My experience of training with Dave has been nothing short of life-changing. In 2 1/2 short months, 90% of my daily aches and pains are gone, I have become highly motivated and committed to improving my health, my habits and diet have started to change (for the better), and I have lost 5 pounds. It has all happened organically, due to Dave. He has only ever been positive and encouraging, and somehow he has made me take responsibility for my well-being in a way I have never done before. I have done personal training before, pretty steady for the two years before I started with Dave, and while that was a very positive experience, I did not see these kinds of results. I am a 66-year-old woman, and I had resigned myself that I was just going to be in pain for the rest of my life thinking that was due to age. It’s not. I believe it was due to weakness and immobility. I highly recommend P3 personal training, without reservation, to anyone interested in feeling better. The best I feel all week is when I am training with Dave. It’s even better than Pickleball! ;)

I've been training with David for almost three years. My job is very physical, so I have to stay on top of my lifting and strength goals. David makes sure I am where I'm supposed to be. The sessions are always efficient and well planned (you will be working the whole time!). He's really good about focusing on what you need and following what you are doing each rep to make sure you stay on form. I would definitely recommend training with David to anyone!

Ever had a personal trainer that is checking their phone every time you look up from a set? I have, and David is the exact opposite of that. I have been training with David Polisky for nearly 10 years.. I cannot emphasize how amazing a trainer, David is, My outlook about exercise, training, strengthening, cardio, nutrition and physical health in general has changed tremendously and I feel physically and mentally fit and at peace, I can say David is not only an excellent physical trainer, but he really understands you and works with you to your best ability and continues to push your limits to achieve newer goals and newer physical challenges which I didnt even think I had the strength in me to do.
He works with everyone from a novice to a professional athlete and works with you on your level and focuses on lot of compound movements with squats deadlifts, pull up and emphasizes on proper form and greatly increases your workout’s effectiveness and more importantly reduces injury risk.
He does online training too just as effectively
I think the best thing that happend to me is meeting Davi and training with him and I highly recommend David Polisky for all your personal training and fitness needs.
He is professional and friendly and very accommodating at the same time!!
HE IS SIMPLY THE BEST TRAINER THERE IS!! .
