Dropped in to Omega on a business trip. Iβll definitely come back when Iβm in town. Our HQ is in Plano. Both staff and members were so kind and the programming was fantastic. Awesome spot for those looking at a gym or just to drop in. Thanks Omega team

Love this place! My first time trying out crossfit and I'm now hooked. Great trainers, great community, lots of fun and support to motivate and push you. Even if you are scared of heavy weights and crossfit (like I was), try it out.

Awesome gym! I did crossfit several years ago and had a very bad experience, which put a bitter taste of crossfit in my mouth for a long time. After going to just one workout, the coaches did an amazing job at making me feel welcome and making sure I had good form. They didnβt judge, just motivated. No matter what fitness level youβre at, If youβre looking for a good gym with carrying coaches and good community, Crossfit Omega is it. Iβll definitely be back!

Great place to be a part of a community. The coaches are amazing and demonstrate they care about each person, new or experienced.

I have to start off with saying that Omega was my home for 3 years. I truly enjoyed walking into that gym and being greeted by friendly faces. Over the few years that I spent there, I built not only my strength, but my confidence, as well as friendships, and found my gym home. I fell in love with lifting heavy and challenging myself beyond my comfort zone. However this all came to an abrupt end only a week ago with the change of ownership. I was given no choice but to leave because my trainer was no longer welcome in his own gym, leaving myself and other personal training clients with no one train with. And even worse, there was no communication given to any of his clients in regard to his exit. It was as if none of us mattered. I feel as though I was outcasted from my gym because the new owners no longer wanted to "deal" with personal training clients. It was and is still very upsetting. I wish them luck moving forward because if this is how they treated long time clients willing to spend money, I cannot imagine how they will treat new potential clients in the future.

Omega CrossFit is home to some of the friendliest and dedicated athletes I know. The coaches create an inviting atmosphere in the box and actively encourage and instruct everyone during workouts. This is not the kind of gym that newbies will be intimidated by the experienced athletes, instead they will be encouraged and cheered by all.

Don't waste any more time reading reviews, go to the gym and you will not be disappointed. The gym is great, the members are really cool, and the coaches are extremely qualified and helpful.
