Hilary is an amazing fitness trainer. As a beginner I was very anxious about working out and trying new exercises. Hilary is patient and takes the time to show me the right form and helps me correct when I don’t get it right. Hilary has helped me adjust certain movements to make exercises more productive and right for my body and skill level. Hilary is very easy to work with and flexible with scheduling and understanding when plans change. I am only a month in but this is one of the best decisions I’ve made all year. I’m so thankful for Hilary’s partnership and instruction. He’s helped me be more confident and realize I can achieve my fitness goals. Beyond just the fitness, Hilary is very easy to connect with and I feel completely comfortable exercising with him. I would highly recommend him for anyone ready to take their fitness journey to the next level!

I’ve been working out with Hilary for six months and he’s made a huge difference in my life. I’ve gotten so much stronger, fitter and just feel great. He’s one of the best trainers I’ve had and I’ve had many over all my years.

Something that I really appreciate is that not once have I gotten an injury. He pushes me to make sure I get a great workout but he does it in a gentle and careful manner to make sure I don’t hurt myself. With past trainers at some point I’d find myself having to take off because I had a knee or shoulder issue.

Hilary is so creative and gives me a fantastic workout at my pace and where I am. He’s wonderful and he’s also a wonderful human being. I hope that I can keep training here until im 80! I see this as an investment in myself. Don’t hesitate if you’re considering working out because you will be sooo happy that you did. Oh and I like the gym because it’s in walking distance to my house and the owner and people are all so friendly. A very unpretentious gym which I much prefer.

I decided to finally “learn” to workout and after researching a couple of trainers I went with Hilary and Pac Life. So happy I did because my experience has been awesome! He pushes you just enough and a lot of great tips on nutrition and exercise plans to do at home. You also get access to his app with a lot of great info. The pricing is reasonable and the facility isn’t crowded. The gym is HOT though so bring plenty of water and get ready to sweat!

Best trainer I’ve ever had, unfortunately i had to stop going due to personal reasons, but in the time i spent training with i was the strongest and felt the best i’ve ever felt! Where do I even start. I was introduced to Hilary by my friend who was training with him and I absolutely loved his style of coaching and you honestly can’t beat his prices. I’m a college student and competing in pageants, so money for me is pretty tight, but he’s been so understanding and willing to work with me. You can tell that Hilary cares about all of his clients and he does not let you slack. He will also make you laugh in between sets.🤣
