Love taking Riley heated class every Saturday, she’s truly an amazing instructor with bomb music taste!
However, today’s class I left a bit annoyed due to someone recording almost the whole class and I was behind it, I decided to move spots but could still see myself in some frames.
I feel like recording during class should have stricter rules, I’ve been to other studios where they only allow recording in the back of the room that way no one else can be in the frame. People’s privacy and workouts should be respected, I also pay $35 for the class and don’t want to be recorded for free. Once class ended, the person recording turn out to be another ONESWEAT instructor, which was disappointing.

I wanted to try this studio but after seeing what an instructor (Regina) did online I had to share my perspective. The instructor posted someone review on the class and what really saddened me is that the review was completely harmless it simply mentioned that the music wasn’t to the client’s personal taste. There was nothing offensive or disrespectful about it.
Unfortunately, instead of addressing it professionally, the instructor publicly mocked the review and allowed hurtful comments from others to go unchecked. This kind of behavior is disappointing and makes clients hesitant to share honest feedback in the future.
A welcoming and professional environment should encourage constructive feedback, not ridicule those who provide it. Honest opinions about class experiences should be respected, not used as an opportunity to humiliate someone.

First time taking the class the instructor was super helpful and energetic! My treadmill had to be reset early on in the workout but the instructor got it up and running again. Definitely a difficult workout for someone who doesn’t run often but it’s so rewarding. The 50 minutes flew by!! Will definitely be returning back 🤗

Mateo is an amazing instructor—super energetic, motivating, and really knows how to push you in the best way possible. The classes are fun but challenging, and you always leave feeling accomplished.

One of the best touches is at the end of class when they hand out these refreshing mint-scented cold towels—it’s such a small detail but makes a huge difference in helping you relax and cool down after a workout.

The bathrooms are spotless and stocked with everything you could need: blow dryers, fresh towels, perfume, cologne, deodorant… you name it. They’ve thought of every detail to make your experience comfortable from start to finish.

Had my first class with emily today and it went FANTASTIC. The equipment is very clean and everyone was super kind. I appreciated the towels they hand out and water refill station. The ladies working the front desk were super sweet as was the instructor. As a total beginner, emily made sure to tell us that as long as we are giving it our all, that’s all she asks for. I will certainly be coming back, and with other prices for workout classes in the area their prices are certainly competitive, in my opinion. A membership gets you the best value :)
(Pro tip: don’t mistake it for the Pilates building across the street 😂)

I LOVE OneSweat. Specifically, Marcellus’ classes. The workout is phenomenal. The instructor has great energy, is easy to understand and keeps me motivated! I personally love his music (I didn’t realize each instructor uses their own music until I tried a few different instructors). I was going once-twice a week and doing Pilates at solid core once a week and got shredded (not my intentions lol), so I’ve laid off a little bit but obviously the results were speaking for themselves! Because of the class structure I was also able to tell how much better I was getting each session (comparing how tired or not tired I was after each class and being able to increase speed on the treads & sled mode). There’s plenty of guys who attend each class, but I just wanted to also mention there’s a TON of women. So as a female these classes don’t feel so intimidating when it comes to the other patrons, and honestly the females kill it. Love this location specifically! I have been to the other one… vibes are different

The HIIT classes are always a challenge and you can modify as needed. I really love the sled feature on the treadmills, as that is not something you see often ! There are also lots of class times available, which makes it easy to find a time to work within my schedule. The downsides are the parking availability but it’s not dissimilar to other Heights businesses. I also wish the instructors could go around the room and provide form corrections/improvements so that I know I’m doing the exercise correctly to prevent injury.
Overall, 5 stars due to the intense ‘sweat’ session I get each time !

I’ve been going here for years- I love the workout and the studio! Great to now have the Pilates studio across the street. My only complaint is that some members record themselves in class and this can be distracting. As well I think the music is too loud and the class can have the same effect being at a slightly lower volume.

Recently moved to the area and I used to be an Orangetheory member but wanted to try something different. I tried a ONE Sweat HIIT class and immediately signed up. They are always switching it up and the fast-paced intervals and coaches keep me engaged and challenged. They have cooling towels at the end of the class and you can order ahead a smoothie that will be ready for you when you finish. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a regular workout that kicks your butt!

I have been going to Pilates for years and have never been more challenged or pumped for a class until I took Regina’s one sweat class! I drive an hour everyday just to take her class Regina is legit the best instructor ever. She actually takes the time to help you and correct your form and learn your fitness level in order to challenge you properly and help you achieve your goals. I have never had an instructor be so caring and attention to detail before! Also love her inclusive music!! I ended up getting an unlimited membership at One Sweat just bc of how much her classes have helped improve my overall form and not just go through the movements but help me grow in my Pilates journey!! 10/10 recommend her classes if you can snag a spot bc they fill up so fast ! And she does them in Spanish as well! ❤️

After my interaction with Regina, i will not be coming to do any class at this establishment. We were dismissed from joining this class because I did not have grippy socks and it was my first pilate class. If you going to address customers and speak our business in front of everyone, at least step to the side and turn off your microphone for a quick sec. Regina did not want us to join the class because it would have been my first class. Why did Regina ask what my fitness level was? Did it matter? I thought this establishment was meant for all levels of fitness? On top of that, given it was traffic hour and the 40+ minutes drive JUST to try out this specific place because of its great reviews, we were turned down. Yes while we were late and it states to show up a bit earlier on the website, we live far and made the effort in traffic hour just to be turned down for being 2 minutes late and no grippy socks??

I've been coming here for a year on Classpass, but when I started visiting consistently in October 2024, I really noticed my body changing. I became a member to both OneSweat and OneSweat Pilates. I am leaner, toned, and my endurance has significantly improved. The music is fun, the instructors are motivating and the equipment is high quality. The classes are so effective at only 45-50 minutes.The dark lighting is soothing and I love their studio branding. I love it here and highly recommend trying it.

I took my second class at the One Sweat heights location with Coach Marcellus and my experience was nothing short of amazing !! He brought all of the energy, good vibes and motivation to my soul, and it truly makes me want to return for more workouts. With the holidays upon us, I felt a bit stuck and hesitated on when I should return to working out but after today’s workout I realized what I was missing all along. This class gave me the boost that I needed to carry on with the rest of my day and for one sweat and their staff I am so grateful. Tomeka at the front desk (sweet Australian gal) was so kind and helpful to me upon my arrival. She truly made me feel welcomed and like I belonged, such a great feeling! I cannot wait to come back and work even harder under those blue lights! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

My first OneSweat Pilates class was SO great! Super difficult but not discouragingly so. It was just enough to build up a sweat while feeling manageable. (And I’m definitely going to be sore. Holy glutes and abs!!) The playlist was awesome, and Sav’s cueing was spot on! Membership secured!!!

I've been a member of various HIlT studios for several years, and I've never experienced anything quite like ONESWEAT. The energy is amazing, and the coaches are passionate about transforming the members into becoming better versions of themselves. They seriously teach every class like it's their last and are very encouraging. Apparently, ONESWEAT can remove negative reviews because mine is gone. BUYER BEWARE; this outfit will misuse your credit card information, ultimately requiring that you cancel the card entirely to get away from "membership fees" for a membership you NEVER purchased. OMG, I’m hooked on ONE SWEAT. The class with intervals of treadmill and floor HIIT workouts was intense yet perfectly intertwined. Laura (instructor) was motivating, and had all the bangers to keep the atmosphere locked at LIT! I felt challenged, but also had a great time. The environment was super friendly but the class was so disorganized. The instructor was so hard to understand and me and another girl were new to the class and we were so confused. The floor exercises changed every 30 seconds and there were NO modifications for floor exercises. The tread exercises I had no clue what to do. Orange Theory is much more organized and fitness inclusive regardless of skill level.
