Hey guys ready for another review? Let's get it! Four stars easy as a member of one on one fitness Henderson TX I can assure you that this gym is an excellent place to get your gains in polite and kind staff more work out machines than you could ask for yoga classes CrossFit and child care for the mommies and daddies out there looking to get rid of the side fat the child care perk is especially neat to me because I have kids. The owner is a good man as well very well informed in physical fitness and happy to provide any assistance necessary they are occupied with changing rooms showers and saunas truly a great place to keep in shape and let the stress out.

Owner lacks customer service skills. They’ll write down your number and never call as if they can ever keep the same person upfront. Theirs roaches swarming as you exercise , only decent well kept areas are the CrossFit and the front ..sometimes lol … not to mention the machines need maintenance I don’t think they’ve ever been fixed properly . No security surveillance was the most shocking since the front area is open 24 hrs.

I’ve been doing CrossFit for about a year and a half, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found One on One Fitness. While I’m not a CrossFit expert, I’ve traveled extensively for work and dropped in at CrossFit gyms in just about every major city across the U.S. This place is truly a hidden gem.

The owner/instructor here is an absolute rockstar—knowledgeable, qualified, and ranked in the top 30 in the world, which is something most people don’t even realize. You would be hard-pressed to find an instructor of this caliber anywhere else.

In the short time I’ve been attending, I’ve already seen massive improvements in my performance. The community is amazing, and I genuinely love being part of it. If you’re looking for a place that’s serious about fitness and supportive in every way, this is it!

The gym is nice. The people are friendly. There's New Equipment in the front area. They also have Cross Fit and other classes available. Child care is also provided. They have a womens area in the back but the equipment in the back is a bit outdated. The bathrooms have lockers and showers but they are also a little outdated. Also, Luke's MMA is on the 2nd floor.
