The place is great for my kids… BUT…. WHY DOES THE INSIDE AIR TEMPERATIRE HAVE TO BE -12degrees . Jesus- you could hang meat and chill drinks in the space. Too cold!!
I will not be bringing my kids back here after their membership ends. Literally, parents have jackets, scarves, gloves on. Rediculous temperature set. Please adjust to the parents who pay for their kids🙏🏼

Wow, where do I even begin? This is, without a doubt, the best review I’ve ever had the pleasure of writing! I hosted my son’s birthday party at Ninja Nation and chose the "Own the Arena" package. For milestone birthdays, I usually go all out, but this year, I just didn’t have the energy. Opting for Ninja Nation turned out to be the best decision ever—I was absolutely blown away!

From the moment we arrived, Kaden and Kole welcomed us warmly, ensuring we were happy with the setup. They even helped us add the extra decorations we brought for a personal touch before our guests arrived. Although this was a party for my 5-year-old, we had kids ranging from 5 to 16, and Kaden made sure every single one of them was engaged and having fun. I had even invited a friend who works as a party host at another venue—just in case the kids got bored—but he was completely unnecessary! The kids were having such an incredible time that the parents had to practically beg them to leave. In the end, we had to resort to turning off the lights to get them to go home!

I cannot say enough about how professional, compassionate, and committed Kaden and Kole were in making sure the kids had an unforgettable experience. Their passion for what they do was evident in every detail, from seamlessly distributing food with minimal interruptions to ensuring that every child, regardless of age, felt included. I’m certain Kaden is a top manager, and Kole is equally a great leader—both are invaluable assets to any kid’s event center.

This party exceeded my expectations a thousand times over! Even my middle daughter—who has had her fair share of extravagant birthday parties—said, "This was probably the best party ever!" And trust me, I’ve spent thousands and thousands on birthdays before.

Bad scheduling and timing of the party rooms
Tools 37 minutes after the kids got seated to get the 8 pizzas we ordered and they had to rush to eat and move out 18 kids and 24 adults out of there in 16 minutes b/c u guys were late On the pizza and the communication and overall management was not good.
The employees were teenagers not mature enough to handle this much responsibility given to customers who spend almost 1000 dollars here.....

Took my boys here for camp. When I picked them up, not only did they have blisters all over their hands, but they said it was the worst day ever. My boys are usually pretty mindful, and They’ve never been known to take anything that doesn’t belong to them. They are very respectful of others belongings and always even ask for a drink (other than milk or water) when at home.
They were pretty upset when I picked them up and said they never wanted to return back there. Apparently, one of them thought that the coach said that there was extra food and drinks from the camp that we paid for (including lunch) And my boys swore that that’s what they understood.

But they were punished by coach Luke for taking the extra drink, even though they thought it was okay. They were made to sit out for 30 minutes during free play as a punishment while they Watched the other kids playing. I can see if they were kids just randomly taking things and they were reprimanded and pulled to the side to be addressed but making them sit out for 30 mins was unacceptable in my opinion.

We will not be returning! They are much better options in Frisco. Charging an extra $12 For chalk said the kids hands don’t get blistered is ridiculous!

Being the VP of our schools PSO, myself and our President planned and executed our school (K-10) Field Day. We had Ninja Nation mobile out for our school’s Field Day two days ago - I cannot even begin to express how thrilled we were with the mobile team, Marcus and Brandon! These two were with us from set up at 5:30am to tear down at 4pm! They set up everything, ran everything and did so with such joy and pride in their work. Let me tell you, it’s nearly impossible to please such a diverse group of Kinder-10th graders and they did it with such ease!! Not one person walked by me that day without raving about how the kids (and staff!) were enjoying every minute!

Do yourself a favor and schedule this amazing team for any event! The day went well beyond any of our greatest expectations - and 100% due to the hard work of Brandon and Marcus! Will definitely be using them again!

Holy wow this place is amazing. Just had my daughter’s birthday party there, it’s her favorite place! Not only it was it a blast, the team members were phenomenal. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. Grayson R was our party leader and he was incredible with the kids! I’d hope for someone like him at every party from here on out! It breaks my heart to give that score, but I thought the Homeschool Class would be exactly that, a class, something that my daughter could learn from, not a playdate on Ninja equipment with no structure. We were both really looking forward to classes at Ninja Nation and I was hoping to have her take classes to learn more and train, like your Ninja Flow Class. But I've paid for 2 months of a very expensive play date once a week. Everyone working there has been very nice, which is why I gave one more star, but I was really hoping for a structured class, not just play.

We have been to this Ninja Nation twice and have had great experiences both times. My son is 7 and was just big enough to do most of the obstacles. There are lots of neat things, like a large climbing wall, a warped wall, a ring/bar obstacle course, and some running/jumping courses. There were also some course aimed at teens/adults that looked pretty neat.

There were two coaches walking the floor, and they regularly stopped by my kid to encourage him or to give him pointers. One coach also caught my kid looking wistfully at a very tall glider obstacle and he gently encouraged him to climb up there, showed him how to fall a few times, and then helped him with the glider. By the end, my kid was no longer apprehensive and was doing the obstacle with joy.

The coaches were great, the equipment was in good condition, everything was clean, and there was a nice sitting area all along the gym for parents to watch.

I just went to a kids birthday party here. I’m not sure who had more fun: the kids? the parents? or the employees? It was such a blast and the employees were so great with the kids, especially Zach! We had a birthday party and paid a lot to hold it here, but the staff was unfriendly, and the service was definitely not worth the price. They were inattentive to our party. They kept emphasizing that we had to leave in 30 min once the party started but they forgot to bring pizza until we went to ask about it. We felt that we were constantly rushed while we received barely any assistance. Although kids had fun, my husband had to help the kids play on the equipment that was higher up, and the staff didn’t bother helping the kids play on the swinging equipment.

Fun place! Took a group of 6 kids ranging from 9-15. All of them had fun at the open gym. There were kids as little as 5 enjoying it, too. Some things were impossible for the kids I brought, but they still had fun trying them out. They let us bring our own water bottles in. We bought little packets of Dippin' Dots as a snack at one point. Great comfy seats for parents to watch.
I called in advance to make sure all 6 kids (from different families) had the waivers signed. I highly recommend that, even if you think you're all set.

The online booking was extremely frustrating. I was trying to sign my kids up and since it was in my account it will not let you sign up. What a dumb system!!!It redirects you to call the Frisco location and when you call it’s seldom answered or message returned.

I’ve even been there at the location to book, and they directed me back to the online booking system.

My nephew competed here for a Ninja event and had a great time. It's a huge facility with lotnof ways to configure the course. It's a bit pricey, it would be nice to see one day or weekend a month be discounted for not so ultra wealthy. I do understand that a Frisco lease is also pricey so that gets a pass. It's wonderful to have this kind of facility in the area for the intense summer days when outside park days are not an option. The birthday events looked pretty cool too. We absolutely love Ninja Nation Frisco! My son has had two of his birthday parties there and the summer camps are his favorite! The additional safety and security measures and precaution following the tragedy in Uvalde were very much appreciated. It was comforting to know that Ninja Nation partnered with Frisco PD to keep our kiddos safe. Thank you!

We purchased a party package. Overall the place is extremely fun with an array of obstacles that are appropriate for multiple skill levels. Our three kids (ages 6/8/13) had a great time, and all of our guests appeared to enjoy the event as well.

Two factors prevented five stars, and the first is value. The party packages are quite expensive, so whether they feel "worth it" will vary for each person. Although I would recommend adding the optional host to any party package, because they really help the attendees get involved, play games, learn how to complete the obstacles, and provide some uninterrupted sessions in some of the popular areas.

The second issue that prevented a five star experience was the food service. We chose the pizza party option since it was lunchtime. The food was good (Domino's), and our host did a fine job, but evidently this location has a management policy limiting the supply of paper plates to only cover the number of kids. Meaning everyone else had to hold their food in their hands. This is just dumb. Relating it back to the price, I paid far too much for this party to be given a hard time about the paper plate count.

In the end, we liked our experience but didn't love it.

We love the Ninja Nation gym. It is the BEST outlet I have found for my 7 year old to build physical skills and mental resilience. I'm really exciting about how this activity is benefitting him more than any other sport we've tried. The coaches and staff are EXCELLENT. I have recommended this gym to ALL my mom friends.

We love Ninja Nation! We’ve had a birthday party here and come fairly regularly. The courses change every few weeks so that you can get experience with different obstacles. I don’t have a membership, but I’ve heard it’s a great deal!

Such a cool place for the little ones to get some energy out! Lots of padding so missed jumps or flips aren't an issue. Great for Bday parties. The staff were really accommodating and helped make sure all the little ones had a great time.

Did not enjoy our experience here at this location. We came on Ninja Night with no fair warning and a majority of the obstacles were off limits. We paid for 2 hours and our 6 year old was very limited on what she could do. I asked for a refund for the second hour but was advised they could not give a refund but give future credit. We live 3 hours from here and was on spring break. Management called me but I guess didn't believe me about the ninja night restrictions. I do not recommend this for younger aged kids and definitely ask if it is ninja night during open gym.
