Other than the size and hours, it's a great little gym. You don't need a trainer to go, it's open gym format. Everyone is really nice and there are showers and any band, step, or handle you can imagine. I use my apartment gym as a backup so this place works well for me. I walk, so I'm not sure about the parking but I believe there's a parking garage underneath that is free.
1. The hours are a little wonky. For example, the gym doesn't up til noon Sundays. and I think Fridays are 6.
2. Typically, I'll try to go on non-rush hours because it's a relatively small space and people start to be on top of each other quickly.
3. There's workout classes hosted and trainers give people massages, and both take up a lot of room.

Love this place! PCPT creates such a friendly environment for working out, and I’ve loved my personal training sessions with Sierra. Definitely would recommend to anybody looking for personal training!

This gym is truly the hidden “gem” of Dallas. From the cleanliness to the knowledgeable and personable trainers to the loving culture. I can’t think of another gym where you show up exactly how you are and they embrace you like family from Day 1.
They also have unique gym equipment like the pit shark and GHD as well as all the cool toys (foam rollers, mobility sticks, bands, etc.) needed for a proper mobility warm up before getting a heavy lift in. It’s also in a prime location for getting coffee/food or even a sauna session after a killer workout. Katy Trail is also right across the street.
As a gym member and physical therapist, I can’t think of a BETTER place to train at in the DFW metroplex. My only regret about this place is not having joined sooner!

I was here for a mobility session with Sierra. She is not only friendly but super knowledgeable about the human body. I have a fairly active dance background, so I have found that, in general, assisted stretching and mobility work doesn't always give me the stretch or challenge I need. Sierra was able to understand the ability of my body and create exercises that were actually impactful and challenging for my body!

My 10yo son has been working out with personal trainer Sierra Prewitt and we have seen notable improvement in his agility, confidence, and self-respect. We were looking for someone that can focus on combining breath work with movement. She has been very easy to communicate with and attentive to his questions.

Sierra Prewitt has been my trainer for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. She is very knowledgeable, always seems to know exactly what I need based on how I'm feeling. She has helped me strengthen areas that I had lasting issues with from previous injuries, and she's just a great person that's fun to be around. She makes my workout challenging, but also fun. She seems to always know when to push me harder, and when to just take a break and help me stretch.
I can't imagine there being a better trainer than Sierra.

During my training with Sierra, I unfortunately had to undergo Achilles surgery. Sierra's proactive approach to stretching and strengthening the heel area beforehand was instrumental in my preparation for the procedure. Since the surgery, her dedication to my recovery has been exceptional. Thanks to her efforts, I am steadily regaining full range of motion and rebuilding my strength. I am incredibly grateful for her support throughout this challenging time. I highly recommend her!

Park Cities is absolutely the best Training Facility in Dallas. The only reason I ended my membership was due to the fact I stopped training with my trainer. I would highly recommend this facility as the entire team is professional and deliver such high customer service. It is an awesome environment, great energy from everyone and provides an atmosphere that will keep you motivated!!!

Johnny Hannay’s personal training was a Christmas gift from my husband. He is fantastic! He is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive! He teaches me about my body and my age, in a fun and informative, very helpful way. Never talks down to me and has immense patience with my unathleticness lol.

Small gym, big heart. The owners and trainers have mostly been here for years... So have many of the clients. Great facility where you build a relationship with your trainer NOT a corporate sales guy. Recent improvements have made it even better.
