The staff and coaches were very friendly and were more than happy to give advice on how to improve at the obstacles. My friends and I had a great time. I would definitely recommend this place to parents who have kids interested in getting into ninja. Will definitely visit again! One thing I will note is that the gym seems more oriented towards younger kids rather than teens and adults but that doesn't take away from the experience and older individuals can still have a great time

Our son just finished a week of summer camp here and he loved it. The coaches were involved and actually showed that they enjoy their jobs and the kids. The ratio of kids to adults assured me that they are in this for the quality of the camp and not just shoving as many kids in as possible. They provided snacks and lunch and a positive atmosphere.

Ninja Nation was amazing! We took our 60 summer camp kiddos for a field trip and it was amazing. The Ninja Nation team was very flexible, friendly and attentive to our participants. I would like to give a special shout out to the manager Laura McCabe, I had a misunderstanding on my end and Laura was very professional and flexible with us. The front desk team of Sabrina and Arria were very welcoming and friendly with checking in our participants and getting them excited for the field trip. They were also very helpful and timely with checking which participants had completed the waiver form and communicating with our team on who still needed to complete the waiver. The team of instructors which included Sean , Elijah, Bryce , Kylie , Nick, Sydney and Charles were amazing! They led our participants in 3 smalls groups and made the obstacles fun, and challenging. They allowed our participants to challenge themselves and encouraged them to get up and keep trying when they failed. They were showed great patience with our youger kiddos and participants with disablities. Last but not least, they allowed our kiddos to participate in the activities while being safe and taught our kiddos how to participate while being safe and having fun. Overall a 10/10 experience and Highly recommend visiting!

My friends and I went as a group and had a blast even though we were the only adults on the course haha. This place has it all from beginner to super hardcore master courses. You can go on a zip line with obstacles a obstacle course race on the floor and 3 ramp walls of different sizes and also they sell dippin dots, chalk, and some thing to wrap on your hand. Truly amazing! Awesome for the kids and adults! Recommend coming. Infinity rated. All of the coaches are awesome! Marta, Bryce. All of them! The coaches are so thoughtful! I also got 4.90 on the floor course somehow!

We traveled to Austin this weekend for my twin nephew’s seventh birthday party and brought my five-year-old along. He was so excited to play but got a little overwhelmed by the number of kids there and suddenly decided he did not want to play anymore. One of the young employees, a girl wearing pink Vans (I wish I had caught her name), was so incredibly sweet and compassionate. She immediately noticed he was overstimulated and sat on the floor with him to comfort him. She offered to get him a coloring book and a color page, which helped so much. Thanks to her patience and kindness, my little boy eventually came around and started playing. There was always a staff member close by cheering him on.

The young staff who hosted the birthday party were all so polite, caring, and upbeat. They truly made it a special experience, not just for the birthday twins, but for every child who attended. You could tell the kids were having an absolute blast.

Places like this make me wish we lived in Austin. It is such a cool spot for kids, with an even cooler staff.

We had our daughter's 7th birthday party here and they did such an amazing job! We came here a couple years ago for another child's party and it wasn't as organized as it was this time. They must have it down now. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Aiden, helped me through the phone by answering all my questions about organizing the party. He was always polite and helpful. The day of, our pro-host, Kylie and hosts Kaydence and Bryce were all fantastic. We had a huge party and they were able to manage it without any issues. All of them were so kind and helpful. Nice gym but horrible waiver system that won't let me add friends. I tried reset password and got an error message saying I have two accounts (lol how?). Tried to use my wife's account and also got an error message saying "that name already exists". Staff weren't able to help..I offered to sign a paper waiver which they don't have..they lost my business due to their incompetent waiver system

Edit: I ASKED for paper waiver and lady said they don't have.
I don't care why system won't let me sign in or save, a business should be creative and help the customer unless they don't care about customers. In this case I just left and nobody cared, and nobody tried to help with the issue.
I will never comeback with my son's friends because I don't want to deal with this mess again for another 30 minutes. There are plenty of other places on town.

My 7-year-old has been going to Ninja Nation for the last few years and absolutely loves it. He started with the foundational classes and has progressed to the Ninja Flow program with Coach Twan. Coach Twan does an excellent job engaging and challenging the kiddos while allowing them to have fun at the same time. My son has developed a lot of skills he otherwise would not have by consistently taking the Ninja Nation classes.

Ninja Nation is amazing! We go to Open Gym, have held a birthday party here, and are doing Club Team with the Comeback Ninja Coach Twan. Twan is so patient and appropriately pushes the ninjas to achieve their best. If you can get to classes with Coach Twan, just do so! He is absolutely amazing! He has a remarkable ability to connect with kids and make them feel comfortable and understood. When my son first started at Ninja Nation, he didn’t speak English, but Coach Twan’s patience, kindness, and incredible energy helped him feel confident and relaxed. He has a natural chemistry with children and is a fantastic role model—both as a person and as an athlete.

If you are looking for a fun, clean, safe and engaging place to practice Ninja skills, this is the place. Tony, Twan, and all the staff are friendly, welcoming, and encouraging to all visitors. There are a variety of obstacle courses that everybody loves. It’s a great place to learn about teamwork, confidence, determination, and strength. My son recently started doing the weekly pre-teen drop in classes and he looks forward to each one. I have never seen a cleaner gym. It’s been open for a while now and all the equipment still looks brand new and even smells good when you walk in.

The coaching and on-floor staff at the gym is 6-star amazing. Every single employee on the floor is incredibly supportive and engaged with guests of all ages and abilities. They remember the names of folks they've seen before and make them feel welcome.

Ya’ll is it just me or are the staff exceptional at this place?! My son is neurodivergent and not a big fan of summer camps. We come AFTER camp in the afternoons when it’s quieter. The staff seemingly get my son’s vibes, they give him space but also will completely just do the entire obstacle course with him. They are relaxed , friendly , engaged and the right level of encouraging. They remember him and are generally just all kinds of nice ! My son will not attend summer camp and will certainly not talk to strangers but somehow the staff at Ninja Nation from day one are the exception to this rule 🎉For $20, some dip and dots and some non competitive sports we are all in 🎉

We had a great time! We used our pogo pass for 1 hour of open gym at 3 pm. Very easy process to check in. The gym is clean and new. Many of the activities are pretty difficult. You need a lot of upper body strength and grip strength. Some little kids were very good at the activities though! I took 12 yr old and 9 yr old, and they were entertained for the hour.

We went to Ninja Nation tonight and we loved our experience there. Every single employee was so kind, helpful, and encouraging. I went with my 6 year old and she loved it. We recently started watching American ninja warrior with her so to see lots of the obstacles and try them in person she was loving it. She did the wall and freaked out when she got to the top. She was too scared to get down and I wasn’t sure how to help her. Almost immediately a staff member, I think his name is Bryce ran up the wall and started to talk with her. He helped her breathe and calm down a bit. Then he started to help her get down the wall. Someone else came over and helped just carry her down and then told her how brave she was to get to the top. The kindness and patience they showed my daughter was just amazing. I was so impressed by how they helped her in the moment and I know it helped her feel okay to keep trying instead of bad and scared. I also had a lot of fun trying out the different obstacles. I definitely recommend coming here!

We took our summer camp of 50 kids (6-8yr olds) to Ninja Nation and had a BLAST! We were searching for some great physical activities since our camp focuses on movement and physical development and we found an oasis in Ninja Nation! Tatiana, Atlas and Vivian were more than accommodating to our needs and helped make the transaction smooth. Coach Ethan did an excellent job preparing our kids with a warm-up and instructions. He and the rest of the coaches strived to challenge the kids and encourage them to push their comfort zone. Coach Tony was very enthusiastic and motivating as he helped each kid. This was our third class for our son (4 yrs old) in the mini ninjas, and every week we have more and more fun! Love this place. My son does drop in classes and one of the 8 week development programs. I really appreciate the coaches helping the kids to push beyond their limits. Its really amazing to see these kids try, and try, and try again....and by the end of a session they have overcome the challenge.

My youngest kids are thrilled with "the ninja gym"; my son insists on going to their open gym hours 4 days a week, so we got a family membership for that. My youngest daughter interrogates the staff about their planned shift schedules (they're all helpful, but she has favorites) and my eldest has started inviting her friends.

I'm not keeping up with the kids' skill, but I'm now in better shape than I've been in for a decade. They redesign the obstacles regularly but there's always something for every difficulty level.

I have been on the fence about posting this review as I believe that if you don’t have anything nice to say then it’s best not to say anything at all. However I’m compelled to write it to prevent other children from experiencing what our 5 year old son has gone through after attending Ninja Nation camp. The facility is supposed to be safe for 5+ but I don’t believe that this is accurate.

Put simply, he broke his arm there due to negligence and poor communication from the staff. I brought these concerns up to the manager and he agreed and apologized saying that they would be “retrained.”

That being said, they failed to communicate that he hurt himself the day before even though they had to give him treatment. Then the next day when he broke his arm they told us that maybe because he was too small and that it was only a sprain. He told them he couldn’t move it and it was so swollen we took him to the hospital where they confirmed it was broken. He had to have emergency surgery and Ninja Nation was covered by their waiver.

He has had to forgo all other sports, PE, recess and even birthday parties for a few months as a result. In retrospect it was not worth it. I don’t recommend Ninja Nation for younger children as this has happened to us and a few others we know. Play at your own risk and know that the waiver covers them regardless of their inconsistent safety protocols and poorly trained staff.

The ninja gym Austin's been waiting for - our whole family loves it! Great facility in a central location with full sized ninja course obstacles and equipment scaled for all ages. There's something for everyone of all skill levels from total beginner to experienced ninja. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff, + a variety of camp, training, open play, private event, and competition opportunities. Really appreciate being able to register for open gym time and all the other activities via their website in advance.

We had such a blast! There is truly something for everyone here. My five year old loved running the courses in the front on repeat while kids of all ages practiced elements, and raced one another. Then in the back there are the larger/more advanced areas where I practically had to peel my husband away at closing time. Can’t wait to take a class with my husband (and no kids)! This will be a fantastic spot for birthday parties and after-school/summer programs to beat the heat!

We are so happy this gym opened up near our house.

Its a very spacious gym with lots of obstacle runs. My son abandoned me at the door because he couldn't wait to get on the floor. The staff is friendly and the coaches knowledgeable, being current competitors themselves. All in all, a great place.

We loved this gym! Very clean and staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. Owners are SO kind, and instructors were really awesome and great with kids.
