches are fabulous! They are very patient, kind and accepting. I was really impressed that they knew my daughter's name on the second visit. As soon as we walked through the door they greeted her by name. Everything is clean and new. They rotate the lessons every week. When you sign up monthly, your child can go every day, unlimited classes for their age range. There is also an open gym where they can go to practice their skills or just play. There are all sorts of fun things for your child such as a ball pit, gymnastics bars, trampoline, slides and a zip line!!There are plenty of benches around the lobby for parents to sit and watch. Make sure to bring a water bottle!

We took our 18 month old son and he had a wonderful time. They have a lot of things to do with in a small place. It is a safe, enclosed room with a variety of areas for children to play alone or together while the adults can sit back and watch or visit with each other.
