New Life Fitness is a great family friendly gym that emphasizes community, customer service, and cleanliness. I haven't entered this gym once without receiving a smiling hello. They are also constantly cleaning the facility and equipment. They have all the free weights and machines you could need, as well as an outdoor area with full CrossFit style rig and bumper plates. They even have an obstacle course outside as well! They have a great staff of trainers that can fit any goals or workout styles you may have. I cannot recommend New Life Fitness enough.

Great staff, and great place to workout in. They are very clean and offer so many classes which is awesome. I had many family members come here and love it. The biggest downside is timing…. Man the hours are terrible. Most gyms are now implementing late hours or even 24 hours. While this is a great place to workout in I just can’t justify a gym closing at 8 and even less on weekend days. I still recommend people to come out here if it fits your hours, but until timing gets adjusted to even 10 pm a lot of people will be scared off.

Staff is pleasant. They have a couch up front to rest on.

Lots of machines and equipment to exercise. I've only used the treadmill. The treadmill has a safety belt you can clip onto your pants.

They have paper towels and a spray bottle to spray down your stations.

We joined in October and truly love this gym!! They have a variety of equipment, but we go mainly for the classes. The instructors are wonderful and meet you where you are in your fitness level, but also give you the push you need to make improvements. Check them out.

Pros:
- CLEAN!! Left LA Fitness b/c of cleanliness. They are cleaning frequently here
- STAFF: Super friendly. Spoke to the owner a bit, and her journey to fitness through cancer and other health struggles is inspiring.
- CHILDCARE: Their caretakers are sweet and attentive, unlike anywhere I’ve ever seen. It’s not included, but reasonable and I’m willing to pay for an ATTENTIVE caretaker who isn’t on their phone
-TRAINING: Started training with Amanda to train twice a week, and I LOVE HER! Excited to see the results of my workouts with her coaching
-OUTDOOR TRAINING: There’s an outdoor training area to lift or train, even obstacle course type training, you can do outside. It’s a unique feature at a gym that I have come to enjoy.

CONS- Can’t really come up with any. Might be nice if they had a few more elliptical machines, but other than that, I can’t say enough about this place. Really glad I joined.

I try to stay healthy and active but had never felt comfortable at a gym until I found New Life Fitness. I am so thankful for Nancy and all the wonderful staff in this gym. While I have been a member for over 7 years, within a month, the staff knew my name and most of the physical concerns where I struggled. You don't get that kind of care from most gyms. Usually this type of attention only comes with additional training and costs. New Life is an awesome gym. ALL of the staff are caring, personal and professional.

I thought this was a great gym - I was wrong. The manager is a piece of work. Keep reading - you'll see.

Today I walked in after not going for 2 years, and the first thing they told me was I had a $140 balance due. They were charging me for months when the gym was completely closed due to covid, and also charging me way past my 3 month membership I agreed to.

The manager wasn't there in person so one of the nice girls working there gave me a phone with the manager on the line. Within 2 seconds, the manager was outright yelling at me over the phone over this false balance. I didn't say a word and I gave the phone back to the nice girl because I don't have time for people like that. Then I walked out, and I doubt I'll ever return.

I cannot say enough kind things about New Life. What a GREAT gym! I have belonged to other gyms, but none are as personal-able, friendly, and welcoming as New Life. Classes are absolutely AWESOME, everyone is welcoming and encouraging. Even though they are group classes they are still individualized to meet your needs. If you want a GREAT workout, with wonderful, supportive staff and clients this is the place for you!!

If you are looking for a small place to get your routines done this is the place. The gym has a decent amount of equipment to get it done but if you have a large database of workouts that require more this is not your place. The only thing that has left a bad taste in my mouth since im currently moving to another gym is that i tried cancelling my prepaid contract and i could not get a refund on the unused months. I would think since i just joined a couple of weeks ago they could make an adjustment but unfortunately they couldn't even offer me a partial being that it was prepaid. The lady i talked to was very nice in explaining why but i just don't see how they couldnt at least give me a partial refund. The gym doesn't lose out with me cancelling. The consumer is the one that loses in this case. I get the whole prepaid thing but i think that applies to tangible items. Well thats my review on this place so CHECK ALL YOUR APPLICABLE REFUND TERMS! I DIDN'T LOL :(

Ownership is horrible. Not worth your money. People have been kicked out for following trainers. Know on multiple occasions that people are still owed money for sessions they did not receive so they had to be comped. Talk a great game, make you feel a part as long as you toe the ownership line. Used to be a great gym. Met many clients and friends through the place.

I LOVE going to work out now!!! What an amazing group of people at New Life Fitness. Everyone is very attentive, kind, and have the best interest at heart for all of their customers. They genuinely care. I have never felt so welcome at a gym. They are like family.

Tricia is an amazing trainer and keeps me on my toes. Lori and Nancy's classes are great. Lots of energy and they are extremely motivating.

4.5 star facility. It is missing a few features that some major gyms offer but makes up for it in the quality/cleanliness of the equipment and the quality of the people.

5 star people - the lady that is at the front always greets you with a smile and is extemely helpful. The child care that they offer is a major plus and the lady in that department is very friendly as well.

5 stars for cleanliness. The facility overall is very clean and the equipment is in excellent shape. I did have an issue with the availability of towels/wipes but after expressing some concern the issue was resolved immediately.

2 stars for hours. Closes early Friday 7pm, opens late on Saturday morning and is open for a four hour window on Sundays. I frequently find myself driving here and having to turn around in the parking lot because the facility is closed.

If the hours were 5am to 10pm 7 days a week this place would be perfect.

The other reviews address the high quality, so I want to chime in that they also have traditional free weight equipment that is hard to come by; bumper plates, tires, military-style obstacle course. Very grateful for this community gym that still provides this hard-to-find, highly-effective equipment.

This is an excellent gym. The staff is very friendly. I wish I lived closer so I could frequent it more often. I have heard nothing but great things from friends who are regular to New Life. I also love that they do a 5k every year to support the Tomball Pregnancy Center. Would recommend!
