I've been coming here 5 to 6 days a week for about 4 months already , and it's been great. Before I started, I had a lot of back pain, but after working with Coach Sisk and staying consistent, my back pain is gone, and I feel great! A lot more mobile than what I was, I will tell you that. I highly recommend this gym to anyone.

I came to No Limit with a very long prior history with CrossFit but looking for a new relationship with a focus on strength and mobility. What I have learned in the short time I have been working with Coach Wade is nothing short of mind blowing to me as an athlete with a history of repeated injury and limited mobility. The individual attention and depth and breadth of knowledge I have seen makes No Limit a cut above the rest. I am so very excited to see just how much I can learn and grow in partnership with them.

I highly recommend this box! Iβve been doing CrossFit on and off for 10 years and the coaches here are the best Iβve had! Personally as a student Doctor of Physical Therapy, theyβre very knowledgeable and have taught me some great exercises to incorporate into my daily routine. I havenβt tried any other gym once I came here!!

Wow. I am visiting from San Diego and they were so welcoming. I was basically doing my own workout when Wade starting coaching me. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and great to talk to about life and CrossFit. I have been participating in CrossFit for several years with the Sisks (owners). Their instruction for all movements whether strength, mobility, or body weight exercises are great. They have tremendous knowledge and actively participate in each session to insure you are doing exercises properly to limit injury and improve performance. In addition there is a lot of focus on flexibility and range of motion which has an added benefit of making daily life more comfortable. They provide alternative exercises so you feel comfortable, making it easy for newcomers to fully participate without fear. There is a great sense of community at their gym and the workouts are fun. You will leave the gym tired, with a sense of accomplishment and a smile on your face. A great way to start your day.

Natalie and Wade Sisk (owners & operators) are the best fitness coaches I've met. Their dedication to mobility and strength transcends across ALL fitness levels, ages and lifestyles. I hesitate to imagine my quality of life without their progressive and responsive instruction. I am grateful that these two professionals open their lives and gym to those of us who want to make the best of this life. I wish I could give them more than five stars, because this gym is a minimum 10+!!!

If you are an aspiring College athlete of any level, or a current college athlete on break and trying to stay in shape or get stronger, this is the place to go. Having played college football for TCU, Coach Sisk has been there and done that, and knows exactly what each athlete needs to get to the next level. They've got all the equipment to make that happen, and the coaching is outstanding.

Iβm new to CrossFit and after 3 months, I can see a difference in my core, strength, coordination and posture! Coach Sisk is professional and patient while he educates us on technique, mobility, strength, and how to prevent injury. He will give you modifications based on your abilities or injuries and encourage you to try new skills. Each day I am motivated and inspired by the people I have classes with. I highly recommend this gym!

The owners of this place are great! They pay attention to each athlete and coach them up on Oly lifting- teaching to be a better lifter. They give specific warm up movements and mobility to prep you for the strength and encourage scaling for those who need it. I highly recommend this gym if you want to know your movement patterning is correct and desire to better your health and performance. They are knowledgeable and willing to teach if you are willing to learn. I will be coming back!

Wade & Natalie are hands down the best in the business. This team will help you reinforce mobility and proper technique before you start taking out person goals and records with your lifts and endurance. Do yourself a favor and commit to their programming & teachings and they will last you a lifetime! I am no longer with them because I no longer live in the area, but to this day I still practice their mobility, stretching, and lifting techniques. I had back problems for years and they disappeared with their teaching. Blessed to have met Wade and Natalie!

My first time going to a CrossFit/Gym, I have gone to the gym and sorta just used machines and not really getting a feel for what I was doing or learning anything. Since I started coming here its a very welcoming place and everyone's super polite and helpful, but not only that, I'm learning a ton! Stretching properly and technique is not only great for your workouts so you don't hurt yourself but also you learn how the body works and you can do more with it. You get 2 free classes I believe right off the bat so you can come in and they will be right there ready to help and guide you, their is no need to concern yourself with your ability as we all start in different areas, I'm definitely a beginner and was happy to have made the choice to come in. This has been nothing short of a pleasure working with Wade and he's very patient and helpful!

I've been here for about 2 months now, but I've felt like family since the moment I walked in. Natalie and Wade are the most patient, friendly, and encouraging coaches you could have. Instead of only focusing on the workout, they also focus on technique, stability, and mobility. If you're struggling with a movement, they can give you *at least* 8 different ways to improve it. The general community at this gym is great; you'll feel welcomed and get a good workout in, regardless of your training level!

Hands down, the BEST crossfit/strength & conditioning gym Iβve ever been to. Wade and Natalie's coaching is top notch, my fitness has improved drastically since joining. I used to constantly have lower back pain when I would lift, but not here! They are so meticulous about mobility while programming amazing workouts. Theyβve also created an incredible community, everyone is friendly and at various fitness levels so itβs very welcoming. HIGHLY recommend!

My husband and I just started at CrossFit Anthology - I have no previous experience with CrossFit, and my husband has done CrossFit at another gym for about a year. Wade and Natalie have been very encouraging to the both of us, meeting us each exactly where we are at (which for me is at the VERY beginning!) We appreciate them both working with us, and have enjoyed this gym a lot! Highly recommend for anyone at any level!

Best place for crossfit in the area. I just concluded my on boarding with them. Very through w/the process & (Wade) took me step by step through the process to make sure I did each step correctly. Been training with Wade and Natalie for over a year now. I was scared to start as I have never been an athlete in my life. However I was in deep need for a change as my Dr. told me to lose weight before serious health problems would soon follow. I am currently 70 lbs lighter, but more importantly I am infinitely more active and mobile!
The training I have received has been both well informed and very encouraging. I have always felt welcome and encouraged to reach my next goal. If you are looking for a place to both push you and support you no matter your current ability level you should check them out.

Wade, Natalie, and the other coaches at CrossFit Anthology are some of the best instructors I have ever trained under. With experience playing college football and recently graduating from the USMC Officers School, the attention to correct muscle movements and personal programing they develop with you is second to none. They differentiate themselves by prioritizing mobility and technique which allowed me to continuously improve everyday without feeling beat-up midweek. When I decided to join the Marine Corps, I was nowhere near the minimum requirement for being selected. However, after committing to their teachings and staying consistent with the CrossFit Anthology program, I was able to graduate with a physical ranking in the top ten percent of my class. If you are looking to improve your physical health through genuine knowledgeable instructors, CrossFit Anthology is the gym for you.

Previously No Limit CrossFit, CrossFit Anthology is everything you could want in a gym. First of all, their coaching is 100% the best coaching you will find in Fort Worth. Both coaches are Crossfit Game certified judges and each have a rich background in kinesiology and personal training prior to their Crossfit certification. I was born with a severe case of hip dysplasia, and they are quick to find movements for my limitations without sacrificing the form or function of that movement. Second, the community is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and the gym makes a habit of having monthly get togethers. During the WODs, the coaches and other athletes are there pushing you to perform your best. The coaches, admins, and athletes, all make a point to make sure you are not left out. Third, we have an in-house nutrition guru. This is so helpful for me, as I have struggled in the past with food and macro counting. I can't say enough about every single person that works their butt off in that gym. It's truly a gem of Fort Worth fitness.

This place is amazing! My coaches have a higher level of knowledge of the human body and muscular system than I could have imagined. CrossFit Anthology has helped me tremendously with my range of motion, strength, and flexibility. They are incredibly aware of everyones strengths and weakness, and allow you to advance at your own pace. This is my 1st crossfit experience and I would highly recommend CrossFit Anthology and the Sisk family to anyone!!!

Love this place. The coaching is phenomenal, we do lots of mobility training, which helps with strength and recovery.
At 61, I feel fit and healthy because of the coaching, I've been to quite a few Crossfit gyms over the last 6-8 years, Wade and Natalie run a great place, they care about their clients.
