This is the best Orangetheory location I’ve ever been to! Honestly, I’m not the best when it comes to working out, but the support I’ve received from this branch keeps me coming back every week. Since I started, I’ve already lost almost 15 lbs!
This isn’t my first time trying Orangetheory, but the level of care and encouragement here is truly amazing. Special shout-out to Sara for making such a big difference — her energy and support keep me motivated. Highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for results and a welcoming environment.

OTF Webster is the place to be!
The coaches truly care and help you with your form, provide modifications to exercises when needed, and most importantly, push you to give it your all during every workout. The environment is positive, fun, and very welcoming. I have been coming for almost 2 years now and I truly have enjoyed my experience.

I didn't even get to do the free class, which is not free its $28 they charge you if you don't show up 30 minutes before the one hour class, so in total it's 1.5 hours. I got a call at 5:02pm to tell me I missed my 5pm appt. That I booked a week ago. Why not call me at 4 or earlier to remind me...? What good is it to call after you miss the appt and rub it in your face you have a no show $28 cancellation fee to a gym you never even walked inside? Beware of the Free trial

Beware, they charge you $28 regardless if you show up or not. I have been sick so I needed to reschedule and they acted like it was such an inconvenience to have to reschedule me in the first place. Predatory and fraudulent company

The best Orangetheory I’ve been to and I have been to a lot (Just in the last 6 weeks I’ve been to 10 different studios)
Out of all the orange theories I’ve been to though, this one’s atmosphere beats all! I was immediately greeted when I walked up and even the front desk staff were efficient and nice! Daniel is one of the most engaging coaches I’ve had; you can tell he genuinely loves what he does! The studio is kept clean and I love that their lockers have locks and a water station - which not all studios have. Plenty of parking too! I love that there are people of all fitness types, no one’s judging/competition and everyone is all there to workout and have fun! I feel like this is a studio that promotes friendships between trainers and trainees as I overheard a lot of “nice seeing you again!”
I would 100% recommend this studio!
A lot of the negative reviews are about the late policies, which at first I can understand are annoying, but after doing more than 200 OTF classes it’s easy to see why they have those policies in place. The first 5 minutes of each class are warm up and instruction and if you miss that it would be very hard to understand what everyone is doing, unfortunately. My advice would be: get there a few minutes early, bring a water bottle, and do your best!

Trap!! Don’t sign up for the free class! It’s not free! You will be charged $28 dollars if you don’t join the membership! Or come too late or not show!
It’s in the “fine print “ which I didn’t find!
Super Sophie!! Thank you for the hands up when making appointments for the “free” class!

Horrible customer service!! I signed up online for the free class. Signed all the paperwork online etc. The confirmation email said class 8:30 arrival 8:00. GPS arrival was 7:57 by the time I parked and walked in maybe 8:01-8:02. As soon as I walk in the guy at the counter is now telling me how they tried calling me at 7:30 (no missed calles or voicemails) and that I had to be there 30 min early and how now we don’t have time to go through the process. At this point I’m confused and ask if I was supposed to be there at 7:30. He says no 8. I look at my phone and the time is now 8:06 mind you this person has been ranting for about 5 min. He tells me that I can just pay $28 to join the class because he no longer has time to go though the process- whatever that is because I already filled out the paperwork. But somehow he has time to charge me the $28. Sounds like a lazy person not wanting to do their job. I just walked out. What a ridiculous waste of my time!! If this is how they are with the initial meeting I can’t imagine what they would be like in the future if I would decide to join the gym!!!! AVOID!!!!

The workouts are challenging but doable, plus you can tailor them to your specific needs. The coaches always offer modifications for the exercises based on your personal needs. The coaches are truly the best. They are so encouraging. The playlists are amazing!!!! The staff and members are hands down amazing. You truly feel like family. I’m close to my 1 yr mark and feel like I’ve known some of them forever!!!! In my opinion, there’s no place better than OTF Webster!!!!

Ive taken 500 OTF classes in studios from Miami to Denver, but the Webster TX studio is the only poor experience I’ve ever had. Unfortunately since my husband is military and we were stationed in SE Texas, I have to drive an hour and a half from Beaumont Texas where we live, to make a class. When I finally find the time now and then, I book a session here, or at the studio in Pasadena. I can’t even begin to describe the difficult week I have faced & how much I needed a good workout in, to boost my mental & emotional health— I booked 2 back to back sessions at this studio & made the 90 minute drive out here from Beaumont this morning, (that’s far as hell). The first class I booked was at 10:45 and due to slight traffic on the way, I entered the lobby of the studio at exactly 10:50:6 that’s exactly 6 seconds AFTER the 5 minute cap limit…Literally 8 seconds. (That’s not an exaggeration). — I was asked my name, and immediately informed by one of three women at the desk that I would not be allowed into the class, due to being 6 seconds past the 5 minute cap. My exchange with the brunette was fine. I was very unhappy but remained cordial. I explained how far I had driven, that I booked two classes & I wish there were more consistency across studios because I would have never imagined I’d be turned away over 6 seconds under these circumstances . I asked that so please not be charged for the classes. Meanwhile, 2 of the women behind the counter- one of them with sort of red hair, had the audacity to smirk at me the entire time I was speaking with the main attendant. It was beyond rude. I almost mentioned it to her. I would never let my employees respond to a client in my situation with such a lack of care. She seemed genuinely glad that I would not be allowed into the class and made that very clear to me. The woman next to her was almost as cold. It was at that point - seeing the looks on their faces staring at me that I decided I would not like to return….A real shame because I was willing to accept the inconvenience and how wrong I felt it was altogether for them to eject me from class over 6 seconds considering the drive…I felt it was extremely unprofessional but I love OTF, I would have gotten over it & put a smile on. However, 2 of the women behind the counter - particularly this young red headed woman, genuinely made me feel hated. That was next level. & beyond what I have ever experienced from staff or a trainer at any studio.
As I turned to go, I gently informed them I would not be returning to the studio. To which the same two women smirked at me and offered no verbal care or even the slightest demeanor of kindness regarding my difficulties, but sarcastically said “Have a good one”, as I left. Look, I have experience managing a team. I understand certain clients are going to raise issues or express disappointment here and there. But There’s a way to handle customers that sends a message of “hey, I know this situation or this policy we hold has really inconvenienced you and that sucks- I empathize with your situation. But this is the best we can do for you..” with a warmth. — Instead of “you can’t come into class. sorry but you were 6 seconds late. Policy is policy. we don’t really give a sh** that you now have wasted 3 hours of your day driving ..over a measly 6 seconds…here’s a smirk to let you know we actually find this humorous, so go have a good one.” There’s no reason why I should have left this studio feeling the way they made me feel. As f*%k up as I felt their 6 second decision was, I would have remained a returning guest. But I will never forget the twisted & honestly creepy smirks I was given throughout this entire exchange. Truly unbelievable. Immature attitudes like that damages OTFs amazing brand : / UPDATE : I purchasedan unlimited membership at the OTF in Pasadena, since I work in Seabrook 4 days/ week now & though Webster is closer to my work, I gladly drive further to Pasadena and I LOVE THEM. Can’t recommend the Pasedena otf enough!

Beware of this trap. My wife had a friend who has been a longtime member that loves orange theory try to bring her to a “free” first class. Upon signing up for the free class she was contacted saying that the class is only free if you sign up for their membership. Else it is $28 for their drop in price. My wife was excited to try the class, and more than ready to sign up for membership if she enjoyed it. She ended up cancelling the $28 class because she felt like she was being scammed when the website said she would get a free class to try and even offers a money back guarantee. The front desk girl told her she had to pay $28 and would get it back if she joined. This company(or at least this location) really needs to work on sticking to what they advertise. The $28 lost is not worth losing a member. My wife had other friends that have tried the first free class at this location without paying $28 so there is definitely inconsistency.
My wife’s friend offered to call the midtown location she usually goes to, to get her to try the class, but she is no longer interested.
Be better orange theory.

For those who are visiting from a different home gym, beware because they will ask you for billing information since it doesn’t transfer from franchise to franchise. Also, I had my sister come with me and first class is supposed to be free HOWEVER, not if it’s the first class of the day. I had to pay $28 for my sister to come with me. They do leave voicemails about it so be attentive to those messages.
I wouldn’t recommend coming here for the first class though because the instructor, Jodi, didn’t really teach my sister how to operate the equipment really, how the class is structured, key terms, or how the metrics worked. I had to ask her to explain that to her. They also forgot to give my sister a heart rate monitor even though we paid to borrow it. I had to remind them.
This place is also really smelly and crowded. Been to several other studios and didn’t smell bad at all. We did not use the full 60 minutes. The class is only actually 51 minutes so kinda get cheated by nine minutes.

I have been a member for almost 2 years and really enjoy coming to class. The studio offers a variety of class times to accommodate working schedules. I appreciate the 5 am class because it is really the only time I can go. The classes are highly structured and have a goal. The coaches are encouraging and will push you to do your best (I need that extra push). I like how they monitor the weight floor and make sure you are exercising with the weights correctly. The coaches are respectful to everyone's ability and willing to help you feel comfortable. My fellow members are focused/supportive. There is no one derailing the class (this helps me with my type A personality). Keep up the great work OTF Webster.

Beware, they will try to charge you $28 for the "free" first class!
I was super interested in joining this gym and went in-person to get more information. Everything looked great and I left having signed up for the free first class for the following evening. After being told I could save time by filling out paperwork while I was there, I did. I was told since I filled out the paperwork I could arrive 15 minutes early to the scheduled 5:30pm class. Everyone was super nice and I was very excited to try out the class! Next day, 5:05pm I get a call asking where I was and that I would not be able to join the class since I did not adhere to the 5 minute policy. I explained that I was leaving work now and was told I could arrive at 5:15pm since the paperwork was already completed. I work in heathcare literally 4 minutes from the gym. I was told, arriving 5 minutes late to a class is against policy and I would not be allowed to join the class. The girl argued with me that I was told the policy even though she was the same girl I spoke with the day prior. Annoyed and disappointed with the situation, I hung up. I received a call back 2 minutes later and was told that since I canceled I would now be charged $28 for the late cancelation. Which in my opinion is outrageous for what was supposed to be a free intro class! I was not even a member yet! Long story short, aftee lots of arguing over the phone with a manager resulted in being told I would still be charged the $28 and there was nothing they could do. Again annoyed and disappointed, I hung up. Ultimately, I got another call back informing me that the situation was escalated and my card would not be charged. 🙌
Horrible customer service! It's wild to treat a potential customer that way. Especially, someone prepared to pay for a membership after the free first class. Dodged a bullet with them! 0/10 highly do not recommend unless you like paying to be treated disrespectful. Sorry y'all, I really was excited to join.

Disappointed by the poor communication and disorganization. I received an email confirmation stating, “For your first class orientation, please arrive 30 minutes prior to class time for the introduction process and to complete the required intake forms. Failure to arrive 30 minutes prior may affect your overall experience as well as cause you to miss the class start time.”
However, I received a call 50 minutes prior to my class start time stating that I needed to complete an online intake form. I complete it before my drive and show up 20 minutes beforehand because I figured “hey, if they want me to fill the form and it’s accounted for in the 30 minute orientation, why not get it done at home so I don’t have to mess with a tiny phone screen at the studio.”
I receive a call when I’m 5 minutes away stating that I would not be allowed into the class because I did not show up 30 minutes BEFORE the class started. 20 was not good enough. Change the message on your email to a more universal language. “Failure to arrive exactly 30 minutes prior to class start time will result in denial of admission” or something that is less up to interpretation. My mother introduced me and my partner to orange theory at a different location and we loved it. This episode ruined a group work out that we wanted to do as a family. This is how prospective and established clients are treated? Very disappointing.

I am thoroughly impressed with the excellent customer service I received from the Orange Theory in Webster. The manager Eric helped me resolve an issue I had with a different location. He was very professional, respectful, and was able to help me with my situation in a timely manner. I am overall so impressed with the staff at OT as they are very positive and really help motivate their clients. I always feel very welcome when I walk in the door.
I used to do F45 (so I am used to paying quite a bit for my memberships), but I feel that OT gives me the cardio component that has elevated my workouts to the next level. I leave feeling satisfied each time and I love the cleanliness and convenience of this location. If you are on the fence, do the free trial. It's worth the flexibility and convenience of being able to switch locations and have the ability to track your progress so closely via HR monitoring. As a physical therapist, I appreciate the fact that they are very concerned about proper form and give alternative options for people recovering from injuries. Overall, I love Orange Theory and see myself sticking around for a while.

The management is so inflexible. I was 1 minute late from the class cutoff time and the front desk would not let me go in. I was late due to unexpected malfunctioning traffic light on my way there. The classes are great but the management would not do anything to help members who pay a ton of money every month. They don’t value their members at all. All they did was schedule a call and during the call all they said was they couldn’t do anything about it. There must be something they can do, but the management is not compassionate enough to help people. All their rules about Billings are not created to help the members. Very inflexible. Their terrible management system also finds a way to take more money out of you by having a 30 day cancellation policy, meaning you have to pay an additional month before they’ll actually cancel. Way to squeeze every last dollar out of people.

I have been going to OTF for almost 4 years now. I started right after I had my first baby. Due to a high risk pregnancy I started with a high BP and was barely able to walk on the tread. Not only did I get my bp down after having my son, but I lost close to 80 pounds. I went from walking, to jogging, and now I am a runner. The coaches are so motivating and it truly is an “OTF family”. Since I started I have had two babies, and worked out at OTF for the entirety of my second pregnancy. I can say the last four years have been the healthiest of my life. OTF is for everyone. They tailor the workouts to fit every life style, age, every step of your fitness journey. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Plus, it is the best one hour workout you are going to find. (For us working moms, that is the best!)

I have not worked out in Years! My fitness level is poor at best! That being said, I wanted to get back into a Better shape and be much healthier! I decided to Give OTF a shot to see if I liked it with a free introduction class. I must say, I have only been to 2 classes (yes I joined after the intro class) and for only a one hour workout, it really packs a “total punch”! The instructor (Nick) was awesome and understands everyone’s “level of fitness” and helps motivate you throughout the workout. I would recommend this form of workout to anyone at any fitness level! It’s the best thing I have done for myself, my body and mind, in a very long time and should really have done it sooner!! But I glad I am finally here!!

They kept emailing me for those start up trial classes, so i finally decided to give them a try. I reserved a 9:30 am class and the online instructions were to show up 15 mints prior to class (I have a screenshot proof of this). I showed up on time and someone at the door told me I can’t get in because I was suppose to show up 20 minutes before class.
I tried telling them it’s 15 mints online which I’m following but they didn’t seems to care about their own online instructions. I had no choice but to leave.
Then I received an email that they charge me a no show fee of $28.00 even though i was there and this was supposed to be FREE trail class. This was a complete waste of my time and they lost a serious customer and they should not be scamming people like that.
I have screen short and email proof of the timing and it’s just not letting me share.

Oh. My. God. I signed up to take a free class with my sister like 2 1/2 years ago and they literally call me every other day. I have already blocked their number (like 2 years ago) and I still get the voicemails almost daily. It’s REALLY annoying.

So far so good! I started my journey with Orange theory in Austin TX for a year. Moved to Houston and joined the San Felipe location (not a big fan of this location 😓) Quit for 8 months and came back to the Webster location.
Sarah (coach) is positive, enthusiastic, supportive, observant, respectful, patient and a clear communicator. All those qualities make me try my best and enjoy working out (I don’t like to exercise 😓)

The whole experience is exciting, from checking in being greeted, to the coaches talking to you before and after class to make you feel welcome and not out of place. The workouts are intense but fitted individually throughout the class. The coaches do a great job hyping you up and motivating you to take it to the next level! I immediately had to sign up after my first class.

Love Orangetheory as a whole. However, I will NEVER return to this location. Two days prior to this experience, I was told classes were being booked 10 minutes earlier than the actual work out, as a window for the newly implemented Covid measures. I thought this was an awesome idea, as it’s taking a bit longer to get everyone in. Today, I show up 6 minutes after the scheduled time and I am not allowed in. Why am I being told there is a cushion or window and then denied entry? A member was let in at 10:40, FIFTEEN minutes after the scheduled time - on the day I was told of the window. Two days later and I am not allowed in? And was told there was no such window. Why would I make that up?? I understand there is a 5 minute rule and I am not exempt from the rules, but do not tell me false information or bend the rules for one person and not another. In this time of chaos and uncertainty, you could offer a little understanding, compassion, or empathy. I pay $150/month for this membership, God forbid Houston construction or rain causes a member to be 1 minute late.

Injured my shoulder at work and won’t be able to come back to the gym for a while. I was told even tho I have a medical issue I’m still going to be billed for the next month that I won’t be attending. I had planned on coming back once I was able, but not now. The work outs and coaches were amazing, this whole situation has just left a bad taste in my mouth.

The experience at Orange Theory today was terrible! I was very excited to try it and was meeting a friend at my 1st class. I was 9 minutes late due to a traffic accident.
When I arrived the woman checking me in stated that she couldn’t give me the orientation & tour because I was late. There was 20 minutes left and I explained that I was supposed to work out with a friend but the Orange Nazi would not allow me to go through with the tour & work out.
After leaving a young man came outside & offered to give me a tour & stayed that if he showed me around then I wouldn’t have to come so early next time. He said I wouldn’t be able to work at all today since the late time slots were full. For such an expensive, gimmicky place they should accommodate clients much better.
I give it 1 star since the male employee made an effort.
I will not return. :/

Just joined - really like the workouts and the gym itself. It's spotlessly clean, the room is nicely cooled, staff is friendly and helpful, and the culture is great (people of all shapes, sizes, ages - all just wanting to get fit, and very friendly). Glad I joined!

Love the fast pace and high intensity of this class! OT also has less of a risk of injury than other similar high intensity workouts. Scheduling is also usually pretty great, even with my frequently changing schedule at work. They really work with you to make sure the class meets your needs.

I was visiting from out of state. I was very impressed with the two coaches I interacted with during my visit. (Thanksgiving 6am and Friday 6am) I have attended OTF for about 2 years and have never had the one-on-one guidance and suggestions on the floor exercises. You guys are top notch! Thank you!!

I love OTF...it’s like my little family from my family. The front staff are nice and professional, all the training is great (I’m so much stronger), and the trainers are great and very knowledgeable. Lastly, Tommy, Audrey, and Sarah play the best music, Geronimo’s workouts have been the most intense, and Nick is the funniest and most chill trainer! Thank you, OTF-Webster!

"Buyer" beware! There really is no such thing as "complimentary" with this company. I had to cancel my booking for a "free" intro class and was charged $28.00 for my trouble. I called and the front desk said I would get a refund, so I booked another class for another day. Then they called back to say the manager refused my refund. Any company that desperate for $28 and whose word is worthless isn't going to get my business.

1) The process is well organized and efficient; equipment and stations are numbered and people are assigned a number when they arrive. No wasted time!2). The workouts are focused on strength and endurance using weights, treadmills and rowers. The workouts vary each day which keeps them from being monotonous. 3). The coaches consistently teach proper technique and provide individual help when needed.4) The employees at the front desk are friendly, welcoming and helpful.5). The thinking is done for you! You just show up and participate in a rigorous, stress relieving workout.6) After a few sessions, physical results begin to show your efforts in class!

I love Orangetheory. This place is hands down the best decision I’ve done this year! It’s therapeutic and healing in so many ways for me. I understand why people might throw a lil shade at OTF. It’s a bit pricey but oh, so worth it. Nothing comes easy in life ... you have to pay the price of accountability and hard work! You will not find this type of environment in a $10-30month gym. And yaassss, I’ve also been a member at the “boujee” gyms and still didn’t feel the energy OTF brings out of me. They have a different workout every time with awesome music! You are here to give it your all for an hour and that’s a beep ton of calories, people! Coach Tommy, Coach Nicholas and Coach Audrey omg they’re amazing, attentive and super motivating! If you want to challenge yourself this is the place for you. Go. Now.
