I’ve been a client with Stephanie for 4 months now and I absolutely love her work ethic and training style. In the few months I’ve been training with her, I’ve been more attentive towards my overall health and well-being. She does a great job encouraging me while also holding me accountable in areas that can be improved. Lastly, she’s very on point with providing information regarding exercises, meals/diet, and other health/fitness advice. Eventually, the goal is to be self motivated to maintain good health and exercise habits on my own, but I’ll continue training with her towards that goal.

UPDATE! It has been almost a year since we started taking weekly classes with Stephanie - both my daughter and I have become stronger both in strength and endurance. We can definitely see and feel the difference! Stephanie continues to keep the class fresh, engaging, and challenging. I'm looking forward to the new year of classes!

My daughter and I have been doing HIIT class with Stephanie for over 2 months, and we love it! It's an intense 30 minute workout for the whole body. Stephanie keeps the routine fresh and exciting, and she's very motivating. I love that she varies the exercises from week to week incorporating weights and resistance training. She has definitely helped us get a regular exercise routine going.

I have done one on one and group classes with Stephanie. I am 76 years old with knee and heel issues. Stephanie is able to make the classes upbeat and fun and still incorporate the appropriate modifications. In addition to a well thought out exercise plan she encourages you to be accountable for healthy food choices. She is knowledgeable and personable.
