I stumbled upon Open Form while in town for a few weeks. I haven’t been very active in my practice and was a little nervous about popping into an unfamiliar studio. I’m so grateful that I found Open Form. The space is so intimate, inviting, and thoughtful. I love that the mats and props are placed out before class. I had Jasmine and Rachel for teachers and they were very knowledgeable and so kind. Highly recommend! (I wish there was a studio like this where I live in Colorado!)

This is the best yoga studio in Austin. Jasmine is so knowledgeable about anatomy and form, but balances functionality with an appreciation for surrender and flow. The space itself is energetically welcoming and prioritizes inclusivity over all else. If you're new to yoga, this place is for you. If you're a veteran to yoga, this place is for you. If you've been left with a weird taste in your mouth from yoga that feels disconnected from community and that catered to shrinking yourself in the many senses of the phrase, this is the antidote. So grateful spaces like these exist!

I can't say enough good things about Open Form! Their classes are amazing, and all of the instructors are knowledgeable and welcoming. As someone who recently moved to Austin, Open Form quickly became a place where I felt at home, learning and growing in such a supportive environment. Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your skills, I highly recommend checking them out!

This place has been an absolute gem and bright spot in my life.
From the moment you walk through the doors, there's a warm and welcoming energy that puts you at ease. Jasmine and all the instructors really make sure everyone feels not just like a client, but truly recognized and cared about. The space is also beautiful and thoughtfully designed.
Come here to feel supported, nurtured, and truly at home. You can thank me later. :)

I looooove it here sooo much, seriously the coziest and cutest studio. Jasmine, Rachel, Carissa and Ana are such gems and as a fellow yoga instructor I am always learning a lot and feeling a lot in their classes. Whether you want to get in your body, feel the burn in your body or learn more about your body, drop in this snuggly nook to get your fix.

Open Form is such a wonderful gem in East Austin. It's a breath of fresh air to be able to practice in such a bright, intimate, cozy, and stylish space. Jasmine has a special joy and energy that's infectious; her classes are a perfect mix of fun & challenging, soulful but not too serious, with familiar moves stitched in unexpected ways.
I've taken a mix of hot and power yogas for years, but was happy to give them up once I found Open Form - it's the kind of yoga I want to be practicing.

I have loved my experience attending Open Form for the past 8-ish months. Each instructor is kind, non-judgmental, and really cares about providing a holistic workout that focuses on both body and mind. I also appreciate the variety in classes, from gentle stretching, pelvic floor seminars, to pilates-style classes.

Open Form is a place of growth! I’ve been coming since it opened and have enjoyed every class. Whether it’s a Slow Burn with Rachel or a Saturday Flow with Jasmine, I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I also had my bachelorette party here and it was lovely!! 11/10 ( it also smells amazing inside )

Open Form is a true gem and a welcoming intersection of community where you feel embraced from the moment you step inside. The space is free of judgment, making it the perfect environment to explore and grow in your practice, no matter your level. The studio offers a wide range of classes, from slower-paced restorative sessions that leave you feeling refreshed, to high-intensity sculpt classes that will challenge you, get you sweating, and make you stronger. Every visit brightens my day, especially when I get to see the amazing teachers like Jasmine, Ana, Carisa, and Rachel. Their passion and energy make each class a unique experience. Highly recommend!

Open Form is more than a yoga studio. It's a space for community, mental wellbeing, and fun! The comfy studio, the welcoming teachers, and the familiar faces you see in every class have become a part of my weekly mental and physical wellness routine. Every instructor is well versed in their craft and they have taught me so much about nourishing and protecting my body. Open Form has changed my relationship with being physically active and stepping into the studio instantly puts my mind and body at ease! It's truly my favorite place in Austin, Texas <3

I'm so happy to have a yoga studio so close to home! Jasmine's classes are so unique, easy to follow but can be tough (in a great way!), and she's working her butt off to lead multiple classes a day. The schedule is great and allows for morning, mid-day or evening classes. Plus, you don't have to bring a mat or props - everything you need for class is set up in the studio before you arrive.
Please visit this studio...you'll be hooked!

Jasmine is an AWESOME teacher!
The class was perfectly difficult!! I signed up for the 45min strength class over lunch and didn’t know what to expect beyond the fact that it’d be strength. It ended up being a non-stop, full-body strength class with a lot of focus on core, some killer legs, and some back! I was drenched and very challenged — loved it and would definitely come back!
Ps. Dragged the hubby along and he regularly weightlifts and said the class was very hard.

Took the foundations class and it was great! Relatively new to yoga with some knee issues, and this class helped focus on technique as we worked through flows. Also Jasmine is incredibly supportive and helped fix certain poses I struggled with. Will definitely be back for more of the classes!

I attended my first class at Open Form this week and had a blast. Jasmine is an awesome motivator and worked us all through a tough but super enjoyable class. I did the tone, sweat and strengthen class, but I'm excited to attend some of the yoga and meditation sessions soon!
