Nathanael has been my personal trainer for over a year now and I am so thankful he was recommended to me. I have seen vast improvements in my body, discipline, mind, and energy.
His approach to training both in-person and online makes going to the gym easy because he’s always willing to answer questions and give advice any time you need it.

Nathanael is a great coach! he believes in you and pushes you to do your best. he listens to you and what your goals are. he tailors his programs to your goals. at times when i thought he wasn't paying attention to what i was doing (in the gym) he was and would politely come over and give me tips on how to do the movement correctly. i worked with him for some months and even after i had stopped, he was still available for any questions i had. i recommend him to anyone and everyone!!

Nate and I worked about 2-3 times a week together for a few months and it really helped me to get back on my feet. He was extremely knowledgable about which muscles to train to help with a variety of issues I faced. He was also quick to be able to shift our workouts to better suite me when some exercises just weren't my thing. I work at a desk and had gotten pretty immobile coupled with back and hip pains. Nate was able to get me moving and unlock all those areas with ease.
