After starting Pilates with Lena, I realized how important proper posture is and how much straighter and stronger my body could become. Even outside of class, I now know how to use my muscles correctly and where to focus. My lower back pain has improved so much that I no longer feel like I constantly need a massage. Pilates with Lena has truly been transformative.

My daughter, a 3rd grader, has flat feet and a slight spinal tilt as her spine develops. I was worried about her posture and forward pelvic tilt, but after just a few sessions with Zoey, her posture has improved noticeably. Pilates has been such a great exercise for her growth, even at a young age.

After giving birth, I carried lower back pain for years, but training with Lena has relieved the discomfort I experienced since my first delivery. Pilates here has not only improved my health but also supported my daughterโ€™s development.

I highly recommend this place. Lena and Zoey are both amazing instructors, and investing time in Pilates with them is absolutely worth it.

I walked into my first Pilates class expecting something soft and stretchyโ€”a light workout that might feel more like meditation than movement. What I didnโ€™t expect was how deceptively challenging it would be.

Pilates is gentle on the joints, yes. The movements are low-impact and controlled, and my body felt cared for rather than pushed to extremes. But donโ€™t be fooledโ€”itโ€™s absolutely a form of strength training. Every move targets your core, and muscles I didnโ€™t even know I had were engaged. Itโ€™s subtle, but serious.

The focus on breath and alignment made the session feel thoughtful and empowering. There were moments of calm, but also times where my muscles trembled from holding positions that looked easy but werenโ€™t.

What really stood out was how centered and strong I felt afterwardโ€”not exhausted, just energized and aligned. Itโ€™s the kind of workout you can build on over time, and I can definitely see how consistent Pilates could transform both strength and posture.

Itโ€™s been about a year taking pilates lessons with instructor Lena, and it has been the most painless and energetic year.

Iโ€™ve had neck, shoulder, back, kneesโ€ฆ you name it - almost every kind of pain you can have for over 15 years due to big and small accidents and wrong posture. Now, with the help of my โ€œdoctorโ€ Lena, pain has gone away so much that the quality of my life has changed. She taught me how to control my body to protect myself.

Pilates is definitely not an easy exercise, as it uses the tiniest and deepest muscles you didnโ€™t even know they existed. Lena does a great job helping me understand how to use the smallest muscles in my body. As I am the type of person who hates to work out and almost never exercise, I am sure it would have been impossible to get this better without Lena.

Lena really pushes me every class and gives a hardy workout but also really listens to what I need. Beginning of every class and even during every move, she checks on you and will find exactly what you need that day with many different skills and tools.

Thanks to her, I finally found out how to use my body correctly, naturally leading to less aches. She is very understanding and very communicative, and you can really feel that she cares for you person to person.

I have been with Coach Lena for almost 3 years. Initially I started pilates for rehabilitation of a terrible ankle sprain and chronic back pain after the pregnancy.
