My name is Scottie Estrada and I’ve been personal training in the greater San Antonio area for over 20 years. My workout philosophy is guaranteed to provide you with the quickest and easiest path to reaching your fitness goals. No cravings, wasted hours in the gym; no gimmicks or false promises. Reaching your fitness goals takes dedication but I will help you maintain those positive results keeping you energetic, looking great and physically fit.

I’ve been training with Scottie for almost 2 years now and I believe he’s one of the most committed trainers around. I started training once a week, as part of a group session, and really enjoyed the challenges he put into the sessions. My fitness level has increased and I now look forward to my workouts. I must be a glutton for punishment!

I have recently returned to OPT, after having some health issues that prevented me from working out. I value the quality of the workouts because this trainer knows how to train all levels of clients. I am not a marathon runner, Scottie understands my specific needs.

I really enjoyed my session here. The facility is clean and I appreciate that I was asked about my goals before we began, so that the workout would be tailored to helping me achieve them. Scottie, the trainer is really friendly and keeps the conversation flowing throughout the session which is a helpful distraction from the challenging exercises.

Scottie Estrada was my personal trainer in San Antonio over 15 years ago. I no longer live in San Antonio, but we've kept connected and now that he is offering online training, I signed up for a session with him. Scottie did a thorough assessment to find out what I needed and what I had to work with. He put together an excellent workout for me and the personal training he provided online was as awesome as working with him in person!

Scottie is not only excellent at physical therapy but as a personal trainer. After several procedures and hospital stays, with Scottie's help, I was able to do more physical activities. This was not easy. But with his help, I was able to walk better and perform other physical activities which I did not think I was able to perform. He is excellent at helping people with their physical goals.

Scottie is an amazing trainer! Scottie’s approach of incorporating my fitness level, my personal goals, along with the metabolic testing Scottie has available has allowed me to start getting into shape as well as lose weight which is something I have struggled with for years. I struggled a lot to lose weight after the birth of my 3rd child. Scottie was patient, and supportive, and got me back where I wanted to be! Because he was such a great trainer, I decided to have him work with my son, who hates working out and eating healthy. Scottie is positive and encouraging and was really more like a mentor to him than a trainer. He talked to him about healthy eating and ways to incorporate exercise in to his daily schedule. I can’t recommend Scottie enough. There are many places you can go work out, and many good trainers out there, but the difference is at OPT Wellness, it’s all there in one place, and he tailors you’re program to what YOU need.

OPT Wellness Center has been a blessing to me! When I first started training with Scottie, I was rehabbing from a serious injury. He got me moving again. OPT Wellness has been my go to for personal training for 2 years now. Scottie offers custom solutions to each of his clients and I have stayed on track because of it. The facility has everything needed and Scottie is good at finding what works best you. He invited me to do a triathlon relay with he and another client and I ended up doing the 56 mile cycling leg. It was an awesome experience.

This place is perfect for all fitness levels. You get your own one on one time, no interruptions, where the workouts are tailored to you. I went to see Scottie after gaining some very unwanted weight- 30lbs to be exact. I’ve always been a thin frame and even after 4 kids never had to change my diet or do any exercise besides walking to lose a few pounds. Simply approaching 40 changed my body and I needed to make some life style changes. Scottie helped me do exactly that. He helped me to take a look at it holistically- making better food choices, strengthening my body and concentrating on balance to avoid injury. I lost the weight and have kept it off, and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been mentally, physically and nutritionally!
