Great warehouse gym! Owners were very welcoming and you can tell they care about the place. It was well maintained. Not sure if it has the best and latest equipment but you can get a decent workout here. Day pass is very well priced at $10

This is a great gym choice if you prefer something more private setting! This gym is open 24/7 and you have the option to have a trainer with a group workout, 1-1 trainer or just working out on own! My trainer is Joe and he is great with focusing on your goals and needs! He has different times available as well! Give this gym a try!!

Good, old-school gym with plenty of weightlifting equipment. Garage door opens 24/7, so if it's nice out, you can get fresh air in easily. It's rarely crowded, and even when it is, it's relatively easy to get whatever equipment you need. Nice community, friendly atmosphere. They also have a heavy bag if you're into that. Joey's also a great personal trainer with a lot of trust from local parents of athletes, or those just looking to keep their kids in shape.

Membership isn't on a contract, and is month-by-month. Owner makes it really easy to set up/cancel if life requires it. I really can't say that for almost any other gym I've worked with.

Nice old style gym. What it lacks in cardio equipment it surpasses with its free weight sections. Dumbells up to 150 ibs.

Oak Cliff Muscle Factory has to be one of the cleanest gyms I’ve attended! Not only is it local but open 24 hours!!!
If you guys need to lift weights, they got it!
If you guys want to do some cardio or Zumba classes they got it!
If you guys need a personal evaluation & personal sessions, guess what? They got it!!!!!

Even after a great workout they just introduced a new nutrition bar with great teas & shakes to fulfill your needs! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

So I went to one of Monique's awesome zumba classes before the pandemic!! Then when we were all shutdown I started joining her at home with her great workouts!! Little did I know I needed to amp up my cardio and have now almost reached my full goal!! I am very proud to say this place is admirable at the least bc this is my neighborhood and I loooove to see people striving to be successful!! Keep up the great work and never give up!! I believe they were able to survive this shutdown b.c they're blessing others with their ambitious and giving hearts! Oak cliff muscle factory for life!!🏋️‍♀️💪💪 I also have been recommending family and friends to them.. I love personal gyms!! It's the best!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! Not only do I applaud all of the hard work that has been down by the owners and workers but the dedication they have to their staff, customers, and community is IMPECCABLE. It was sad to see them out for two months! I love this gym tho, definitely recommend to anyone looking to start their fitness journey, there are so many resources here for you to do just that! This place was closed during the COVID-19 until further notice was given. Great people made work out live videos at home while business was closed. Helped people stay motivated that everything is possible to do while being at home. I really recommend this place ❤️

Maria Garcia have you personally gone in there and seen people working out I don’t think so. During the pandemic this place was closed down. This gym opened until the governor allowed to do so. Now if the owners wants to work out they may do so it’s their gym. If you saw cars out there then check again because there are several businesses in that place. That parking lot that you see there does no not only belong to the gym but other businesses that are out there. So please Maria Garcia before you say something verify your information before you write reviews that can hurt small a business that is trying to grow.

Great little community, first workout's free. They have free weights, racks, benches, turff,sleds, tires, and cardio equipment! Everything that you need for a workout. They provide free towels, you will sweat hard during your w/o. After, you can grab a cold shake or tea from the bar to cool you off! 100% worth it!
