My Vinyasa Practice, is the leader in authentic yoga teacher training. Conveniently located just off Jacob Fontaine Lane in Suite 800, Austin Texas.
My Vinyasa Practice offers both online classes for as little as $1.99 for drop-ins and $9.99 monthly and in-studio classes on a donation basis. Both in-studio and on-line classes offer teacher interaction.
My Vinyasa Practice was built on the foundation of accessibility and service. The studio started in Michelle's private studio as a way for newly trained teachers to gain experience and foster community. Over time, we outgrew the small studio and My Vinyasa Practice opened a brand-new brick and mortar facility. Our first studio opened in 2020 and is located next to ACC Highland.

I really enjoy the flow, instructions, and direction that Sonia Shah provides in class. She is well within her realm of expertise—warm, welcoming, and carries a strong presence. She brings and projects positivity. I truly enjoy her sessions. Please consider adding her to the regular schedule; everyone will benefit.

Experienced Brittney Riley's Restorative class + sound bath for the very first time. IT WAS AMAZING. I've taken classes all over the world, managed a premiere/elite group fitness program in LA and was just delighted at the inclusive cuing, impeccable set up, and divine sound healing. It's a shame to find out the class is not scheduled to continue. It's a massive loss, especially in a time of massive community stress. We need more restorative practices for our nervous systems, not less. Follow Brittney wherever she goes. It's worth it.

I've completed my 200, 300 and I'm finishing the Yoga Therapy program and I am blown away. In the five years I've studied with MVP, they have updated their content improving video and audio quality, expanded their course library, and continue to create new content. Just this morning I revisited my 300 hour course to find brand new videos! The teachers are accessible and will hop on a video call to explain or clarify content or answer questions that come up along the way. The Yoga Therapy program is intense. I've learned so much and have healed in so many ways. The learning labs have thousands of hours of video dating back to 2018 which is so helpful because you can hear lectures from different teachers giving multiple perspectives. If you're looking for value and quality with ongoing support MVP gives you that and more. All of that coupled with the connections I've made have given me the confidence to embark on the career of my dreams as a Yoga Therapists.

The content you will receive is pretty basic, any teacher can teach that, if you are looking for some deep courses, you can't find it at my vinyasa, the content is pretty shallow and the teacher is more business minded than a spiritual leader. I don't recommend it, don't waste your time and money on a course like this, there are way deep and better teachers out there where you can find in person and online. Also they don't inform you in advance that the continuing education courses won't be accompanied by a certificate and if you are not satisfied they won't refund your money or give you a credit.
I’m a certified yoga and pilates teacher with many years of experience (you can google my name and see my work under ghazal bina) and I was looking forward to learn new things from your courses and recommend it to others but your content is a general content and u just labeled it for anxiety and trauma. Thats not how it works you really need to work harder to niche down these courses. There are some vinyasa sequences in your course that are taught by 2 different teachers and it’s the same sequence & it’s a general vinyasa class that you can find anywhere on YouTube. I also asked for a refund which you declined.
I do hope that you improve your work if u have the ability to do it

I took my 200 hour training in person here and am halfway through my 300 hour. The course work is very educational with a broad understanding of safe alignment/anatomy and the origins and cultural significance of yoga. I always have felt so welcome and at home in this space. The teachers are all so kind and genuinely care about the classes they lead and how their students feel. Michelle, Tara and Kiana have been so helpful and supportive through my journey as a teacher and they are all wonderful teachers themselves. I would highly recommend this studio for both teacher trainings and taking yoga classes!

MVP is built to make serious cash. Please know this going into their trainings. They follow a formula, put in a bit of new effort, and make millions. Take their trainings with a grain of salt. I know it's the cheapest option out there, so it's hard to pass up. It's fine for in-person 200 hours, or maybe even 50 hour add-ons. Reconsider for anything more advanced. Get the cert you need to begin, and move on.
It is so easy to put teachers on a pedestal. Please do NOT put Michelle Young on a pedestal. She is not a spiritual guru. She is a business woman, who makes decisions to further her business. Know what you're getting before you go into your training, and don't get gaslit.

Supportive online training. I did my 200 hour and Children’s Yoga teacher trainings with MVP, and am now studying Ayurvedic Nutrition. There is a ton of wisdom to be gained, whether you’re really seasoned, or a newbie. There are so many great recordings for leaning lab hours to dive deeper into once your training is finished, with the student resource document. I think the new platform runs more smoothly, and facilitates a more organized learning experience than Teachable did. The teachers and community are really knowledgeable, accessible, and inclusive.

One of my favorite yoga studios in Austin - I love how the teachers have so much variety in their styles! I can take a really slow, delicate class and also a fast paced class with more intense poses depending on my mood and it’s so nice to find a studio with that diversity!

I started my classes online in Dec 2023 it’s mid January and I’m half way through my 200hr course. I love that I can go at my own pace and that the material is very clear. I now have a better understanding of what Yoga truly means and how we connect our minds with our body n spirit via this practice in life. As a single mom of 6 boys with a busy life n a tight budget I say it’s more than worth it.

I completed 3 different online courses and though inexpensive, did not find it educational. The family & children training was pretty much reading books they don’t provide followed by example sequences with little teacher education.
I did this in November and still have received my certificate and have been told 3 different stories as to why. It’s a simple PDF, not sure why they can’t get it to me 10 weeks later.
Though they are making yoga more accessible, which we need, their online courses feel like a quick money grab.
YTT should be thorough, done in person and you should only graduate when observed and tested.
You can breeze through these training without paying attention and it seems dangerous to offer certifications this way.
If you are interested in YTT or expanding your certifications, please do so in person, and go somewhere where they aren’t pushing paid ads online for their discounted courses to make a quick buck.

my favorite place to practice yoga! the teachers are welcoming and always ask how my body feels after class and welcome feedback. I really reap the physical and spiritual benefits of the poses because sequencing is anatomically informed and cueing normalizes variations so each person’s body is the expert, not the teacher. I’ve found a sustainable practice at MVP, where flow, yin, restorative and nidra are accessible.

Sometimes the universe brings you towards the right things, and this is what happened with me in finding MVP. I have been thinking of a YTT certification for years, and then I come across MVP, and it just felt right.
It was a great experience, the level of support and guidance is excellent. The community spirit is so strong, in any meeting and teaching and everyone from trainers, admin and students all work together and support each other. It was a really uplifting experience which, not only gave me tons of skills, informations and learning (all ongoing for a life time of access!) but gave me so much confidence in my self and my ability.
Thank you to all at MVP and will see you soon for more trainings and learning.

MVP made Yoga Teacher Training so accessible and affordable. Further the learning material and experience was so valuable and authentic. What I appreciate most is the emphasis on proper body mechanics and proper structural alignment for safe yoga practice and safe yoga teaching cues. Also, I found having a strong emphasis and connection with yoga theory, philosophy, and lineage that MVP offered to be both experientially beneficial and professionally essential.

I purchased this program in October of 2022. In November, my sister passed away very unexpectedly. Since that time, I have struggled to work full time hours; I have not had the motivation or energy to commit to this program; and I have since found a new religion that I feel no longer aligns with my receiving a general YTT certification. I requested a refund (acknowledging that I am out of their refund policy window) due to my unfortunate circumstances. I had only reviewed the beginning portion of the online program, and was willing to receive even a partial refund because of this. I received emails from a different person each time I would respond, with a generic "I am sorry for your loss, and you have our compassion. But we cannot honor your refund as you are out of your 30 day period".
It's actually sad that a company teaching yoga and its supposed "grace and understanding for others" couldn't make an exception for me. This just goes to show that despite what they say their values are, they really just put dollar signs before compassion of their customers; and baby teachers they take under their wing.

I signed up for the online 200 hour course.
I will start with the positives.
its affordable and no additional books need to be purchased.
when I decided it wasn't for me they quickly responded and refunded me.
I found the content repetitive and the video lectures boring. It's also difficult to navigate as you have to open a bunch of documents on a spread sheet to figure out what is required and a lot of the hours come from attending their zoom conferences on weekends. I found there is a lot of focus on yoga philosophy and history. I was hoping for more specific guidance on how to cue poses and build flows. This is actually a pretty vague portion of the course and I did not find thorough or detailed enough information for me. I did not learn anything I didn't know already from my own practice.
I would say if you are mostly interested in yoga for the philosophy this course is for you, if you want more information about asanas, I would look elsewhere.

I got my 500H YTT at MVP, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The school, their values, the available courses, the lectures, the peer support staff, the lead trainers… everything exceed my expectations! I didn’t know, and wasn’t aware of the great source of knowledge this school is. The idea that I had about what my personal yoga practice must look like, shifted completely. I can now choose the tools that I need on a particular day to create a rich, healing, and powerful personal yoga practice. This also helped me change how I teach asanas; I now focus on particular areas I want to work with my students knowing that I can create a safe sequence that can be adapted for everyone, rather than simply creating an entertaining class. Also, because the YTT is a self-paced course, you will develop a strong self-discipline skill, which is a must in yoga. Overall, I’m really glad I found MVP, and I’m very happy I have them as my mentors.

I am loving these courses. I was quite skeptical about online yoga teacher training programs but this course allowed me to take live sessions, review my progress with my teachers, and discover lessons that are liked to several aspects of medicine and psychology. I also learnt about the historical and spiritual areas that surround yoga in a very open way. The lessons did not focus on indoctrination of students. On the contrary, they showed this material to student and encourage us whatever we find useful or engaging with ourselves. I have learnt a lot and all the material is open for me to review in the future so I have access to a bunch of really interesting videos that I go back to review every now and then. Something great is that the teachers post new material each week so you can keep learning more day after day.

I got my 200 hr YTT through MVP through a scholarship they offered called Yoga for Black Wellness and without that opportunity I am not sure that I would be teaching today. Although, it was all virtual, it felt like it was in person. I have been teaching for over two years and currently going back through MVP for my 300YTT. My intention is to then move in the the Yoga Therapy Program with them. I can't say enough bout the resources, support and education that I have received and continue to receive through MVP! Dull, for me anyway. And i thought this was at my own pace, but my access is gone. So did I have an end date? I dont know. My brain hears “ at your own pace” and assumes, ‘at my own pace’. I have recently graduated the 200 hr YTT with MYP. If you are looking to become a yoga teacher, or are just wanting to expand your knowledge as a practitioner you simply can't go wrong. Everything about the classes, materials, and teachers is just pure excellence. It is self-paced, so you progress on your schedule. Which is awesome, as we all have busy lives. The main question I get asked is - 'How difficult is the course ?' Well, if you have never set foot on a mat, you will be perfectly fine. Everything, and I mean everything is included for you. When you finish, you will know that you are ready to start teaching. In short, do I recommend this ? Most definitely, yes !

I researched for a long time to find the Yoga Teacher Training course and if you are looking this is it! I have just passed my 200yt and I was able to do this with My Vinyasa Practice as I am about to explain. The course is self paced and affordable. There is an extensive library of videos and the training is broken into chunks.
You are completely supported throughout. The trainers/teachers are so generous in their experiences, and there is such a community of all diversity that you feel so comfortable to be able to talk about anything.
There are live trainings, an app, community meetups, book club and so much resources that you can achieve everything that you want be. {You also have life time access}
It has changed my life completely as cheesy as that may sound, it is not. I have found like minded people. I have found how I want to live MY life on and off the mat.
I have signed up for the 300hr yt and fully intend to go as far as a yoga therapist with My Vinyasa Practice.
My intention is share what I have found with as many people as possible.
I am in the UK and this did not affect my training as everything is on line, and recorded, also if you do want to join live meetings or free classes they are nearly always at a time that is accessible.
I hope this review helps anyone who is maybe overwhelmed by the choice out there that to choose My Vinyasa Practice for your teacher training and all the benefits that will come with that for you, it is the best decision you can make for yourself.
Thank you for taking the time for reading my review

My Vinyasa Practice did for me, exactly what Michelle says she intends with her business...to make yoga more accessible. The opportunity to do the 200YTT at my own pace and at a very reasonable cost made teacher training accessible to me. My goal was to become a teacher and offer karma classes. With training costing thousands of dollars and requiring commitment to a lengthy class schedule, I couldn't justify it. MVP was the perfect solution. Of course, it's a different experience from doing it in-person but they offer tons of options for participating in lectures, discussions, classes and one on one help. I felt fully supported in this process. I also love that we have access to all the resources forever. The lectures cover every topic and there is info on all types of yoga. It is a resource I will use as long as I teach. I highly recommend MVP for 200 hour teacher training.

Absolutely amazing. I was skeptical at first, but they had checked all the boxes. Yoga Alliance approved, on-line training, very reasonable cost, self-paced, experienced teachers, breadth of training and a money-back guarantee.I signed up for the 500 hour program (200 hour + 300 hour). My first weekend, I was immediately impressed at the live workshop I took. The multiple opportunities to have live group office hours with experienced instructors blew me away. Both the community of other students and the high quality of interactions with the instructors made me feel like I was part of the group. The specialty office hours that covered pose breakdown were amazing. The vast library of previously recorded workshops and office hours offered the opportunity to take 'live' workshops on my schedule. The end-of-course exams were fair, with access to the material. If you did the work, and know how to find information, you will pass the exam. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to be a yoga teacher

My Vinyasa Practice changed my life. MVP is absolutely the best and ONLY yoga studio and/or training/certification body I would ever recommend, and I am an RYT500, RCYT with the Yoga Alliance. Unbiased as I did my YTT200 prior to finding MVP. I did YTT 300 with MVP a year ago (certified me for RYT-500), then in Dec 2021 with RCYT (Children's) and am in RPYT (Prenatal). I’ve also purchased a lot of other teachings to deepen my practice and teach beyond. Update: I just graduated from Prental 85 hour for YA specialty!!! I cannot tell you how impressive they are - they get back to you right away! The library is so amazing and what you get on Teachable doesn’t leave when you’re done! It’s with you for life to always refresh!!! I even bought their YTT 200 physical manual since I did the 200 hour elsewhere (completely different experience, 7 times the price, and it was a nightmare getting a response or my certificate). MVP is always there and has a live chat, super speed email responses, and even a phone number to call! My Vinyasa Practice (MVP) has EVERYTHING: workshops, Yoga Alliance teacher training, support, specialty training, practices in studio or live-stream/YouTube, materials, events, retreats, and everything you could ask for all in one place (and even their own app - constantly growing)! They’re always adding to their learning library. They make sure you really do get the material for certification, and although it’s a lot of work - that’s the training you WANT to be successful! MVP changed my life and I will never stop using them as my go-to for EVERYTHING! I am so grateful that I don't have to go from business to business they have it ALL! Thank you, Michelle, Ana, Chris, Kristiana, Kaytee, and all of your amazing staff! *P.S. - They are beyond affordable and allowed me to do things I couldn't afford elsewhere!* Now on to my next class!!! Peace and love, NAMASTE - Dara Singletary

My husband and I happened upon this gem of a studio while we were in town for the week. We literally walked in from off of the street and were warmly welcomed and invited to take a class from Sam. We loved everything about our experience. Sam was an AMAZING instructor and the class was the perfect mix of relaxing and challenging. Wholeheartedly recommend!

I would highly recommend this 300 hour training. The course was easy to follow, and covered a tremendous amount of material. . Even though it was a lot of work, the peer support was always available to aid me. It was also a self-paced program which works with any schedule. The teachers at MVP were so incredibly knowledgeable in the lineage of yoga, as well as every topic covered. I feel so much more confident in my instruction now. I am very grateful that I went through this training.

I did not have a great experience with MVP´s online 300h YTT. I completed 90 % of the course and don´t feel like I´ve deepend my practice or advanced at all . I felt the material was repetitive ie. readings and videos had the same information. I emailed right away for the mentor and never received a response or any communication for that matter. When I reached out at the end of the year I received one email asking for a time to have a call , I responded and since then am still waiting for them to write me back.

I was hesitant to study with a virtual yoga teacher training program at first, but during the pandemic that was the option. I was so happy with the MVP YTT and could not have asked for a better virtual experience. The content and learning platform were easy to navigate and incredibly valuable. The live workshops on the weekends helped to instill a sense of connectedness despite the screen. I have recommended this program to others and my brother has since enrolled. I have started to teach public classes and felt completely prepared to offer welcoming vinyasa style classes. I am forever grateful to MVP for offering this type of YTT.

I took 300 Hr training from MVP.
Pros :
1 Very very responsive and accommodative. I took my training during the Covid lock down and teaching outside in a group was not an option. So my only option to get the 20 teaching hours were taking online classes for family and friends. MVP was very understanding.
2. The zoom sessions added to the teaching material and knowledge.
3. The convenience of studying at your own pace .
Cons:
1 . Not much emphasis on yoga philosophy. I took the 300 Hr training, and assumed it will cover more on the philosophy of yoga and Pranyama practices.
2. My 200 hr was in Hatha yoga, but the 300 Hr was more focused on Vinyasa Flow, so it was little confusing. ( please note Vinyasa flow is not the same as Vinyasa Krama that is taught in Krishnamacharya tradition)
Edited to Respond to the owner :
Thank you for reaching out. First of all I am grateful to MVP for all your efforts to spread your love of Yoga to the greater community. I wrote the YA review, immediately after completing the course, and it was purely from my experience interacting with MVP, the support that I received from the office and my mentor in terms of response to my queries, the flexibility that was offered in completing the Karma yoga hours etc. Since then I have been learning on Yoga philosophy and other texts, and I realise how those learning have immensely helped me in understanding my asana and pranayama practices and hence how I take classes. I don't teach in studios, it mostly volunteering in community centres to those who enjoy limited freedom of movement and more breathing practices. The 300 hr anatomy was definitely a little more than what I learned in 200 hr training, also Yin yoga and the business' of Yoga was completely new, so I will not minimise the value of the 300 hr training. But at the same time since 300 hr is advanced training in the principles of Yoga, I would have enjoyed more in depth study of Yoga philosophy and pranayamam, like moving from a bachelors degree to masters, where one goes into a little more depth on the subject. My google review is from a perspective of knowledge gained and it is not a review on the quality of response or support, those were excellent and I am grateful. I do not see an option to edit my review on Yoga Alliance, I will see if I can my contacting them. Thank You

I tried this studio for the 1st time today. I attended their 6pm class. Studio was nice & clean but class itself just did not worth it. I been to different studios but I have never been to a class that teacher just sits in the corner & only gives verbal instructions without actually doing any of the poses. There was also no music playing & in the end ( during savasana) once she instructed everyone to go Savasana she left the room ( I never seen any teacher doing that in any other Yoga class either ). Maybe this is how Yoga classes are being held in the pandemic world but I rather to join one of those virtual classes on YouTube if instructor suppose to sit in the corner & give verbal instructions.

I recently started my 300-hour online teacher training at My Vinyasa Practice. I had searched “top 10” online yoga teacher training courses, and it was included there. I looked at their program, along with some others, and shared it with my 200-hour instructor, asking for her feedback. She responded quickly with a “thumbs up,” and was very surprised at how affordable it was.
I was hesitant and skeptical, having completed my earlier training in person. But I went ahead and signed up. And never looked back. This program is thoughtfully prepared with a well-designed and sequenced curriculum. Each section includes reading, video lectures, self-reflection assignments and practice opportunities.
In addition, you get your own peer support representative, LIVE weekday and weekend lectures with recorded sessions if you miss the LIVE ones, livestream classes, office hours multiple times a day, practice teaching opportunities, a monthly book group and movie night, community involvement options, and even one-on-one sessions. They’ve thought of everything. And every MVP representative I’ve encountered has been kind, helpful, nurturing and accessible. One of my favorite things to do is attend LIVE office hours and see yogis from all over the world tuning in with their questions. We share, we laugh, we learn and we see what a beautiful global community we’re a part of, even as we sit in front of our computers.
It is my hope that everyone out there who’s thinking about yoga teacher training will go to myvinyasapractice.com and just sign up. Start your yoga journey today.

I have nothing but excellent things to report about my experiences with My Vinyasa Practice. I entered the 300 yoga teacher training as an RYT 200.
The best parts of the program: 1) the diversity of teachers in the training modules/content. Not only are many from different backgrounds, secondary professions, etc., but also provide a variety of teaching personalities. These factors wove into a very enriching experience. 2) Michelle covered quite a bit in the way of types of yoga. Enough so to feel confident and hold a solid command of teaching several styles of yoga as well as adaptations/modifications. 3) Permanent access to training materials to reference as needed and stay connected. 4) The meaningful, valuable feedback provided from the peer support staff in relation to the practicum. 5) The affordability, making yoga accessible to all. 6) The self-paced trainings which make it possible to commit to with consideration to balancing work/life schedules and world-wide time zones. I'm filled with gratitude for the program and the intentions behind it. My Vinyasa Practice is a great place to either begin or enhance your yoga practice and development. Thank you to Michelle and the MVP crew!

My Vinyasa Practice is a wonderful organisation offering yoga classes, teacher training, and yoga therapy. I have been fortunate enough to enjoy all of these offerings - during a year that challenged me and pushed me to my limits, but (with the right guidance) also proved to be a powerful period of transformation and growth. Everyone that I have spoken to and interacted with, be it teachers on the livestream classes, peer support during training, or Michelle during our yoga therapy sessions, have been wonderfully kind, compassionate, and helpful at every step of my journey with MVP.
Michelle has a beautiful warmth and energy, and has a remarkable way of reframing things - to help me to find the lessons and the benefits in situations I had only ever been able to see as bad, as well as identifying my strength and progress at times where I only saw weakness in myself. I had sought therapy previously but no one else has really seen my problems so clearly, nor really been able to help me to rebuild my relationship to self so that I'd stop so desperately seeking validation in places I'd never find it. I taught myself yoga, at first, and thought the aim was to bend myself into the biggest and best 'pretzel', thinking that my achievements would somehow translate into self-worth. I've since found that the aim was to find the worth that I always had and repair my fragmented relationship to it, and to realise that I was whole from the beginning (no matter what has happened along the way).
I have nothing but love for Michelle and the team for all that they do, and all that they are. If you find yourself with the opportunity to get involved in any capacity, I can only wholeheartedly recommend that you do it! ❤

I was a little nervous about taking the teacher training course online. With something as deep as yoga, I figured I would need extra guidance in some areas and I was worried about how accessible that aid would be to me. Turns out I worried in vain, as My Vinyasa Practice really has their stuff together.
The Peer Support Representative I was assigned, Micaela, was truly helpful and very present. I was offered more direct forms of communication but as I didn't have any issues that were super time-sensitive, Micaela and I corresponded through email and her replies came the same day or the next day she was in office without fail. Her answers to any questions were very thorough and I never had to ask for any clarification. Micaela's feedback on my submitted material was also very helpful, pointing out her favorite parts as well as the areas I could improve upon.
Most of Zoom lectures were engaging and informative. There were a few presenters whose teaching style did not appeal to me and could not keep my attention no matter the subject, but with so many lectures to choose from to meet my required hours, I easily ducked out of the uninteresting ones and attended others. I especially enjoyed Michelle and Christine's lectures as they involved less just reading from a Powerpoint presentation and more speaking conversationally from the heart.
The course material itself got better the further I progressed. I started the course when COVID first started getting scary and, at first, I thought some of the videos were shoddy. The audio quality was poor and the video editing could use a lot of work on a handful of the videos. The material got the point across, but steps could have been taken to make it look more professional. As I got further in the course, I believe I started to encounter newer made material as the quality severely improved. I also received the news at one point that they were reworking some early videos and when I went back to rewatch them, the quality on those was much improved as well. All this to say, once the need arose for better online content due to the influx of people looking for online training to stay safe from COVID, MVP put the work in and made sure their online offerings were top-notch.
I will be recommending MVP's courses every chance I get. I cannot imagine getting a better experience elsewhere.

This year was a time a change for me – between buying a studio, shutdowns due to the pandemic, our changing community, and shifting of priorities, I thought that I would have to put off additional learning to deepen my practice and become a better teacher. I was lucky to have found My Vinyasa Practice and the 300 hour Teacher Training program. This program allowed me to dive deeper and focus on what I need to do, for me and my studio. I wasn’t sure what to expect by taking my training virtually versus in person. It was a different experience, and more rewarding than I thought. Most of the classes I took were recordings, since the live classes didn’t fit in with my schedule. I enjoyed having the ability to pause something and reflect. It gave me the opportunity to really absorb what I was hearing, reading, and doing. Sue, my peer mentor, was amazing whenever I had a question. I would recommend this program to any who are looking for additional training, and may be reaching out for feedback as I continue to build my own training curriculum over the next couple of years. Thank you for everything.

I took my 300 YTT online from July to October 2020 from MVP and had an amazing experience. Michelle Young and her team did everything to promote the truth that there is not enough yoga in the world and to prepare teachers who understand how to hold space for students and shape sequences and practices that meet the students exactly where they are. Feedback and questions were always answered quickly and the online office hours were perfect for feeling connected in a pandemic. Thanks MVP, I’ll see you irl if I’m ever in Austin!

I feel that its my biggest Achievement till date to do a 200hour TTC with MY VINYASA PRACTICE. Highly Detailed and Interesting Information Provided in this course. And what to say about the mentors and Teachers of MVP , They Are The Radiators of Positivity, Knowledge and True Guidance. They will give answer to every minute detail that hinders the students. I am yet to give my exams as I am still digesting the Teachings that I have learned. Its the best thing 2020 have done to me. Highly recommended. And My Vinyasa Practice team , you all have a student of a lifetime all the way from India.

The teacher training was so well developed for on-line learners during the pandemic. I am looking forward to going in-person some day because I know their in-studio training must be exceptional.

My Vinyasa Practice was a wonderful online program. The staff and teachers were attentive and responsive. The program was adapted very well for online learning during Covid 19. The weekend workshops were informative and well designed. The curriculum was very involved and went well below the surface of learning the basics of yoga. I would definitely recommend this program.

If you're considering My Vinyasa Practice for yoga classes--or for teaching training--you have 100% come to the right place. I just completed my 300 hour teaching training, and both the video and written content was so informative and professionally done. What's icing on the cake is that I'll have access to that content FOREVER, and it will undoubtedly be an amazing resource for me for years to come.
From a communication standpoint, every time I emailed MVP with a question, I received a prompt and thorough answer. Michelle also has "virtual" office hours so that she can answer questions directly as well. The weekend Zoom teachings were interactive, attended by people from all over the world, and each one was recorded, so I was able to watch them at my convenience.
I'm so thankful that this MVP training was available during the pandemic, and I highly recommend this program. Michelle and her team are second to none, and I'm honored to say that I'm completed my 300 hours through such a wonderful organization. Stay safe, namaste.

Epic experience. Just completed my 300TT. Prepare to receive more than you ever expected to get, especially from an online platform. I am completely blown away by the wealth of information and training available here. The best part, the training modules are accessible beyond completion and the zoom video library continues to grow with topics beyond your imagination. You can continue to learn and grow indefinitely. Peeps are gonna say if it doesn't cost a lot of money, it might not be that good and online training isn't effective. I say that is their loss!! MVP is #1

I discovered MVP during the pandemic and am so impressed by their ability to move their classes and their training program online with such ease! I acquired my 200-YTT through them, and am definitely considering continuing! They’re a great group of instructors and Michelle is full of insight and a really well-rounded instructor, really focused on the mental health and wellness aspects of the yogic practice. Love this place!

I found this training to be very thorough and I loved how I had the option to dive deeper into any of the topics through extra recorded zoom sessions. With multiple teachers facilitating, it gave varied viewpoints and perspectives. When I had questions, my peer mentor was quick to respond. While I missed being in person and creating strong bonds with fellow students, I was able to keep my focus entirely on the training and material. Frankly, I went in with low expectations and was wonderfully surprised with the depth of knowledge I gained! I highly recommend this program for those who want an online experience.

my_vinyasa_practice allowed me the strength to re-define myself. Although I am a nurse, my_vinyasa helped me connect to others in a non-medical way. It opens your heart, your mind and your eyes to the beautiful world we all need to learn to share- as ours collectively-not privately. It takes all of us to keep this world spinning!

Doing my training with My Vinyasa Practice during lockdown has been an amazing experience. The programme is detailed with the added bonus of weekend lectures and office hours. Really helpful that you can participate live but also watch recordings given time differences and internet connection. Teachers were all excellent, mentors and school administrators super-responsive and feel fully part of the MVP community. Would recommend 100%!

My Vinyasa Practice was a gift from the universe for me. I have been practicing for several years and have been looking at YTT for many of those. I didn’t know how I could ever make one work with the conflicts in my work schedule (I’m a solo Advanced Practice Esthetician and one of the leaders of my running club so my schedule is full...days, nights and weekends.) I was ever so grateful for the ability to fit this into my schedule and go at my own pace. The Monday night office hour with Vanesha was outstanding and I loved the book club with my peer support as well. I would recommend this program for anyone, but especially if you have a similar situation as mine. You will get out of it what you put in. I’m so glad I said yes!

I am a recent graduate of the 300-Hour yoga teacher training through MVP, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this program. It was 100% online due to COVID-19, so I was lucky as a Georgia resident to study under instructors and mentors in Texas. I was so thoroughly impressed with the online class. It was easy to navigate and learn at my own pace. They made it reliable for me to work on from home by having clear instruction, knowledgeable content, and educational YouTube videos for learning. The self-practice allowed me to really dive deep into my own knowledge and understanding of yoga. I was very impressed with the program and the ability to have access to this training. The community is wonderful and reliable, and I felt a part of something, even alone at home. I have gained so much more than I could’ve thought, and I am lucky to have these resources for a lifetime. Namaste

I enrolled in online YTT training not sure what to expect. I was happy to find out as I went along that the support system is well-planned and implemented. Though I was not able to attend in-person classes, I still enjoy the community through live online classes, peeer support and research capability through the lecture recordings. I would recommend this program to anyone seeking yoga teacher or therapy training.

I was very impressed by the quality of the content MVP provides in it's YTT 200h. The training content was kind of addictive, it kept me wanting to learn more and more each day. I'm so grateful for the knowledge they shared with us students, its precious and very useful. The training was very interesting, everything was intelligible and coherent. I can now connect the dots between my own yoga practice experience and the fundamentals of yoga. Thanks to MVP, I now teach yoga with confidence.

I’ve had intentions of going through the yoga teacher training for many years but was never able to attend. When I saw that My Vinyasa Practice was offering a virtual Online approach, it felt like a godsend! My experience couldn’t have been a more perfect fit. The recorded and live zoom calls were not only convenient, but incredibly informative and personal. I learned so much at many levels and through the process grew personally at an emotional, physical, spiritual and intellectual. Strongly recommend for all individuals interested in yoga.

I completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training completely online with My Vinyasa Practice (MVP) from May - September 2020. I wholly recommend this studio if you are interested in deepening your yoga practice in any way, including becoming a yoga teacher. From a yoga perspective, I enjoy their diversity of offerings, breadth of knowledge on staff, and accessibility of all of their training materials. As a student, I was matched with a peer mentor, always received timely and detailed feedback to any questions or submissions, and felt integrated into the MVP community even though I live in a different state. This studio is doing the work, and I'm glad to be a part of their expansive alumni network. Thank you!

I attended the 300hr RYT training and felt that it was well done and complimented my 200hr training (at a different studio). Michelle and team work hard to keep things up to date and informative. I highly recommend attending the live weekend workshops or going back and watching them - they really added a lot to the course content. Upon completion of the course and completing the recording requirements, I felt confident to teach. I am now a proud 500 RYT.
