Training with Candon was an awesome experience! He is very knowledgeable and I was able to steadily gain muscle mass while working with him, something that had been difficult before. He cares about his clients, and wants to see them reach their full potential. He gives you the insight and knowledge to help improve your own workouts as well. I first started training with Candon in 2022. My goal was to lose weight, feel stronger, leaner, and improve my overall health. I trained for about a month and saw great progress, but life happened and I had to stop. In May of 2025 I came back, and I am so glad I did. Since then I have been training with him 2 to 4 times a week and it has made such a difference.
Candon makes working out fun and something I actually look forward to. His gym has everything I need, but it is his personality that really sets him apart. He is supportive, funny, and always keeps me motivated with his cheesy trainer one liners like “last set, best set,” “you don’t have to, you get to,” and “movement is medicine and stillness is illness.” I laugh at them, but they stick with me and keep me going.
He is also very accommodating with my busy schedule. If I cannot make a session, he always works with me to reschedule, even if it means moving things to the next day or the weekend. He pushes me when I need it, knows when to back off, and always works around my shoulder and lower back injuries.
Since coming back, I feel healthier, stronger, and more confident. Beyond just fitness, he has been a great support and we have built a genuine friendship. I am so thankful he encouraged me to return after three years away. Training with Candon has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself.

I have been working out with Candon since February of 2024, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for my health. After going back to school to become a nurse and then surviving the pandemic, I had become overweight and sedentary. I had lost a lot of strength and was struggling with mobility issues.

Candon responded to my request for more information very quickly and spent over 30 mins on the phone with me to get to know me and better understand my goals. During our first session together, he did a thorough assessment of my current level of strength and fitness and really took the time to understand my previous injuries and my current limitations.

Candon met me where I was at and has done a remarkable job of helping me get stronger and improve my mobility. He has carefully and thoughtfully pushed me and helped me accomplish fitness goals I thought were beyond my capabilities. Life changing experience. Three months ago, I came to Candon overweight, hadn't exercised in years, and no sense of self value. Candon gave me an honest professional health evaluation and we got to work that same day. From day one I knew Candon was the right trainer for my needs from his professionalism, his knowledgeable experience, his great facility with all the equipment you'll need for a great workout and pushing me beyond what I believed were my limits. I began personal training with Candon in July 2022. I had gained weight and gotten out of shape during the Pandemic, and the things I was doing on my own weren’t giving me the results I wanted. I’m also getting married in May 2023 and wanted to lose weight and tone up for my wedding. Candon has been excellent to work with and he is just what I was looking for. He’s very flexible on times of the week we can meet and we usually change days and times based on my schedule. He pushes me to get better without being intimidating and always listens and modifies if there’s a day I’m feeling sore. His gym facilities are very nice and clean and I like that we can train in an environment that’s not crowded with other people. I’ve seen great results since starting our training plan – losing inches in all my “problem areas” and I can tell I’m much stronger too. I highly recommend Candon for personal training – you will not regret reaching out to him!

Candon is by far one of the best trainers I’ve ever had! He really listens to you during the consultation and makes sure to meet your workout needs and goals with his custom workout plan. The workouts are always different every single time which is fun. I always walk in not knowing what to expect. He also has his own private studio fully equipped, and as someone who hates working out in public..this was a plus for me.

I discussed a payment plan with Candon, and he agreed to work with me. He’s affordable in general but i do appreciate the extra mile he went to make sure I was able to afford it comfortably.

Thoroughly enjoy my sessions here! Ive been going for a couple years now… I can’t believe it’s been that long… I’ve always felt comfortable here. I needed help when I first started with Candon. My first session, I was so embarrassed because of how out of shape I was. However, he listened to my goals and has helped me find passion in my fitness journey. I look forward to my workout days in the studio, and leave motivated to continue my journey outside as well. I highly recommend him. He’s been so good to work with and understanding of my individual progression. Despite his weird obsession with golf, he’s a really good guy too!

Do it! Candon is the best! He takes the times to understand what your fitness goals are and makes a personal plan for you. I personally have never worked out outside of hiking so I had no idea what I was doing. He also teaches the correct posture, movement, and what I should be feeling so that each second counts. When I was unable to make it to a session, he sent me workouts that I could do between work and at home. He is responsive and knowledgeable. The space is very comfortable and he does the best job of keeping you motivated while allowing you to move at your own pace. He was exactly what I was looking for to help me build and teach me a realistic fitness plan.

Candon is an amazing personal trainer and working out with him is the first time I've stuck to a workout routine since playing sports in school. He emphasizes personal growth and is good about pushing me to improve without going overboard. And honestly, Candon is just a really cool guy who is easy to talk with and is very flexible with my schedule.

The facility is small but very nice and clean. It’s just me and Candon in the gym during sessions, which is great during Covid and because I hate having an audience when I workout.

I’d definitely recommend Candon as a personal trainer to anyone, whether you’re wanting to start getting into shape or you’re a regular gym rat.

Candon's an excellent personal trainer. After years of going to the gym and not getting any results I finally decided to go to a personal trainer- so glad I picked Candon and his gym. From my very first session there he has been invested in working with me to achieve my goals of getting into shape and building muscle. His workouts will push you to your limits in a safe way through proper form and technique. He particularly focuses on making sure you do a certain workout the right way and not just rush through it for the sake of time, his background in exercise training is very evident in his sessions. Within a couple of weeks of going to him I was able to see a significant improvement in my strength. A great bonus is that since it's his private gym the workouts will be personalized; without having to worry about anyone else using your equipment (like a crowded gym).

Candon is a great trainer. He understands my physical limitations and caters a work out to my needs that is efficient and effective. He’s really encouraging and makes me feel at ease. I also love the fact that he has a private studio. I feel comfortable and myself during the work outs instead of self conscious about all the people around me when I’m at other gyms. I had back surgery last year and am 80lbs overweight. The doctors were very clear about strengthening my core and slimming down if I want to avoid another back surgery. For the last two months, with only 2 sessions a week, I’ve grown stronger, lost 5lbs of body fat, gained almost a pound of muscle and several inches all over my body. Considering I haven’t changed my eating habits nor added extra workouts, it’s amazing! I feel inspired to change my eating habits to see even better results. I highly recommend him!

Candon is the man! I started working out with Candon a month ago and I’m already seeing results and I’ll definitely keep going with him as long as I can. He’s incredibly supportive whatever your athletic ability. He’s been very attentive to my progress and has been there with me every step of the way, pushing me to my limits and beyond in a safe manner, making sure I don’t injure myself.

On my first day he took all kinds of measurements and keeps track of my personal records so that I have concrete evidence of my progress. Very professional. His personal training studio is awesome and has all the equipment you need to get a solid and varied workout every session.

Candon really knows what he is doing. I meet Candon a couple of years ago which was the best thing that could have happened to me at the time. After having a couple of months of training with him I saw an improvement in my energy level, sleep pattern, started losing weight, I just felt better altogether about myself. My doctor told me finding the personal trainer and sticking with it also helps with the fertility issues I was having at the time. I was able to stick with it because Candon never made me feel bad because I was not in shape however he motivated me to keep going and let me know that I can do the workouts he was asking of me.

Fast forward two years and here I am again not happy with my self-post baby, and I just had to find Candon because I just knew he would be able to get me to start back with my fitness goal and not judge me. I have three sessions a week with him, and I have learned so much from him from healthy eating to how my body isn't as weak as I thought it was. He pushes me and never lets me quit even when I want too.

Some days I leave the gym and say to myself I never knew I would be at this level of fitness with really just Candon giving me kind words and letting me know I can do it. Candon is a fantastic personal trainer and connected with you on a level that makes you feel like you have known him your whole life. He honestly does care about his clients and their wellbeing.

I feel like I hit the personal trainer jackpot when I found Candon!

I wanted to feel stronger and more flexible and confident moving around through everyday life, and I’m getting exactly what I wanted. I am kind of shocked by how much I am able to do. I had no idea!

In the beginning, I was wondering if I was too old for such vigorous exercise. I am in my 60s. Candon is very patient and encouraging. He gradually increases the challenge, and I get to have the feeling of “I can do this” - one of the happiest sentences in the English language.

Before I started working with Candon my knees were quite achy. As the weeks go by, my knees ache less and less. I am so thankful for that!

I know I will get more out of an exercise if I do it correctly. Candon is very attentive and observant. I appreciate him being so willing to tell me what adjustments to make. Getting it right is really fun and motivating.

I feel like Candon knows what he is talking about, and I really like it when he tells me some of the science behind the exercises.

At each session there is a good mix of repetition and new exercises. I feel energized and happy the rest of the day, and I can’t wait to go back. Thank you, Candon, for being an awesome trainer!

Originally I was only going with my buddy because he had never done personal training. After the first session with Candon I knew he was going to be an amazing trainer. In less than two months, I've dropped six dress sizes by coming in three days a week for an hour session. Prior to training I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I've had to make many modifications in my life, especially diet and exercise.

Candon started working with me about 21/2 years ago. My family and I were planning a trip to Alaska. I knew had to get better or no one would enjoy the trip if they had to babysit me. My balance was so off I had difficulty walking and was afraid of falling and injuring myself. Recovering in a hospital wasn’t the answer. I knew I couldn’t do it by myself and needed someone I could trust. Candon is perfect. Now I am walking, balance is 95% better. Candon is the first personal trainer I've hired for more than just one session. Between stories of bad experiences about other trainers, and my own experiences doing the trials offered at gyms, I never could get into it. I decided to give it another go several weeks back, and found Candon. The experience I have had with him has been beyond my expectations. During our initial session, he listed to my concerns and goals, explained things in a way that I was able to understand; he's made me feel comfortable and more importantly confident that he can help me reach my goals. Throughout our sessions, he pushes me to my limits, but never so far as to be more than I can handle. I've noticed a very steady increase in strength during our sessions. In fact, I recently went on a camping/hiking trip and noticed how much easier it was! I had more fun than I would have if I hadn't been working with Candon.
