Before I got to work with Coco. I was at a very low self esteem at the gym and in my own skin. I choose Coco because he isn’t here to play around. He’s been super supportive and effective. Although someone might not think they need a coach. Most of the time you do, and Coco will teach you like he taught me. He’s always accessible and willing to explain and answer any questions. He’s encouraged me time after time. Especially now after some 4 months. My progress is the results of my efforts and Cocos guidance. I can’t wait to be a client of his, forever. I would recommend Coco, but to only those who are serious for a change and to stay committed. I love this guy, he’s the best coach I’ve ever had. Probably will ever have!

Before starting with Coco, I felt pretty solid in the gym and like I knew my way around it. Little did I know that he would change that. It wasn’t a complete rebuild but more like taking things from volume 8 to volume 10. Everything I do in the gym now has purpose and I feel more efficient as well. I chose Coco cause I had a friend that saw great results and made lasting change and can’t thank her enough for recommending him. I recommend coco to honestly anyone because he’s very proactive and works with you to help build your ideal fitness lifestyle rather that be what some would call a gym rat or it be just a few times a week and eating well.

Before training with Coco i was physically the heaviest and unhealthiest i have ever been in my life. Small workouts were a chore, as was simple things such as walking up the stairs. Mentally i was not great, depressed about my lifestyle with food and exercise but feeling like i couldn’t get out of the bad habits i was accustomed to. I chose Coco because of my sister and seeing how much change came from it. Now that i have been with Coco for just over a month i have already lost almost 20 pounds and significantly cut body fat. I feel more energetic, lighter and just more mentally healthy. My mood has improved dramatically as well. I would recommend Coco to anyone seriously looking for a reset and lifestyle change. He is not like most trainers that just have you go through the motions, but he pushes you to be the best version of yourself. I was recommended by my daughter to start seeing Coco. I have been struggling with my weight and I was struggling mentally. My daughter mentioned that he could help me even if it was through online only.
He gave me a specific meal plan with workouts that fit my needs.
In 60 days of sticking to my plan and having Coco guide me every step of the way, I managed to lose 15 lbs!
I am very happy with my results and can’t believe I feel like myself again. I have a long way to go, but excited to continue sticking to my meals and seeing how far I can go.

Coco is an awesome trainer! I’ve been with him now for 6 months. Before coming to him I was unhappy with my physical health and needed a change. He was recommended by a mutual friend and I love how he is thorough and explains all the work outs.

So, before I got started with Cocofit I was stuck, both mentally and physically. I was limited in my beliefs and even though I have stayed active throughout my life, I was at a point where I wasn’t happy with my fitness or my mental and physical health. Before starting with Coco I would go in the gym and just “wing it” and then get frustrated when I showed no signs of progress. I decided at the beginning of June that something needed to shift.
Luckily, a friend of mine has been working with Coco for almost 2 years and she referred me. She shared how he had helped her in her journey, and I had seen that in her health and mindset. 5 minutes into my consultation with him I knew Coco was just what I was looking for, the someone to help realign my lifestyle and my mindset around fitness. He is the real deal.
Now, 4 months later, I hardly recognize myself in the best of ways. Coco has been such a consistent coach. Challenging my limiting beliefs and mindset around what I can achieve, in every area of my life. He has helped me build habits that stick, habits that I now enjoy and build onto in my own time. Health is a way of life for me. I feel mentally and physically stronger, healthier, and better than I ever have. Losing the weight has just been a byproduct of Coco helping me restructure my life. I am happier, healthier and more optimistic. I know I enjoy life more and Coco is a huge part of that. I will say, it requires work, effort, sacrifice, and consistency, but man, it is so worth it.
I would recommend Cocofit to anyone who needs a shift, anyone who feels stuck, or needs motivation. If you don’t know where to go next in your fitness journey he is a wonderful guide. Before starting my fitness journey I was around 230 lbs, over time I eventually decide to try and make changes to my diet that allowed me go down to 216 lbs. I joined CocoFit program Sepetember 2023 and after a year later I have developed the proper eating habbits, lifestyle changes, and proper consistency when going to the gym. As of today im currently sitting at 173 lbs and have looked and felt the best ever i have in the past 4 years. I would highly recommend to everyone regardless of the goal you are trying CocoFit will get you there.

I 100% recommend Coco for anyone who is serious about making a lifestyle change that will bring you into a better physical and mental state. Coco and I worked online only because I live in PA and he's in Texas but that didn't matter 1 bit. We met every week and we spoke in between. He was always available no matter the question or concern. Physically and mentally I was not in a good place before training with Coco. I was suffering from chronic illness for years and had become bed bound for some time. Coco helped me develop a routine customized specifically for my needs and to help me go from barely being able to move my body to full force playing basketball for an hour straight in the matter of weeks. Coco is truly an exceptional man, not just a trainer. He cares about you as a person, what your goals are and what your needs are. He gives it to you straight and isn't afraid to tell you how it is. I personally was beating myself up for not being able to physically achieve these outrages goals I had set for myself and he helped me manage my mentality better by talking me down, setting the right amount of nutrion to fuel my body and exercises that helped get to a point where i could lift heavier and work out longer. Over time I saw and felt so much progress. In as little as a week I had no more back and hip pain. My posture improved and I was able to get around without a wheelchair. And as a bonus I was losing fat and gaining muscle. My doctor who trains with Coco recommended me to him and it was a perfect match! It's only been a few months and if someone told me then that I would be without a wheelchair and without oxygen, working out 3x a week and playing basketball again I would have laughed in their face. If you're looking to get healthier mentally and physically I 100% recommend training with Coco his strategies, nutrition, and workouts will change your life for the better.

i absolutely love training with coach coco and i highly recommend him! he goes very in depth with training and how to do things properly along with how to properly breathe with movement. he’s the first trainer who’s actually teaching me how to progres to do pull ups. i’m seeing a lot of progres overall and can’t wait for what the future holds!

As a 53yo woman, I knew I needed to take my fitness more seriously and I also wanted to be held accountable. Coco is, first of all, a great person and makes the process fun and motivating. He has customized a training and nutrition plan suited to my needs. Coco is the only personal trainer you’ll ever need. Before I started training a month ago with Coco, I was already in good shape but I started plateau. I didn’t know what to do next so I found Coco through instagram. Off the bat he seemed very professional and knew what he was he doing. So I decided to give him a shot.
Let me tell ya this guy truly knows how to put you in shape. Not only physically but mentally as well. He will also take care of your nutrition which is most important.

I came across Coco through Instagram, reached out and became a client. I have only been with him for about 2 months now and I have seen major progress physically and mentally.
I had lower back surgery in 2021 and have always been into fitness, but after back surgery, mentally I struggled to trust my body and relearn what I could or couldn’t do. Coco as a personal trainer did great at understanding my concerns and modified my workouts. He has helped me understand to let go of the fear of injuring myself during a workout.
Thanks to him, I have a better understanding of my body in and out of the gym.

I really enjoy coco he has some intense workouts that are coupled with a lot of knowledge so that you can think for yourself and really understand what it is to know your body and become a fitness expert so that you can do better physically and mentally. I’ve been on this lifestyle journey for the past four years learning on my own and trying to make the best of it with little improvement. Maybe you’re on the fence about getting a personal trainer, I get the feeling, but I can say that after training with Coco my perspective has changed. Sure, you can learn workouts from anywhere online these days but Coco offers much more than that. When you train with him you are investing in more than your physique but mindset as well. Coco is awesome. When I first came to train with him, I was trying to get myself together and on the right track. For being 22 years old, I found myself to be very deconditioned and out of shape. Coco started slow with me and gradually taught me how to lift weights with confidence and exercise with purpose. He takes his time to help you understand the importance of improving your fitness, to where you enjoy it and it becomes a major part of your life. Before I met Coco I had no idea what to do when walking into a gym. He immediately got to know who I was and what was important to me. I’m no longer confused and lost when I walk into a gym because he has taught me so much and continues to teach me new things with every session.
We’ve worked on various types of workout styles, from hypertrophy to strength training and HITT, and the list continues. He is so knowledgeable about having the proper form and nutrition that there’s no way you’ll mess it up unless you chose not to do it. I wasn’t in bad shape when I met Coco however he helped me fine-tune my nutrition and form. My gym confidence has improved so much. I have memorized multiple exercises that he taught me that if multiple machines are taken, I still find something to do while waiting on an individual to finish their set.
Although he may look physically intimidating, he really does care about his clients. I’m very direct so we get straight to the point however I’ve seen him take his time with others. I highly recommend working with him! Also, Self Made Training Facility in Dallas is a vibe, definitely check it out.

I have been a client of Coco’s since August 2020 and I cannot express all of the changes I have made, both emotionally and physically, within myself. After years of battling so many issues revolving around weight, I realized I needed help. I knew that with the right partner that I could achieve weight loss success again and not have weight loss surgery. Coco plays many roles besides your coach. He’s a mentor. He’s a listener. He’s your food guide (a plan that not only he developed himself but also has used on himself - I’ve seen the results. It works.) As of this posting I’ve lost over 60lbs with him and despite all of the setbacks I’ve had this past year with breaking an ankle, I would without a shadow of a doubt not be in the position I am today without the commitment I made to myself, my recovery and my journey that he has provided me. Coco has made the gym my safe space/happy place. Trust me as I say this… I would have never ever admitted this or said out loud in the past and I do not know anyone my size that would admit that either.
