OTG fitness has been fabulous. The gym is the best and the trainers are the best of the best. I enrolled my 15 year old son here, and it’s been amazing. My son’s physical strength improved dramatically and so did his confidence. With the guidance of the trainer’s my son did the proper weight training and workouts. I have been a member of three different gyms over the last few years, and have had a personal trainer at each gym. I must say that OTG Fitness is by far the best gym, along with the incredible personal trainers. I have gotten more results in one month at OTG than I have in over two months at my previous gym. I started working out here a little over a month ago. I have consistently had a phenomenal experience with their team. I personally have worked with Kevin and Sarah. They are awesome!! Everyone (as a whole) is so positive, nice, and full of energy. Even if you are hard on yourself in regards to the exercise that was done during a session, the trainers always praise you on your effort. Honestly, they had me at their amazing customer service. When I scheduled my consultation last month, with Denver, she was at the door waiting on me the day of my appointment. She is super friendly and bubbly. Then you are always greeted by the trainers whenever you walk in. Even if you are new, they seem to memorize your name (immediately) and you become a part of the gym family *laughs*. I have never had an experience like this before. Where the entire team is your biggest supporter. It definitely is a motivational.
They are very clean, too. Which is always a plus. You can tell they take pride in their facility. I have also been hitting some major goals in terms of my muscle gain since I started. I honestly can't wait to see my results in a year. If you give it your all with their support and training, you will definitely see the results. I 100% recommend OTG Fitness. If you are thinking about working with them, take the chance. You won't regret it!!

I have been to alot of work out places but this one is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!The one on one groups is really small ( which is good, so everyone can get the attention and motivation) They work with everyone on different levels. ALL the trainers are really nice. They even text you and check on how you are doing. Great place to workout. COME CHECK THEM OUT! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.💪

I am 58 years old F and always been pretty active and body conscious but OTG has changed so much for me in regard to fitness. I am in the end of my second week of 3 days of semi private training. And I absolutely LOVE it. I look forward to my time at the gym and feel so accomplished when I complete a session. I have never had a trainer before and it sure makes a difference in the quality of my gym time. Both Sarah and Kevin are great! …love their positivity and encouragement. I really want to do my best and make the most of our workouts with their instruction and motivation. I have never done most of these exercises and my muscles know this best! I am surprised by how much I like working out now. I love the set up of the sessions and the time goes by so fast for me. I feel a bit addicted to this system of sessions and having such wonderful trainers. Regular gym is no fun at all now. So happy I finally joined OTG. Also, wanted to say I dont always respond but I love all the reminders and check ins. The communication and APP is great! Nutrition guidance is free and that will be my next undertaking. Although I haven't fully vested in nutrition yet, I find myself paying extra attention to what I eat and drink since I started. It’s just ALL GOOD! I highly recommend this gym! Super clean, very professional and all the guidance you want with highly effective training in all areas of health and fitness. Your workouts are tailor made for YOU and you will have amazing trainers!! You have full access anytime to the gym as well. And although I haven't utilized the gym outside of my scheduled workout sessions, I am sure I will eventually. Its been wonderful to see how 45 minutes, 3 days a week of a good full body workout can make my week so much better! Wish I would have done this years ago! Worth every penny!

This is a gym you can trust and feel comfortable in. I highly recommend it to anyone who prefers a smaller setting. Other gyms didn’t work for me. Everyone is so nice and it is a very safe space. The trainers are knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. They will teach you how to have proper form, use equipment properly, and help you reach your goals with no pressure or judgement. You can do private or semi-private training, and come in when you want by yourself. They also help with nutrition planning when you first sign up. It’s worth it for your $, time, and self-esteem. The sessions you sign up for also help keep yourself motivated to go.

Great gym environment. I love not having to wait for equipment or weights. Friendly and helpful staff, I always feel welcome because I usually get a warm welcome from Fil or Kevin. Clean as well, TP is always stocked and things are always organized. I have a strange schedule so having the 24 hour access is KEY for those late night sessions.

This is an excellent place if you want to workout with a personal trainer. The owner is a humble & approachable person that will use your goals to figure out a plan to make it happen. The trainers and are knowledgeable and treat you like family. They usually work in small groups of 1-4 folks and motivate you while providing critiques on proper posture & form to make sure you aren't hurting your body. I love going here and I've lost 20 lbs in 2 months! The gym is always clean and they have nice equipment. The best part of going here for me is that it allows me to stay consistent and my trainer keeps me in-check to make sure I'm not derailing off my goal.

Only the Greatest is an inspiring gym. I felt welcome the moment I walked in the door and I was always encouraged to try my best. All the trainers were tuned in to my needs and my level of fitness. OTG is a hidden gem in the health and fitness business in the SE Houston, Webster Clearlake area to be precise. Their staff is personable, knowledgeable and they make each member feel welcomed each an every session.
Training sessions are booked easily on their app. Additionally, there are other features available on the OTG app that helps members work toward personal fitness goals outside of training sessions.
I highly recommend that folks give them a try, as an alternative to theit regular bigbox gym membership.

Gym is awesome. Trainers are awesome. Favorite one has got to be Kevin just because I have the majority of the sessions with him, but all trainers are great. I love the atmosphere, I love how they reach out to members. Awesome place/gym to belong too. Great place to workout, excellent atmosphere. Only regret is I didn't know about this fitness center sooner.
3 month update. If you are looking for a gym that helps you get healthy and puts customer service above everything else, then is the place for you. I definitely recommend Kevin or Amadeo. Both have a way of making you feel comfortable and Amadeo is very detailed oriented. You can't go wrong with either. I highly recommend OTG.

I can't say enough good things about OTG. I reached out in December of 2022 because I wanted to get healthier and I never knew I would find "my place". OTG has become a home away from home. I used to hate the gym. I thought it meant endless cardio sessions to burn off unwanted fat, dreading every second on the treadmill. The trainers are incredibly motivating and genuinely invested in both physical and mental well-being. OTG is exactly what I was searching for after my personal trainer could no longer train for health reasons. I absolutely hate to exercise and can come up with a hundred reasons not to workout. OTG holds me accountable without being pushy. I haven’t missed a workout! Kevin does a great job of challenging me without making me hate him. All of the staff are great. The gym is clean and the equipment well maintained.
As a woman in my sixties, I don’t exercise to loose weight, I exercise because I don’t want to be an old “old lady”. In the 2 months since joining OTG I’ve 7 pounds and feel physically stronger. I can’t recommend OTG enough! You will feel so much better! If you are out shape and want to do something but don’t like the gym environment - OTG is the place for you.

Both my husband Mike Allen and I go to OTG. We started going in May 2024. We really like their technology for scheduling sessions, the equipment selection, and the staff. The trainers really push and encourage us. We also like the variety of workouts so it never gets dull. We actually look forward to going. I think we’ve made a lot of progress. I joined OTG two months ago after a (very) long workout break and it has been an amazing experience. The place is clean, the equipment is great, the coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, and the training sessions are highly effective. I am already seeing significant positive changes in my body, my strength has improved, and my form keeps getting better. The coaches cautiously push me to go further (add weight and/or reps, try new exercises, etc.) but at the same time are careful to ensure my form is correct and I would not injure myself. I've been at OTG for almost 2 months and have enjoyed all the sessions. All the trainers are very professional and lead by example. I mostly train with Kevin. He has been especially helpful with finding modified excercises to help me with balance and strength on my left leg after an injury I had several years back. I started at OTG a few weeks ago and have only great things to say! From the initial phone call to my first time walking in the door, I have felt so comfortable the entire time. The owner is extremely personable and all trainers have been fantastic! They push me to give my all. They seamlessly modify each exercise to be individualized for every participant in the semi-private sessions which gives these sessions the feeling of being private. I truly feel like the people at OTG care about me and my fitness journey. They have met me where I'm at and have already helped me pinpoint small lifestyle changes to help maximize the results I'm working for. I'm so happy I found OTG. It's so much more than just a gym.

I love OTG! As someone who has been overweight all of my life, gyms have always been super intimidating to me, but Fil helps you feel comfortable and recognize that he has been in a similar position before. He knows how hard it can be to work towards getting healthy, but he is also an example that it can be done! Justin had to witness me almost pass out from my first workout here and he was so sweet and supportive. He didn't make me feel bad about being so out of shape (even though I was yelling at myself in my head) and made me feel comfortable coming back even though I was so embarrassed. Kevin is a LITERAL ray of sunshine and will welcome you with the biggest smile and hug every time you come in. Hailey is a sweetheart but will absolutely push you to do your best, even when you feel like giving up. The only trainer I haven't worked out with yet is Amadeo, but he always has a big smile on and seems so sweet with all of his clients. This is the longest review I have ever left, but this place is amazing, the trainers genuinely care about you, and I have never once felt out of place. I feel safe and understood coming here to better myself.

I started working with OTG a little over 2 years ago. Christian, my first trainer was a very nice gentleman and I enjoyed working with him.
After that, I worked with Amadeo who at the end, threatened me and shoved a mat at me demanding I get out of his client's way.
Fellipe, has a good heart but lacks "maturity" in knowing how to deal with conflicts. Fellipe allowed gossip about me in his gym which poisoned the well for all involved, instead if dealing directly with the matter by talking to me about it.
None of his trainers ever asked how I was progressing or how my injuries were coming along, and none ever took measurements. There is no set way of measuring progress while training at OTG and this is sorely lacking.
Although many have left good reviews, that was not my experience. At a time when I needed the most support, both physically and emotionally, after losing a family member, Fellipe and his staff were not available and instead gossiped about me up to the last day I was there.
Fellipe's way of dealing with this was asking me to not come back -- which was the best things that could have happened (although not a "mature" way of dealing with things, rather escaping them). I am now at a gym where I am measured, "tested" to see how I am progressing and always asked about my body's injuries.
I have seen TONS of improvement since working with a true professional organization and for this I am grateful.
It is a shame that something that started off so nicely ended in this manner. I hope this review serves to correct and improves things for all involved!

I have been a member of OTG going on 3 months. I rated the facility 5 stars based on my personal experience. The facility really has a feel of “let’s get to work” to it, also I really like the lay out compared to other facilities. It doesn’t have that intimidating feel where equipment is all lined up like an assembly line where you actually may struggle to locate the areas you need to be in to perform the work out for that given day.
I like that outside of the private and semi private classes they offer you still have access to the facility at your leisure. As for the classes they range from 3 to 4 people at a time so it’s not over crowded and allows the fitness trainers to really work with you individually. The options for the classes are great with respect to times available as well as specific parts of the body that is available for a member that maybe looking for something specific.
I’ve worked out on my own at home for the last two years and decided to join OTG after a tour of the facility. I personally felt that the equipment that was available and the staff that I could utilize given their areas of expertise would be a benefit.
I have had the great experience to have Kevin and Summer assist me during my semi private sessions and have learned so much. They both are very good at what they do! The groups consist of various people at different levels of their fitness journey. They way Kevin and Summer are able to identify an individuals needs based on form correction or adding of weights or reduction of weight to maximize the lift is a benefit to anyone with in the group.
One thing that I really appreciate is they will ask “what’s for dinner tonight” or how is “your nutrition going”….OTG is about the whole picture….nutrition and strength training and are always willing to answer questions and offer up suggestions.
Fillipe the owner of the facility will randomly send text messages to ask how things are going and will ask if we can meet at a time that’s convenient to discuss how I feel my progress is going, if there’s changes or ideas that I may have in mind weather it be facility related or personal fitness goal related.
I would advise following OTG on Instagram! That’s how I found out about OTG and after a couple of months of following OTG I scheduled a in person tour.

Having only 1-3 people with a trainer at a time also allows them to focus on you individually to help you with your form and improve your abilities. I have used multiple and have been very happy with everyone. I honestly looked up this place over a year before I reached out. There was always going to be a better time....maybe I'd lose a little weight and get in better shape before I started so I wouldnt be embarrassed, maybe I'd wait until I felt better financially prepared, but those times never came and I finally just decided it was now or never. So getting healthy was delayed over a year....don't wait, just start. You won't regret it. I truly wish I would have put this investment in myself a long time ago.

Their trainers are attentive to your needs and encourage you/push you/ challenge you to get in shape and reach your fitness potential. If you are married or have friends that you want to work out with, they offer group training for no more than three individuals per session. My husband and I have had the opportunity to train together and it helps us push one another. You have 24-hr access to the gym, but they require each client to train at least once per week. It’s a mom and pop type place, so they will stay on you to ensure that you keep with your exercise routine. All in all, becoming an OTG client was one of the best decisions my husband and I have made recently.

Love this gym so much!!!!! Kevin is literally the best trainer I have had. He’s very outgoing and makes sure you are doing the right technique during workout so you don’t get injured! Very good at communicating, motivating, and very very professional!! Definitely recommend this gym. It’s more private and not as crowded due to scheduling your training days. Although if you do not need a trainer the gym is open 24 hours which I LOVE! Not just Kevin but every single trainer in there are very nice and outgoing as well as motivational. He is able to work with each person on a personal level and he truly does bring out the best in you. Felipe provided clear guidance on how the gym worked, scheduling, billing, etc. I worked with PT Nikki who was absolutely amazing and inspiring as she worked nearly right to her pregnancy due date (talk about a Super woman!). Kevin then started training with me and he is fantastic as well! The trainers are well informed, encouraging and will give you the push to see the results you want! On top of the experience, the quality of service for the price is a great deal. You get training plus 24 hour access to the spacious and clean gym. I made the decision to join OTG when I was way overweight and I JUST found out I was pregnant (with my 1st child). I researched all the different personal training places near my area and OTG had the best reviews and responded the quickest.
When first meeting the owner I told him about my pregnancy and how I was super nervous because I really didn't work out on my own and I was unaware of what my body should and shouldn't do when pregnant and working out. Fellipe was so reassuring and made it very clear that they knew what to do and would be making accommodations along the way to ensure we were being safe and healthy.
Joining OTG was the best and smartest decision I've made in a long time. The staff is so friendly, happy, and accommodating. The building is very well equipped and always clean. Communication is clear and easy. It is PERFECT for any stage of work out / weight loss journey you are on.
I'm so grateful for OTG and the staff there. Where my belly has gotten bigger (pregnant remember), everything else has gotten slimmer and stronger in only a couple of months. I feel amazing and so excited for all I have learned there.

I looked at getting a trainer for a few months and none of them really were a good fit. OTG is hands down the best place. Not only did they take the time to help make a workout plan that was specific to me they also helped out with food plans as well, to help me put on the weight I wanted to! When you walk in everybody is supper nice and chill, it definitely makes you feel at ease.
