As someone completely new to fitness, joining a CrossFit gym was completely out of the question for me. I tried multiple different gyms and ultimately decided I wanted somewhere that would program a workout for me, and have childcare. I gave Odessa CrossFit a try for those two reasons alone. The trainers have taught me so much and continue to guide me throughout the workouts. And the childcare gives me no excuse not to show up! One year later and I am so glad I gave OCF a chance, if you’re looking for somewhere that’s going to treat you like a part of the team from day one, this is the place for you!

I dropped in from The Woodlands and this box was awesome. Coaches and class were friendly and welcoming. The workout was a serious Metcon, which made the trip to the gym worth it! Thanks for hosting me. If you are ever in The Woodlands, come see us at White Horse Crossfit.

High quality service here if your looking for a great work out at your level with others to motivate you in a positive way everyday this is your place. Trainers who get you know you on a one and one basses, without the extra cost. People of all shapes and sizes come here and all have a great time and the best part it doesn't matter who you are if you work like they tell you to you WILL see results.
