Great fitness trainer, very helpful and knowledgeable. I have some physical limitations and she works around them while still letting me get a good workout.

I went there awhile ago and the trainers were kind and helped push my limits. I hope to go back once I get some extra funds in my pocket. I remember it being pretty affordable as well. Definitely check them out if you struggle with weight like I do.

Lindsay is An excellent trainer. She took the first session to understand my fitness level and is now developing exercises to meet my fitness goals. She has a wonderful personality and is very personable. I highly recommend using Lindsay if you are looking to level up your fitness.

I've been working with Lindsay for a couple of weeks now. When we met the first time, she was very attentive and listened carefully to what I was hoping to get out of our time together. We started off pretty gentle with the workouts, but it's definitely ramping up. The space is nice - good lighting, spacious, nice equipment - and she seems to know what she is doing. She has a positive, supportive style (not a 'yelling at you' type of trainer, at least for me). Totally recommended!
