So thankful we found Nanda Yoga! This place is a true gem that my son and I looked forward to each week this past semester. The play area is thoughtfully designed and each teacher radiates warmth that immediately draws the kids in. They show up to every class with so much energy and really know how to connect and engage with each child on a personal level. More so, the classes themselves are fun and entertaining with lots of shifts in movement and songs to keep the toddlers attention. I can guarantee you will not regret doing a semester with your child here and will make some awesome memories together! We are looking forward to many more semesters at Nanda Yoga!

What a fun and special place this is! Our 3-year looks forward to her Toddler Yoga and Sensory play every week. It is perfect to get her energy out, explore body movement and breathing, and meet other kiddos! We cannot say enough great things about the studio - colorful, inviting, safe, clean and the birthday parties are amazing and creative as well! Thank you Kate for bringing this to our community!

This is a special gem of a studio in Arlington Heights. Kate is so good with the kids and enthusiastic. Our daughter comes home and shows us all her new yoga moves. They also do fun arts and crafts projects. The space is beautiful and welcoming. Highly recommended!

My baby and I took the Movers and Shakers class this semester and had the best experience! We got our bodies moving, learned new songs to sing that my daughter still loves hearing, and met other parents with children my baby’s age that we could connect with. We both adore Kate, who is so great with the kids and created an environment that was fun for both the kids and the parents, and a class that we both could participate in. We will definitely be returning next semester!

This place is a magical little studio for all things mindfulness, acceptance and joy. I started going with my little one and then she continued to go on her own and the positive experience we both have with this place continues each week. The owner, Kate is so powerfully present with each child and my daughter is like a magnet to her! The space itself is dynamic and encompasses a climbing wall, sensory toys, pretend play..and that’s in only one of the three active rooms! We love Nanda

My 5 yo daughter has done the yoga summer camp and the yoganastics class. She asked to do the summer camp again this year. The studio has a fun play space for the kids to enjoy before/after class. When I pick her up after class she doesn’t want to leave! We plan to enroll her again in the fall. Highly recommend.

Kate teaches yoga and mindfulness to our preschoolers every week. They love this time with her and they are learning new relaxation and breathing techniques, along with an early love for yoga. Thanks for making it fun and accessible for our students.

I was impressed with the prenatal class I attended! It is hard to find a studio that offers a prenatal yoga class and this was perfect. The instructor took the time to help each person in the class - being pregnant definitely changed my postures! The smaller class size was a bonus. I would highly recommend this studio and the classes to anyone considering going!

I have had the most amazing experiences at Nanda Yoga! It is an amazing place to bring kids to learn the art of yoga as well as enjoy the variety of various activities available, both in the studio and in the community. I also attended a prenatal class and I was SO impressed. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and the studio is beautiful - spotlessly clean and perfectly relaxing. I am so thankful to have Nanda Yoga in Fort Worth!

We would give Nanda TEN stars if we could! We first discovered them last summer when my son did a week of Yoga Camp, which he LOVED! He loved it so much that we decided to try the Music + Mindfulness + Movement class. Our 6 year old loved it so much that we ended up signing up for another session and then Holiday Camp. Kate and her team are intentional with the kids, and create a fun environment that instills so much GOOD into our kids. Highly recommend!

Nanda Yoga is MUCH more than a children's yoga studio -- it has a sensory play space with a climbing wall, aerial swing, infant space, as well as a flex space for loose parts play and STEM activities!
It's also a fantastic place to have kids' playdates, or rent for kids' birthday parties.
Lastly, it's locally owned and operated, so it's a great way to support a local, privately-owned small business! Love Nanda!

Wonderful kids yoga studio in Fort Worth! We used this for my daughter’s 6th birthday and had a wonderful time. The space was perfectly set up for different kinds of play and activities. Kate was very in tune with what children enjoy doing and led a fun and enjoyable yoga session. She even set up a slime bar for the girls to do! We enjoyed working with Kate and loved our time at Nanda. We’re looking forward to exploring more classes!

I've been following Nanda Yoga on social media since they opened and was so glad we could finally get our toddler in a class series this fall. Miss Kate is the epitome of playful, yet focused, energy that helps every child stay engaged and active. My son loves all the fun environments, sensory play, and of course, the yoga! I love it, too, as a yoga practitioner and teacher. Very convenient location, easy parking, and phenomenal communication. Join us!
