Terrible Experience - Completely Unhelpful!

I’ve been coming to this soccer facility 2-3 times a week for a while now, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. Someone hit my truck in their parking lot, and the facility has been absolutely no help in resolving the situation. Despite being a regular, their staff was dismissive and offered zero assistance in tracking down who was responsible or reviewing security footage.

It’s incredibly frustrating that a place I’ve supported for so long would be this unprofessional when it matters most. If you value your vehicle or want a facility that actually cares about its customers, avoid this place at all costs!

We have been going here for two years with no problems, and suddenly they've chosen to ban coolers and limiting one bottle of water per person. We rented the field for two hours, and given the Houston weather, they expect us to drink not only warm water, but only one bottle per person. The only notice given was that coolers aren’t allowed, but no mentioning of limiting water. Renting the field is already expensive so this new rule is ridiculous. The owner is also extremely unprofessional. They want us to purchase cold water from them, but instead of being professional by allowing us to bring our waters in this time they opt to have my team come to the car one by one to grab their waters and waste extra time. If you want cold drinks in your cooler go somewhere else.

We’ve been coming here every week for 2-3 years. Today, something unexpected happened. Our captain always brings a cooler of water bottles and ice for the whole team, but today they stopped him at the gate and informed him of a new rule: no coolers allowed. He was okay with it and went back to his car to take the water bottles out and put them in his bag. However, they still stopped him, and there was a back-and-forth discussion. The owner was there too, and he threatened to ban our team and cancel our reservation on the spot. It’s ridiculous to have a rule that forbids bringing water for playing soccer just because they started selling it themselves. The owner’s behavior and words were unacceptable. Think twice before booking a field here, everyone.

Management and ownership are beyond poor. Lack of professionalism by both, the owner (Piero) and the manager (Ashley).

After over 2 years of visiting this place on a weekly basis as a group, we always were honest customers, always respectful of the staff and premises and always followed all the rules. Our conclusion comes down to be that the owner was always "too difficult to get a hold of" as stated by the manager on several occasions when we asked to contact the owner directly. But he was pretty quick at contacting us to force us to remove a previous Google review that had been posted, otherwise our reservation that had already been booked and paid for, was going to be canceled and we were going to be banned from this place, which at the end we were.

Things could've been handled more professional and listen to your customer instead of reaching out to threaten us with canceling our reservation and kicking us out like you did by sending one of your staff members to tell us to make sure we took our goals with us at the end of our reservation. Same goals that were used by you more than once when you didn't have small goals for your kids' soccer practice.

That typical bully behavior says alot.

This field is perfect for my football practice. The worker is very patient with us when we are running late to get off of the field. He's patient with my teammates and I and waits for us so he can lock the gate

I only have good things to say about pac global and the trainers there. I did the 6 months program which I started in January. For my New Year’s resolution I had told myself I was going to start working out, but I didn’t have an exact plan. I knew I would need a lot of help. I wasn’t sure if I would have proper form and a good workout plan that fit me. But thankfully a friend helped put me on this journey by reaching out to me and had me try pac global out and there I spoke with Pierre who explained the plans they had and gave me options on what would work best for me. Little did I know I would be joining a new gym with a trainer who would work with me and make sure I was eating according to my body goals.
I am so thankful for Vanessa my trainer, she has been the best during these past months. Vanessa was very patient with me and I like that she was also very informative, she explained what each workout was for, what areas each workout would target, and showed me the proper form for each one, she also explained what I should be eating according to my goals and helped me track my food to achieve my daily goals. I also love the selection of great music Vanessa played in our sessions, it definitely motivated me to get through each one of my workouts and made it fun. Overall Vanessa has been great I got to have fun conversations with her and she always had the best energy even though I made her wake up super early for our 5am sessions. My experience was great and at the end of my training I was a little sad that it was over, but I am thankful that I gained knowledge and experience to be able to feel confident and better about working out on my own now. I did gain lean muscle weight, which was part of my goals so I am so happy with that, I love my results, I look good and feel confident. I will continue my fitness journey thanks to my experience with my trainer and pac global academy.
Also they did some nice wall art and makes the place look fun and colorful, I like that this place has a lot more to it, its more than just a gym :)

They Provides 1 on 1 training, group training, boxing classes & more.
They have an indoor & outdoor soccer field where you can rent out for practice & games
Also, have nutrition & meal prep which is a plus.
I truly appreciate the education, the proper technique they provide on losing weight, strength training for kids, elders & athletes.

I recently attended a personal trainer session here with Ahmand Deal, and it was very helpful. He was professional, knowledgeable and more importantly, keen on addressing my queries. The owner, Piero Caprille, stopped by to say hello and it was good to see his involvement.

Such facility is not the standard box gym for everyone but definitely for those that need a personal trainer to achieve specific goals. I'd highly recommend giving them a try.

I love boot camp here! It was so much fun. Everyone was super encouraging and it was easy to make friends quickly. I walked away sore, but not too sore, which is great because I am just getting back into working out. I can't wait to go back tonight!
