We specialize in private and small-group training (max 4 per class) for active women 50+ and dancers of all ages who want to move without pain, build bone density, calm stress and anxiety, and feel strong and confident again.

I have enjoyed going to ON Point Pilates immensely. I was involved in a car accident and suffered broken bones and soft tissues injuries. I underwent physical therapy for over six months, but I could not get any relief for chronic pain in my neck and shoulder. I turned to ON Point Pilates to see if they could help. That was a great decision! I am amazed at the dedication of the teaching staff. OMG what an AWESOME studio! Michelle and her team are extremely knowledgeable about the body, how it works, and how to build and heal it for a healthy lifestyle. The classes are intentionally intimate so that you get 1-on-1 attention and proper form. My body has changed significantly in only a month on the unlimited class plan! Michelle Lawyer and On Point Pilates is a beautiful facility but more importantly, Michelle is passionate about helping her clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals whether you are a dancer, athlete or just want to keep active and strong. She is knowledgeable, encouraging and always learning herself to bring the latest methods to her training! As a former ballerina, Michelle knows the proper muscle engagement for dance and is successful in helping dancers young and old “feel” what muscles should be working. Michele is wonderful. I started seeing her for issues I was having due to child bearing years, and she gave me a wealth of knowledge, and really helped strengthen my deep pelvic floor muscles. She would give me tips and tricks I could use at home to help with any issues I was having, as well as exercises I could do on my own to continue to speed up my healing. She is meticulous on form, and I always appreciated her attention to detail because I was able to get the most out of the exercises while protecting my most vulnerable areas. I knew with her I was never going to put undue strain on myself. She is very caring and very passionate about what she does. I highly recommend her.

On Pointe Pilates has helped my 13 year old dancer tremendously. After 10 years of dancing, she was suddenly injuring her feet and ankles quite frequently. She was also suddenly having trouble achieving proper form in some areas of dance no matter how hard she tried. It was so very frustrating for her. After visiting Michelle and her staff at On Pointe Pilates, they were able to immediately identify where my daughter was out of alignment due to imbalanced muscles. They also identified where she was using (and building) the wrong muscles and that her posture needed help. After working with On Pointe, my daughter’s posture, form, and alignment are tremendously better! She is also receiving a great education by On Pointe about her body, her muscles, and how it all works. This has given her a new awareness of her body so that she “feels” when she is using poor posture, wrong form, going back to bad habits, etc. and is able to self-correct during class. Pilates has also helped her self-confidence and decreased her frustration, because she now knows she has control over how her body works. I highly recommend On Pointe to anyone, whether you’re an athlete who keeps getting injured or is unable to achieve proper form - or if you’re a person experiencing chronic pain. I wish I had known the benefits of Pilates when I was a runner with chronic tendonitis. It may have saved me a ton in doctors’ and physical therapy visits!

After paralysis from Guillain Barre Syndrome and standard physical therapy I was in need of a good physical program targeting my needs. I began private lessons and group sessions at On Point Pilates 19 months ago. Within the first month I began to strengthen my body and achieve movement I hadn’t had in 2 years. The program has enabled me to regain balance. Shea is my main instructor whose knowledge is extraordinary.
