I've been a client of NexGen for 4 years, and I love it. The new Adriatica NexGen location is awesome. I'm seeing real results that last. The key is having a personal trainer who knows my goals, monitors my progress, and updates my workouts to keep progressing. I've worked out on and off all my life, but having a private personal trainer is a complete game changer. Having the salt room and sauna on site at Adriatica are added bonuses after a workout. Highly recommend!

I loved the experience I had with Ms. Ronia, she was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Love that the session is private, the space is clean and well maintained plus there is even a salt recovery room! You must check out NexGen Adriatica.

NexGen is not a giant big box gym. It is a superior private fitness facility with a focus on personal training and wellness. After an initial assessment (an extensive discussion of overall health, fitness goals and physical concerns over chronic lower back issues), plus a cool, digital full body scan, I began my twice-weekly customized training sessions with Coach Brad. A third day each week is self-directed, using the facility’s cardio equipment.

I’m extremely satisfied with the quality and intensity of the customized, varied personal training sessions. Every exercise is designed to work a different muscle group (some major, some minor), and each movement is monitored with adjustments and corrections made as needed.
I feel confident knowing that Coach Brad has tailored each workout to work my entire body while making accommodations for my physical limitations to minimize risk of injury, while still meeting my goals of overall strengthening, conditioning and improved flexibility.

There are two “bays” filled with every possible type of top-quality fitness equipment imaginable. Additionally, they have a dry sauna room and a steam salt room that promote recovery and wellness. There is also a nutritionist on staff. The facility is clean and private. Sessions are by appointment only. Coach Brad’s insight and enthusiasm for fitness and ability to make people feel welcome, make each session productive and enjoyable. I am so glad I found NexGen. It is an outstanding fitness experience.

I started with NexGen fitness Adiratica about two months ago. I completely love it. The gym is a beautiful place and al ate very clean. I train with Coach Brad and he does an amazing job with what my goals and needs are. Overall the program has far more exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.
