There’s a one star review from a lady that’s only left one review and it’s for this gym. Kinda shady if you ask me. Haters are gonna hate and if you go anywhere to train, no coach will give you the time or day if they’re just going to waste time by the fighter not taking things seriously. My son has been coming here for 6 months. Coach wants to be inclusive and safety is his primary concern so before a kid steps in the ring to spar he wants to make sure that the kid has been putting in work and is physically capable of completing the demanding rounds. There’s a ton of kids and young adults that go there but it’s easy to see who puts in work and who doesn’t. Some go to just train for fitness and coach will work with you a little more if you want to fight in tournaments. So if you’re looking for a serious gym that has a reputation for producing quality fighters, this is the place. They put together some great circuit workouts when it’s too hot to run outside or during inclement weather.
