I’ve been going to Omni Pilates on and off for five years. The place is always welcoming and friendly. Equipment is clean with top of the line brands, and the environment is modern and the mood spot on! I’m always a beginner, needing some help and never feel like I don’t belong. They help teach to my needs (have fuzed ankle) and help me
to adjust to me my pace. Which I find the most important vs. strip mall monthly club brands that to me feel clickish & somewhat dangerous! I love that it’s a Lubbock woman owned and operated business! Check them out! Hours are a bit limiting but for the best in town it’s worth finding your spot!

Omni Pilates has been the best thing I could do for my body! I have a lower back injury that was holding me back from most exercises and with Pilates (specifically Stott Pilates on the reformer) I’ve been able to recover! I look forward to the classes and seeing my Pilates family every time. Can’t say enough good things!

Omni Pilates is where it’s at! I am a professional athlete. I have been doing pilates for about 2 years. I was fairly new to Pilates when i started coming to OmniPilates and found a everlasting love for it since coming here. I can truthfully say that this studio has not only gotten me stronger physically, but mentally it has brought on more strength that i could have ever imagined. Alina and her team are absolutely incredible at what they do and it was an absolute pleasure working with her and being around such great people and being amongst classes that have such a seriousness about themselves but also have a great time getting better getting a great workout in. I highly recommend Omni Pilates for anyone who is looking to get stronger and wants to actually learn the art of Pilates and how it can translate to their own personal sports, career, lives. I have been going to Omni Pilates for 10 years. I started when I was 65 and I assure you I would not be able to do what I do had I not been going. It has improved my balance and strength a lot. The studio is clean and well taken care of. The classes are small so we each get the attention and guidance one needs. Not that pilates is hard but a change in the angle of a foot can make a big difference. And then there is Alina and her staff. Alina is a dedicated teacher. She knows her stuff and makes it easy to be successful at Pilates. She is also a lot of fun. Her staff are equally masterful at making sure we are getting the most out of our workout. I highly recommend Omni Pilates.
