Great gym! I was in Houston from out of town and dropped in for a workout. The owner, John was great to communicate with - he answered all my questions and emailed me the wavier and class times prior to the class I attended! It was a great workout and everyone in the class was nice and welcoming! If you find yourself in Houston definitely check them out!

I highly recommend P3 to anyone looking to get stronger and healthier. Or even to get injured less for us older folks. The coaches honestly care about everyone’s well-being and will tailor any workout for you, depending on skill level or temporary injuries. For me, the thing that sets P3 apart are the coaches’ focus on technique and mobility and not just finishing workouts as quickly as possible or hitting PRs.

The owner at P3 puts so much care and consideration into the programming. The “staff members” are like family. They truly care about our wellbeing and betterment. It shows in the enthusiasm and technical acumen they bring each morning, noon or night. The facility and equipment are clean, well taken care of and organized. They do a great job making sure everyone gets attention. They teach and give you time to practice each movement, giving one-on-one correction in real time. Olympic lifts and heavy/high volume movements can go terribly wrong if they aren’t technically sound! They encourage you to push forward to get stronger/faster, while also understanding injuries or limitations. It’s a class structure, but you can scale or go at your own pace. The patrons like me really are a growing community (in and out of the gym).

Life changing. Joining P3 is the best thing I’ve done for my health and life. The coaches truly care. The camaraderie among the members is excellent. I had never been a group class guy before coming here, but I wanted something that would push me in ways I couldn’t on my own.
John, Rich, Daniel, Bree, and Maureen do everything to tailor the workouts to your skill level. They emphasize safety above all else. You will not feel pressured to ever do anything you are not physically capable of doing.
It’s good people and hard workouts. Can’t ask for anything more!

P3 is a great choice if you are looking to be constantly challenged. The coaches do an amazing job of mixing things up so you never get comfortable. There’s a healthy mix of strength and cardio in every workout that will kick your butt one way or another. Highly recommend checking it out if you are truly interested in improving your health and fitness.

P3 is great! The coaches and trainers are incredibly patient and meet you exactly where you are. They know when to push me out of laziness, but they also know when to modify a movement if I’m still learning or if my body genuinely isn’t ready.
Everyone here is knowledgeable, motivating, and kind. It’s a supportive environment where I never feel judged — only encouraged. I’ve worked out for years, but I’ve never seen results like I have since I started training with this team.
This place is truly special. If you’re looking for real transformation, expert (and hilarious) coaches, and a welcoming space, this is it.

I love P3..even when I don’t love working out! Been a member for 5 years and am constantly challenged by the workouts. John, the owner, has created a space that focuses on fitness for everyone for our entire lives. The coaches are all amazing and truly cater to each person’s fitness needs and abilities. CrossFit can seem intimidating if you haven’t done it, but the coaches here make it fun and accessible for all!

I have enjoyed my membership at P3 for the past few years. The great trainers, clean facility and temperature controlled climate are major pluses. CrossFit is very much an individual journey, and all of the trainers are supportive of reaching personal success and achieving goals. I was in town for a conference and dropped by for an early morning class. The community was very welcoming, and the coach/owner John was great!
