Since I started training with Austin my overall fitness level improved a lot. I noticed significant changes both in my cardio and strength performance.
The circuit training was tailor made to my fitness goals and even though I was struggling a bit, at the end it all paid off.
Austin was very knowledgeable on any subject related to fitness and nutrition. He provided positive feedback on each exercise, and was very supportive throughout the whole process. He is a great trainer and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is interested in getting better with fitness.

My boyfriend and I have been training with Austin twice a week for the past few months, and the results have been amazing! My boyfriend has already lost 15 pounds, and I have also lost weight and have gotten stronger.
In addition to personal training, Austin has also set us up with workouts to do on our own, and the combination of training and self-guided workouts is unbeatable.

Austin is awesome!
He listens to your needs and tailors based on his experience to what matches you. He pushes and yet keeps it so that you can succeed. I’m so glad that I found him. I go to his home gym which is clean and just the right amount of home/business that you would expect from a professional. He also works with my schedule. I don’t see myself changing to another person unless I move more than an hour away. Right now I drive 30 minutes in Katy highway traffic and don’t regret it!

I highly recommend Austin as a personal trainer! He makes it very easy to build training into my weekly routine as he is both flexible and reliable. I have made a ton of progress in the last 5 months that I couldn't have done without his support and guidance.
For our sessions, he builds customized workouts based on my goals and the equipment available at my gym. He tailors each workout to help me progress and to keep things interesting. He will even bring his own equipment if needed. He is always careful to make sure I am lifting with good form to maximize results and reduce the chance of injury.
Overall, couldn't be happier with my results so far and will definitely be working with Austin for many more sessions!

I have been working with Austin for a few months now, and can honestly say my biggest regret is that it took me so long to reach out to him in the first place. From our first interaction, it was clear how passionate he was about helping his clients achieve whatever their fitness goals are. He takes the time to get to know your story, and works with you to set realistic goals, and an efficient training program to help you get there. This personalized approach to training is a real standout, and he has the incredible ability to tailor workouts that are challenging, yet achievable - while constantly motivating and supporting you through them. He goes above and beyond, both during and outside of our training sessions, giving me nutritional advice, tips to improve my weekend runs, and always has a genuine interest in my fitness success. Moreover, he creates such a positive and encouraging training environment, with a friendly but professional atmosphere, that he makes every session something to look forward to. I always feel comfortable asking questions, as he explains the different variations of exercises each session .... and to round it all off, he is just the nicest guy. I've lost a bunch of the excess weight I wanted to lose when I started training with him, I'm moving more weight in the gym than I've ever done before, and I look and feel stronger already. I have been working with Austin for 3 months now. I've never used a trainer before and he was everything and more you could want in a personal trainer. I told him what I was looking to do and he made a workout regiment to help me get there. He's extremely knowledgeable on everything. Shows you correct form on all exercises and what your muscles should be doing when working out so you can have the knowledge for yourself. Working out with Austin is a great experience that will have you excited to get to the gym and he does a great job on every aspect from form, dieting and all around workouts. Extremely personable and easy going while still pushing you and producing results that you want. Can't recommend Austin enough to anyone who is on the fence of getting into the gym. He'll get you where you want to be while making it easy to see and understand.

Austin has been may trainer for more or less 2 months and he's just been an amazing coach. He knows what you need and he'd try to push you to your limits while remaining empathetic and adaptive based on what you can achieve at the moment. He's a great accountability partner and he really helped develop my workout habits. Working out in his studio is also super great as you are able to focus on workout without distractions from others. I think, more importantly, he just not help with building muscle mass and strength, he also help you with your nutrition and calorie intakes which is exactly what I needed. I feel great and have improved a lot having lost 2-3 kg, improved strength and endurance, and becoming more toned down in less than months. I am looking forward to more sessions. Other trainers only focus on workouts. I greatly recommend getting Austin as your personal trainer and accountability partner if you wish to lose weight, increase strength, and develop more muscle mass while regulating your daily nutrition intake.

Austin is a wonderful trainer. He is very encouraging and supportive and we are always doing different exercises so that the routines are never boring or repetitive. I feel that I get so much out of the workout as I am always exercising two muscle groups at once. The time goes by really fast. Austin is a fantastic personal trainer! I have worked with various trainers over the years (and even worked in a boutique gym during graduate school) and Austin is by far one of the best in the business. He's easily accessible, very responsive, stays interactive throughout the process (not just on days when you're standing before him in the gym), and has a super positive personality. But, I have to say, his best trait might be that he has the patience to endure training me after I've had a day full of chaos at work (I'm not always in the perkiest of moods).
I've been lucky enough to work with Austin for a couple of years and he's only gotten better as a trainer and it absolutely shows in his methods and tools that he uses in order to specialize a plan for each client.
If you need someone who will provide you the mechanisms you need both inside and outside of the gym and someone who will hold you accountable without being a 'drill sergeant' then Austin is your guy!

I’ve been using Austin as a personal trainer for more than 2 years now, he’s been helping me every step of the way on my fitness journey. I had tried other trainers available to me via my employer, and strip mall based fitness trends, but I never really stuck with any of them.
Austin’s training plans make me want to show up at the gym, as I know we’re going to make progress every week. I can see appreciable change in my muscle mass, my fat composition and my body shape from month to month and it keeps me coming in. He explains my workout plans and how they’re designed in a way I can understand and with as much ‘sciencey’ detail as I like. The workouts are varied and never boring, and I can get them done in around 30min which is a huge time saver over trying to work out by myself
