About the Club

Our infrared heated classes are a distillation of yoga, Pilates, barre, weight training, cardio, and dance—all infused with the unique choreography that makes nooma so effective.

Nooma is an environment where how you feel is valued more than how you look. We don’t sweat appearances, but you can expect to sweat mindfully and abundantly. Our movements are low impact but achieve profound results.

You’ll be met where you’re at. Never pushed towards an impossible ideal—but rather celebrated for taking a moment for you.

The studio has super kind staff and a welcoming environment. A few things I didn’t like about nooma was the fact the classes never heated to their listed temperature as described in the app/schedule, so I feel like I didn’t sweat very much. I don’t think I ever saw the thermostat surpass 94 degrees.

I also found the classes/sequences to not be very challenging, with minimal opportunity to add progressions. I would recommend adding heavier weights to supplement that, as holding 2 sets of weights in one hand can be cumbersome. I understand the exact sequences are repeated over the course of a few weeks but I personally don’t like how repetitive they are, especially with how easy the classes are.

Nooma also emphasizes the importance of sanitization and cleanliness of their studio and equipment, which I didn’t find to be true as the members clean their own equipment/mats and return them to the shelves. Even if the staff went to clean them after, they would have no idea which equipment was used in order to decide which ones to clean. All that to say I’ve also seen hair/dust/boot footprints on my mat upon entering class. Another recommendation is to leave all used equipment by the door after class so the staff can know with full confidence which equipment has been used.

For hotter and more challenging sculpt classes I would have to recommend other studios (R1, Wesley, O2, studio sante, etc), but this may be good for beginners.

I second the vibe feeling off with Christian music. R1 Studio, TruFusion, any of the classes at gyms wouldn’t have Christian music blaring. Also no diversity in leading instructors.

I really love this studio! Hope and Maygan are my favorite instructors—they always bring such great energy. I recently took another class with a different instructor whose name I can’t remember, but her energy seemed a bit off. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the workout and tried to just focus on that.
One small suggestion: I think the music could use a little more variety. I’d prefer not to work out to Christian music or songs that feel a bit out of place for the vibe. It would be awesome to hear playlists that reflect more of Dallas’ energy and diversity instead of an Arkansas-style mix. Thank you 💕

My favorite workout class that I have ever done!! I feel so encouraged and strong after a Nooma class, not only physically but mentally as well. There are so many different class styles so I get to choose depending on what I’m in the mood for each day and there is just a great energy at this studio. The decor is so aesthetic as well and there are showers to use after you sweat a ton since the classes are heated! 10/10 highly recommend giving Nooma a try!!

This place has truly changed my life. It’s home. The people, the instructors… all incredible! There’s nothing else like it. It’s more than a fitness studio, it’s a place where you can push yourself while also being your most vulnerable. I highly recommend!!!

Truly the best studio you can find. I’ve been a leader here for 4.5 years now and it’s changed my life! I’ve found the best community, but more impotently I have learned to love and value myself and my body exactly as it is. If you’re curious at all, go take a class! Any class!! You’ll love it all!

To all my Dallas Peeps... This space is for YOU! Trust me when I say it is life-changing. Nooma has provided a place for both my mind and body to be happy. Never would I have thought that a "fitness" studio could do that, but once you take that first class and feel the energy building in that space created just for you... you will understand the difference and you will have found your home.

I simply could never put into words how much this studio means to me. I took my first nooma class in October of 2022 and it kicked my butt in the best way possible. Flash forward to March of 2023 and I was leading classes in our Rogers studio. I have got to witness physical and emotional progress in so many members, I’ve built friendships that will last a lifetime and most importantly I’ve SWEAT next to so many people who are bettering and pushing themselves. I’ve had the chance to be a part of the Fayetteville studio opening and cannot wait to watch the Dallas studio open. Be prepared to fall in love with nooma just like me!

Words cannot express how much this workout studio means to me. It has taught me to truly love who I am at my core. The workouts, the lights, the music, the people, are all just a vibe. A fabulous vibe. My very first class was Hotmix. I remember being so nervous. I never felt like I belonged anywhere, was never athletic or played sports and had this narrative in my head that “I’m not good enough, strong enough, or capable of hard things”. This class was hard, it was hot, I felt like a fish out of water. I went home with happy tears in my eyes and told my husband I was signing up for the unlimited class pass and never looked back. Went back the next day haha. I’ve never felt more seen in my life than that day on my mat. I felt welcomed, loved, supported and like I was able to truly be myself. This place is a gift from up above and I will forever be grateful for how much Nooma has helped me grow into the person I am today. Moving your body to connect to your soul is a whole new level of nourishing your body. Thank you Casey and all the Nooma leaders! Love my Nooma family. 💜

Nooma has changed the way I view moving my body. I have always struggled w my self image and loving the body God gave me. Nooma has helped me connect to me and to my creator to more deeply appreciate the gift my body is. I no longer seek to move it just to change it, but because I love it and I love the way the movements make me feel and allow me to move for a greater purpose. It’s about more than the physical. It has led me to the deeper emotional, spiritual and mental connections … but let me be perfectly honest, it’s a heck of a good time too! Laughter, tears, killer playlists and a great sweat are just a few of the other aspects of the experience of nooma. I’m grateful for this studio and its mission!
