Neighborhood Pilates is a beautiful private studio space. I really enjoyed my classes with Juliana. As a beginner, reformer Pilates can be intimidating. But, Juliana was supportive and encouraging every step of the way! I highly recommend Neighborhood Pilates. Whether you are just staring out or an expert, Juliana will meet you at your level for a really great workout.

Juliana is amazing! She has a great knowledge of anatomy, which is important to me as a physical therapist. She also pays excellent attention to my form and technique and cues me effectively to correct whatever is needed. And most importantly, I get a great workout! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great workout, but also for anyone with back pain, hip pain, etc.

I’ve been taking private prenatal classes with Juliana and I have to say that it has been such a blessing for my pregnancy!

Love this space Juliana has created. Her equipment is high quality and her knowledge is top tier. You can customize your workout too, for example I wanted to focus on core and oblique work so we used the reformer and other equipment to do the workout I wanted.
She sets the vibe with good music, ambient lighting and has a calming energy. This workout is perfect for the person trying to take things slow and learn Pilates!

I started working with Juliana when she soft launched Neighborhood Pilates and have been a client since! As someone who loves to work out (but hadn’t been on a reformer in years), I was excited to try something new. I’ve also been injured many times in group fitness classes, largely due to incorrect form, so this seemed like a great fit.
Juliana is warm, kind, and makes me feel safe every session. She is very well educated on the human body, muscular anatomy, various forms of exercise & their impact, and the female menstrual cycle. This combination really helps tailor her client’s sessions - they are based on how we are feeling in our bodies and where we are in our menstrual cycle, which is SO important to optimize our overall health.
She pays close attention to form and assists when needed. She also gives positive feedback throughout the session, her playlists are fun and thoughtfully curated, and the space is bright and airy. I love that she has a focus on pre and post natal clients, and that she is constantly expanding her knowledge with various trainings.
Since adding these sessions into my routine, I feel stronger and more motivated to keep it up. I always feel calm and relaxed after a session. Pilates is definitely Juliana’s passion, and I can’t recommend her enough. 10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Discovering Juliana Beladera and her Neighborhood Pilates program was a great find! Such thorough, detailed instruction with thoughtful guidance and caring teaching. Finding Juliana's program made me realize some people love what they do and want to make a difference in ones life .
