To Know that you can walk into a smaller set type gym, immediately be greeted, and be in an positive atmosphere is a great start. But when you have your first meeting and they listen, hear you, your goals and struggles, and for me, after a month I am seeing myself and future differently. Not to mention feel better! You also met others with their own goals encouraging you too. 45 minutes goes quick but the effects are long term! I love that as a full time working mom/ wife, I can walk in and Justin has my workout ready. I do not have to think, just do. He helps you and supports you the whole way. The owners are amazing! Check them out, you won't regret it! Tell them Isent you! ( I use my HSA to pay too!)

OTG is a great place to work out at. OTG offers small scale, semi-private sessions that I really like! Having sessions like this helps me focus, get in get out without distractions or waiting to use weights like I have experienced at other gyms. Forrest and Silva are really supportive to everyone who enters OTG, they make plans and set goals for each individual that steps in. The OTG team is very organized and professional. I have just completed my first month with OTG and I am so happy I decided to try this place out. I appreciate the small group sessions of 4 members or less, which allow me to get a lot of one on one instruction. Coach Justin and the owner Phil are very kind, supportive, and encouraging. They make sure to stay in contact throughout the week with reminders about getting my sessions scheduled. It is great to have others holding me accountable in a supportive and non-judgmental way. I also appreciate that the workouts are scaled to meet me at my fitness level. This keeps all the guessing out of what I should or shouldn’t be doing, prevents me from feeling like I can’t keep up like in a large class setting, and it keeps me coming back because I know I can actually have a productive workout. Since starting with OTG, I have been consistent with my training sessions, meal prepping, and eating better. Within the first three weeks I lost 6 pounds, which helped me to get back into a pair of my jeans comfortably. I can’t wait to see where I’m at in the next 4 weeks. This is a great place for semi-private training sessions, 24 hour gym access, and you don’t have to worry about large groups of people, or having to keep up or do activities outside of your fitness level. I highly recommend OTG.

I really value to gym's flexibility that their semi-private training model and app provide. It helps me make sure I'm getting regular work outs in even if my schedule changes as a quick update on the app allows me to push back or pull in a workout time. The flexibility helps me avoid missing workout days even if something comes up. They also offer a non judgemental meet-you-where-you-are approach to nutritional advice and coaching that I think is helping me make consistent and sustainable progress toward my goals.

The best 💯💯 I previously went to orange theory and was looking for more emphasis on strength training with personal sessions and this place checks all the boxes ! User friendly app to book sessions , very flexible with schedule changes, personalized check ins from the owner, clean nice equipment (that gets set up and wiped down for you), meal planning services, and access to the gym during off peak times to get some cardio in. The trainers are super personable and professional and tailor the daily workout to your level. Highly recommend

I’ve been training here for almost 2 months now and can’t say enough good things! I started with semi-private sessions (max of 4 people) which gave me the perfect mix of personal attention and group energy. Now I also come in on my own a couple times a week and the trainers always have customized workouts ready for me—I never feel lost or like I’m just guessing what to do.

The gym itself is a smaller environment but feels big and open, never crowded or intimidating. The community is awesome too—everyone is encouraging and friendly, which makes it easy to stay consistent.

Hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The trainers are super friendly and personable — they really take the time to get to know you and your goals. And just when you think you can't do one more rep or go heavier in weight, they somehow push you (in a good way) and you realize you actually can.

Booking sessions is super easy, the location is convenient. The vibe here is awesome — everyone’s friendly, supportive, and makes working out something I actually look forward to. Especially for a girl who struggled to show up for herself in the gym for so many years.

I have been going to OTG for 2 months and so far I am loving everything about this gym. I have gone to several gyms in the past and I can honestly say there is no gym like OTG. What I like most is the small semi-private group sessions, the customized workouts, the ease of navigating the app where you can book your sessions, log your food and get nutrition and workout ideas. Training with Justin has been great, he will motivate you and give you that extra push when you need it. Fillipe and Justin are welcoming and personable. Was looking for a gym to gain more confidence and learn new techniques. Great first 2 sessions. Classes are small and intimate. They are about 45 minutes but let me tell you these workouts are more effective than my solo 1.5 hour workout sessions.

I recently joined OTG Fitness Pearland. I’ve been so impressed by how streamlined their business model is! The semi-private training has a maximum of 4 people per session. It is so easy to jump on the app and book a session! . This is my first time with a trainer and Justin pushes me to my limit, which is why I am there! He is GREAT! As a flight attendant, my schedule is all over the place so the flexibility is appealing to me and Fillipe kindly created workouts for me to follow, in the hotel gyms. My experience has been worth every penny!

I don’t normally do reviews but I just had to for OTG Fitness Pearland. I have had memberships to other gyms but found that I needed a personal trainer to help me with proper form. The other gyms were too big and personal training was separate from the membership. OTG is a smaller gym where your membership comes with semi private personal training session as well as access to the gym outside of personal training sessions. They offer many days and times for classes which helps me as working, single parent who struggles to find free time -this is a huge plus about OTG! The trainers are also super helpful! Justin has helped me push through the last couple reps when I start to struggle and encourages me to meet my goals. And if you’re having a hard time with a certain workout for any muscle group, he’s very helpful with finding another workout that’ll work for you! I’m very happy that I discovered OTG fitness! Trust me, you’ll love it there!!!

Just finished my first week at OTG and it's been wonderful! I signed up a few months before they opened. Fillipe kept us updated along the way and kept me in the loop when the opening day would be. The first day he explained everything, showed me how to use the app to sign up for classes and various other things. My training sessions with Justin have been great! He explains the workouts and corrects me when I'm doing them wrong. I'm excited to start my new workout adventure with OTG Fitness!
